Clean hotel and room. It is easy off and on I26. There are a number of restaurants both fast food and eat in. Several gas stations as well. The pool is open to an outdoor deck so was closed in January. We'd stay here again on our way back to Ontario

The room wasn't very clean, with the bathroom being below average clean compared to a regular Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very noisy, you can hear people walking around above you... which is quite strange. We booked the place online because it had a pool, but unfortunately it was closed. The bright part of our stay was the friendly staff and good breakfast.

Elevator was dirty, felt old and rickety. There was only one. When entering the room and checking the bathroom, there were someone’s hairs on the toilet seat shower door wouldn’t stay closed when showering soul water all over the floor television was difficult to navigate through stations All in all, not what I expected of a holiday inn Employees in the breakfast area were arguing amongst themselves On a positive note, the parking lot looked well lit overnight

The service was great.Only problem was we didn't know.The pool was not available. We enjoy our dance day and we'll return again.

Everything was great, except we wanted to get in the pool and it was closed for maintenance all weekend, so no dip in the pool.

The roadway coming into the hotel is in rough shape. Been this way for years.

Front desk super friendly and professional. Room was clean, spacious. Breakfast has a good selection. Complimentary parking. Offered free small bottle of water and cookies. Would come again.

The air conditioner vents in our room were filthy. My husband and I both developed coughs from it. I had to wipe all the dirt out with a washcloth which I showed the front desk. The door had rust around the frame and our toilet ran constantly. Overall the hotel seemed old and in need of a freshening up.

I will start by saying that this was my family's second time staying here. This trip was for 2 nights with 2 rooms. Room 1 had a roach in the bed. Room 2 had visible dirt in the bed. We wont stay again.

We've stayed at this hotel many times and this time, the only thing that was a disappointment was the following... DISAPPOINTING Well, that's maddening. The hotel clerk last night, automatically created a hotel rewards account for me... But didn't bother asking if I already had one. This morning I get a cheery email from the hotel chain saying, welcome as a new member. When I called the hotel to ask them to delete that new membership card number, they can't do it. Now I have to spend hours on the phone fixing their mistake. I resent the hell out of extra work for me fixing people's mistakes. Grrr.

Tried 3 rooms and all 3 were dirty!

Front desk was amazing, arranged for an early ck in as we had been on road since 4am. 2pm check in was so appreciated. When we entered room we were impressed by size and we thought cleanliness. After a bit noticed some issues with room. No fire alarm, just wires hanging where it should have been. I spilled water on linoleum and used a washrag to clean it up. That is when i saw how dirty floors were. Cloth was black. Then noticed rust and blackness on toilet seat screws. Got into shower, black mold on soap dispenser! I really don't think room was cleaned thourghly at all. For the price we paid we expected better. Especially from Holiday Inn Express

We found the room to be clean. The bed was comfortable and we Ike that there’s a couch in the room so you can spread out a little. What really surprised us was the food. I was able to have a veggie omelet and turkey sausage. That’s the first hotel we’ve seen that at!

The staff were all very nice, the breakfast was average. The place is dirty, the sheets had someone else's hair and other "stuff" still on them so I had to get new ones at the front. The furniture was equally disturbing but to be fair that's most hotels. The rooms air conditioner growled and shook the wall when it came on. I regret spending the $190 would have been just as comfortable sleeping in the car.

The room we were assigned was clearly not vacuumed. After complaining to management, we were given another room, however, that room was not vacuumed either as there was debris on the floor throughout the room. We just decided to stay in the second room assigned to prevent the hassle of having to move our luggage again. Our key cards had to be reprogrammed every single day we were there as they stopped working after 12pm. Although the staff was accommodating and polite, I would not stay at this hotel again. My husband and I went out to purchase Lysol and clorox wipes to disinfect the room and bathroom because if the rooms were not vacuumed, it lead us to believe that the cleaning crew was cutting corners in other areas as well.

Staff is always so friendly, very clean and great atmosphere

Property was clean and room spacious. Could have just been our room but I have never slept in such an uncomfortable bed. Bed had huge depressions in each side. Time to replace mattress in room 310 for sure!

The staff was very nice. Only issue I had was the door to the room would not lock without some jiggaling and pulling up on it to get it closed. Staff should have suggested a total room change for safety issue.

Property is older. TV not easy to turn on. You could hear people walking above your room.

Very friendly staff at hotel. The room was very large with a nice couch and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with a few options - juice machine was broken they were waiting on repairs but lots of juice packs and waters on hand. Hotel was very clean my only wish is that they had hairdryers in the room, I am sure they were available at the front desk but prefer them in the room.

It was fine overall. Room looked nicely updated, everything looked clean, breakfast was decent. We booked a room with a Sofa Bed for our son when we arrived there was no bedding or pillows for the sofa bed. Try to called the front desk but the phone didn't work. Went to front desk for them and were told they do not give pillows for the couch bed but were given Sheets and Blanket. At 1115pm the room began to get warm and turned on the AC initially it didn't turn on then finally turned on like 10 minutes later. Awoke at 3am and tried to turn it on again and it wouldn't turn back on. Was very warm in the room most of the night but we didn't feel like potentially moving rooms or having maintenance come in that late. The mattress for the real bed was very thin and not comfortable especially with having to split our pillows with the couch bed. The toilet paper holder was about to fall off. AC had a puddle of water form on top of it. I think it was from condensation that formed on the window then ran down because of how humid it got from the AC not working. For all those negatives it really wasnt that bad especially if you arrive earlier in the day and could have them check the AC, and if you dont have to split your Pillows with another bed.

Receptionist rude and acting against rules. Almost caused me to pay twice for the room after I have made mistake in selection date. Morning staff corrected his decisions. I am your customer since 1982 and never experience such unpleasant behavior. I will file complaint to the company about it.

The staff here were very friendly and kind at check in, brought us up extra blankets for sofa bed within minute of calling. Even delivered with a smile and gave us tips on the best pizza that delivers. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Ms. Sherry was not very pleasant when I arrived. It was not what she said, it was how she said it. Additionally, she never made eye contact during my transaction.

The young man at the front desk was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond. I'm a female solo traveler, and he even agreed to watch the parking lot camera while I unloaded my car at night.

The front desk woman Keta is very professional and pleasant the breakfast is good and coffee is good that’s important to me my room was very clean and it accommodated my family well I would recommend this place

Repeat guest! Stayed for 9 nights. Hotel is quiet, clean comfortable and staff are very accommodating. It’s where I stay when I travel to Sherwood.

Clean room, nice people, it’s just in a corporate park area so you need to drive to get to restaurants. Not really a problem, just good to know if you want to stay here.

Breakfast bar was very limited-They ran out of regular coffee at 7:00-There was no more- "waiting for the truck to arrive"!? There was gravy but no biscuits.

Room was good. Nice renovation. Check in was a breeze. Check in person was very quick and professional. Breakfast was awful. Server was rude and ignorant. At 8 am they were out of most of the items. Breakfast experience ruined the whole stay.

A person loitering around the front desk asking guests if they would give him a ride. A lot of worn and blemished surfaces in elevator and hallways. The bathroom in our room had unfilled and unlocked dispensers for hand soap, hair shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast selection was unappetizing.

The breakfast was lacking a lot. The pancake machine was down, the fridge was completely empty. We asked for more eggs and the lady was pretty rude to us saying it had to be empty before she refilled it, there literally was 2 tiny pieces of dried up eggs in the pan. There were few options outside of what the hot section was. I heard them tell someone their shipment didn't get there, but they should have went to the store or something given breakfast is a big marketing outreach for this hotel chain. Everything else was honestly fine, but I just felt more of a bother upon exchanges with any employees than anything else.

The breakfast was on point stayed 2 nights. Customer service from the front desk to housekeeping was great. They had the best oatmeal served at any hotel u have stayed at.

Convenient to interstate Clean and secure. Spacious room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast options!
