If you want to stay in Polignano, this is the place. Set on the end near the beautiful beach, it’s less crowded than the center of town. Dining is right on the ocean, which makes for a beautiful view. Staff is super accommodating and nice. Parking is definitely a plus in this crowed city.

Located directly next to Llama Monachile (main cove beach) & major city sites in Polignano a Mare. Ocean cliff side views throughout the facility, but not every room. Pretty hotel lobby and restaurant, very dreamy and well manicured. The standard room with a balcony is well sized & fairly priced. We loved our stay at Covo dei Saraceni, the location and views from the hotel are unmatched in the area. Parking was free, easy and a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffed was incredible with a huge variety of foods and amazing views from the breakfast room. The room was well kept and clean but slightly older. hotel super bien placé, mais le service bar laisse beaucoup à désirer pour la qualité vendue et les étoiles ... Attente de 25 minutes pour avoir un serveur qui ne pense meme pas à amener la carte des cocktails ... en possession de la carte attente de 20 minutes supplémentaires avant de regagner notre chambre sans avoir réussi à être servis !!!! Précision importante ... nous étions seuls au bar 😡

Well-kept, rather modern hotel in Polignano a Mare. Great location, near the town and quite walkable. We had a lovely room with a balcony. The staff was helpful with some technology issues and always ready to help! Very clean and updated facility. Plenty of restaurants near by. The breakfast at the hotel was suburb. I highly recommend the hotel.

Inicialmente o atendimento foi perfeito, mas na hora do banho o chuveiro nao funcionava. Eu precisei ligar 3 vezes na recepcao ate que me mandassem uma camareira que tambem nao soube o que fazer. Como eu possuia um compromisso inadiavel, pedi a ela que abrisse outro quarto para que eu tomasse banho. Ninguem na recepcao se prontificou a me ajudar!

The hotel is absolutely under-rated, it was excellent. The room we had on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooked the ocean (classic room balcony). Room was clean and comfortable. We booked parking which was FREE at a secure lot about 350m away. However the hotel has good access by car so you can stop right in front to drop off or load luggage. From the hotel we could walk to the beach (take stairs on the far side of the bridge not the rocky ramp closest to the Hotel for easier walking) . The old town was a short stroll away from there, Panorama from the bridge and the balcony of the hotel restaurant are postcard level wonderful. Breakfast in the Hotel was great in grotto style function area with magnificent views. No extra charge for fried or scrambled eggs and coffee, plus the beautiful waitress "Mela" was so sweet and accommodating. Thanks to her and all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We would DEFINATELY recommend the hotel and will surely stay there again if the chance comes. Perfect location, facilities and warmth.

The location of this hotel is amazing! All the staff (front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping etc) are exceptional in assistance and kindness. The room and bathroom have adequate space and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in more than adequate with lots of fresh choices and windows that overlook the Adriatic Sea. Book this hotel if you don’t want the room you requested, dismissive and rude reception staff that show no empathy. Requested Superior Room in Annex building with balcony and sea view. Got given, ground floor with window that was essentially unusable because it was on a busy public walkway, completely comprising our privacy making the premium price you pay for these extras $1600 AUD (900 euros) wasteful. When questioning the staff, their reasoning was “rooms are picked at random, we have balcony and windows”. The best they could do was offer us an inferior room 2 days later at a lesser value with no partial refund, or an upgrade at an absorbent cost. Would have preferred an apology for their misleading advertising and perhaps a drink at their hotel bar. We checked out early due to a flight, and I’m still waiting on the breakfast to go box that was assured at check-in. I will though commend the location, free parking and tuk-tuk service of this hotel.

This was an amazing beautiful hotel. The room was large. The bed so comfy nice bathroom. Our balcony was the main attraction. Sea front and huge. Gorgeous views. Well equipped with conversation set and lounging beds. This was one of the greatest places we stayed!!

This property is in a fantastic location. We were unfortunately not happy with our room the first two nights upon arrival. This hotel has different categories of rooms and very very dated. The hotel needs improvement. Monica was able to accommodate our request to change rooms our last few nights. Hotel isn’t the nicest, breakfast buffet wasn’t great. Parking included and location is the best perk.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. I was a bit disappointed with the room view. When I booked the room, the picture showed a room with a sea view. Based on the picture, I was under the impression that I would have a sea view. It was a bit misleading. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was of high quality. Great selection. Staff were super friendly, specially Onik (sp?) and Nikola. They took care of our luggage and drove us to the parking lot (300 meters from the hotel). Location was superb. I was able to go swimming at the Beach Monachile daily.

Book this hotel if you don’t want the room you requested, dismissive and rude reception staff that show no empathy. Requested Superior Room in Annex building with balcony and sea view. Got given, ground floor with window that was essentially unusable because it was on a busy public walkway, completely comprising our privacy making the premium price you pay for these extras $1600 AUD (900 euros) wasteful. When questioning the staff, their reasoning was “rooms are picked at random, we have balcony and windows”. The best they could do was offer us an inferior room 2 days later at a lesser value with no partial refund, or an upgrade at an absorbent cost. Would have preferred an apology for their misleading advertising and perhaps a drink at their hotel bar. We checked out early due to a flight, and I’m still waiting on the breakfast to go box that was assured at check-in. I will though commend the location, free parking and tuk-tuk service of this hotel.

Well-kept, rather modern hotel in Polignano a Mare. Great location, near the town and quite walkable. We had a lovely room with a balcony. The staff was helpful with some technology issues and always ready to help! Very clean and updated facility. Plenty of restaurants near by. The breakfast at the hotel was suburb. I highly recommend the hotel.

This is a top notch hotel with great, personal service. Everyone was attentive, made phone calls for us to find a tailor, arrange restaurant reservations, etc. The hotel is right on the water, if you like hearing the gentle waves breaking against the grotta, if you like to take a coffee on your terrace, and if you don;t mind the less than five minute walk to the center of town, then you will love this place.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. I was a bit disappointed with the room view. When I booked the room, the picture showed a room with a sea view. Based on the picture, I was under the impression that I would have a sea view. It was a bit misleading. Overall, it was a good stay at this hotel. Breakfast was of high quality. Great selection. Staff were super friendly, specially Onik (sp?) and Nikola. They took care of our luggage and drove us to the parking lot (300 meters from the hotel). Location was superb. I was able to go swimming at the Beach Monachile daily.

This was a wonderful stop on a 4 week road trip through Sicily and southern Italy. It started at the parking area, which is a 300 meter walk from the hotel. As soon as we unloaded our luggage a van appeared ready to take us to the hotel. We had a superior room in the other building. It was a bit small but everything else was excellent. The breakfast area has some beautiful views. The staff was very helpful for the most part. Only ran into an older woman at check out who wasn't helpful, everyone else was great. i recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.

Located directly next to Llama Monachile (main cove beach) & major city sites in Polignano a Mare. Ocean cliff side views throughout the facility, but not every room. Pretty hotel lobby and restaurant, very dreamy and well manicured. The standard room with a balcony is well sized & fairly priced. We loved our stay at Covo dei Saraceni, the location and views from the hotel are unmatched in the area. Parking was free, easy and a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffed was incredible with a huge variety of foods and amazing views from the breakfast room. The room was well kept and clean but slightly older. We booked dinner on the balcony which was the greatest dining experience we’ve ever had!

Nice place. Parking couple blocks away but after luggage drop a tuk tuk to take you to car. Lovely location 2 min walk to old town with cut shops and cafes. Very reminiscent of Greece. Food everywhere was delicious and well presented. Hotel dining excellent. Breakfast room is beautifully

This property is in a fantastic location. We were unfortunately not happy with our room the first two nights upon arrival. This hotel has different categories of rooms and very very dated. The hotel needs improvement. Monica was able to accommodate our request to change rooms our last few nights. Hotel isn’t the nicest, breakfast buffet wasn’t great. Parking included and location is the best perk.

The location of this hotel is amazing! All the staff (front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping etc) are exceptional in assistance and kindness. The room and bathroom have adequate space and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in more than adequate with lots of fresh choices and windows that overlook the Adriatic Sea. Would most definitely return!

We had the Room with Jacuzzi, it came with a terrace which was so nice to close out the evening before bed. The only thing is you cant lean against the white washed balcony walls because the chalkiness comes off onto your clothes. I also enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunrise and the peace of morning. The restaurant, Il Bastione was very high quality and had a gorgeous view over the water.

Hotel is beautiful with amazing views right in the center of everything. The hotel restaurant was amazing right on the cliffs. The staff is beyond amazing one of our bags got lost by the airlines and we got in late. The blonde lady at the front desk called around to local stores to help us find some items that we would need for the next few days. Highly recommend
