I raised an issue with the experience on wifi during my stay which was not great. Meant I missed a very important work call. Hotel is very tired and old. Needs refurbishment desperately. Staff were great and do a lot for you. However, small things like the hotel shuttle you’d assume it’s free but you charge €3 ! That to me is a joke. Not 5 star service. Profile on Expedia is not accurate. The hotel is a lot more tired and old in reality. For the cost of my stay it was very disappointing

For us this was the perfect choice and base for visiting local places of interest. Free shuttle to polignano a mare ! Short drive to Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Monopoli and Our favorite Matera ! We loved the pool area and restaurant and the AC in the rooms was good ! Clean towels twice a day and All the staff were a pleasure and treated us very very well ! Very grateful for making our visit so memorable ! The resort is a bit out of the way but is so nicely maintained around wonderful old olive trees and farmland ! We loved it !
For us this was the perfect choice and base for visiting local places of interest. Free shuttle to polignano a mare ! Short drive to Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Monopoli and Our favorite Matera ! We loved the pool area and restaurant and the AC in the rooms was good ! Clean towels twice a day and All the staff were a pleasure and treated us very very well ! Very grateful for making our visit so memorable ! The resort is a bit out of the way but is so nicely maintained around wonderful old olive trees and farmland ! We loved it !

Pure luxury ! Amazing breakfast attentive staff everyone was welcoming. The pool was beautiful but deep. The spa was great very relaxing. The turn down service was a great bonus!

I stayed there with my wife and kids for 1 week. super satisfied with the friendliness, facilities , good breakfast and dinner. any questions could be asked of staff , very nice pool bar and every day an hour right to use the SPA which was also definitely nice. highly recommended to stay there and explore Puglia from there!

Our stay at Borgobianco was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and always helpful and pleasant. The meals at the White Restaurant were always exceptional allowing us the enjoy local selections that were always delicious. Use of the indoor pool and spa was very relaxing. Highly recommend Borgobianco for its elevated quality of service and ambiance.

Borgobianco è una delle più belle strutture dove io abbia mai soggiornato. Basterebbe già soltanto la posizione, su un'altura che domina il mare di Polignano, circondata dalla quiete e dagli odori della campagna pugliese, a renderla un'oasi di pace e relax, ma McGallery ha voluto renderla speciale, ristrutturando un'antica masseria con un elegante design minimal naturalista che sfrutta al massimo i colori e la luce del mediterraneo, esaltando le specificità del luogo. L'esperienza di soggiorno è degna della categoria: alla cura dei dettagli e del comfort (da sottolineare la qualità della biancheria da letto e la tutela della privacy) si aggiungono la professionalità di un personale giovane ed entusiasta, sempre accorto ai bisogni della clientela, ed un servizio di ristorazione eccellente, basato su prodotti locali: la colazione è superlativa ed il ristorante, per chi volesse restare a cena lontano dalla folla di turisti, offre una validissima alternativa alle numerose eccellenze della ristorazione presenti in zona. Pulizia impeccabile. Essenziale, ma di buona qualità, la dotazione della palestra. Assolutamente valida la spa (di gran lunga superiore alla media di quelle presenti nelle zone di mare), che forse necessiterebbe di un po' di sorveglianza in più per fronteggiare gli ospiti meno abituati a certi ambienti. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della proprietà. Consiglio di approfittare del servizio bici offerto dall'hotel per una passeggiata nei dintorni.

DONT WASTE YOUR $ NOT 5star. It is def not a 5star hotel. Lobby: completely outdated, old.I was in room 118 were the ac never worked, same as wifi (for 2 days). Pool: area is disgusting, all towels are old and threads are running out the edges. Sun beds are full of sunblock and ruined by dirt. The pool itself is turning black on patches, looks like mold, as if there was no maintenance. The staff never came to ask if we wanted something from the bar, instead they were flirting with other customers. We had to walk to the bar to make them pay attention. Music was a local radio. Unacceptable! The lifeguard was on her cellphone all day long and of you asked her something she would had an attitude . Room: ac shot down at 4 am in the morning. Called the front desk, a representative came to the room said there was nothing to do, that I needed to wait until the next day to make a complain. Electricity was shut twice. Next morning I asked to speak to the manager . The solution, a cooler/fan that was dripping water all over the floor, they had to put a towel beneath the machine to stop the water from running. There was a tooth pick on the bidé that was never cleaned in 48hr. Spa: had a couples Aphrodite massage. They were understaffed. Masseurs had jeans on. Only one massage bed. The other one was a wooden table no space to lay your head on (like a massage table). Was charged 200€ for it. I explained all to the manager twice, solution never worked. Portable wifi, not a 5star hotel

Difficile de comprendre que cet hôtel soit classé 5 * MC Gallery ! Accès difficile au milieu de terres agricoles, hôtel «\xa0défraîchi «\xa0( peintures à rénover, serrures qui ne ferment pas , tables bancales,..) , aménagement basique des chambres sans charme , chambres mal isolées… en bref un hôtel club standard de zone touristique avec un mauvais rapport coût / qualité. Sans comparaison avec l’excellent Aquatio Cave Luxury de Matera, pourtant moins cher , que nous venions de quittter

From the moment I walked in I was transformed to a peaceful, beautiful white haven. The staff takes care of your every need. I felt so pampered from my wonderful shower in my room to the spa with sauna and steam and the bartenders serving us wherever we were.

The hotel is well located, but the bed was like a rock ( no joking) the sheets where super uncomfy and the cleanliness was none existing ! I removed the pillowcases from the pillows and they where all stained, asked twice to the reception to change them ( on an aged dirty phone) and they completely ignored me, literally no one came! I had to go search for the cleaning lady myself, ask her to change the pillows and she did it, but then she told me: “well it happens, we have lots of rooms and your not even on a suite …” When I did the check out I brought this to the guy in the reception and he told me oh sorry, with zero interest. The sun beds where all dirty and stained, and NO ONE helps you with your luggage upon arrival or check out. So, for the price and the “5 stars rating “ you are far away from getting what you paid for.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel has an authentic italian charm, it was impeccably clean, providing a private and comfortable stay. The service was nothing short of amazing, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One of my favorite features was the lovely patio terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The location is also ideal, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful Polignano a Mare. I can't wait to return in the future and enjoy this wonderful hotel again!

Séjour moyen … suite vieillissante lits peu confortables… nous étions trois dans la chambre mais seulement deux verres deux tasses … présence de saletés sous les lits… on m a sollicité à de nombreuses reprises pour une pré garantie bancaire alors que c était paiement sur place ! Extérieur vieillissant ! Rien d un cinq étoiles ! Seul point positif le spa gratuit (1h) et le petit déjeuner assez diversifié

Service, gentillesse des collaborateurs, propreté ! Tout était là pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, le personnel est au petit soin souriant et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. La piscine très propre et agréable. Nous avons souper au restaurant et franchement c’est le meilleur restaurant que nous ayons fait : qualité des produits et très bonne cuisson. Merci à l’équipe pour tout !

DONT WASTE YOUR $ NOT 5star. It is def not a 5star hotel. Lobby: completely outdated, old.I was in room 118 were the ac never worked, same as wifi (for 2 days). Pool: area is disgusting, all towels are old and threads are running out the edges. Sun beds are full of sunblock and ruined by dirt. The pool itself is turning black on patches, looks like mold, as if there was no maintenance. The staff never came to ask if we wanted something from the bar, instead they were flirting with other customers. We had to walk to the bar to make them pay attention. Music was a local radio. Unacceptable! The lifeguard was on her cellphone all day long and of you asked her something she would had an attitude . Room: ac shot down at 4 am in the morning. Called the front desk, a representative came to the room said there was nothing to do, that I needed to wait until the next day to make a complain. Electricity was shut twice. Next morning I asked to speak to the manager . The solution, a cooler/fan that was dripping water all over the floor, they had to put a towel beneath the machine to stop the water from running. There was a tooth pick on the bidé that was never cleaned in 48hr. Spa: had a couples Aphrodite massage. They were understaffed. Masseurs had jeans on. Only one massage bed. The other one was a wooden table no space to lay your head on (like a massage table). Was charged 200€ for it. I explained all to the manager twice, solution never worked. I raised an issue with the experience on wifi during my stay which was not great. Meant I missed a very important work call. Hotel is very tired and old. Needs refurbishment desperately. Staff were great and do a lot for you. However, small things like the hotel shuttle you’d assume it’s free but you charge €3 ! That to me is a joke. Not 5 star service. Profile on Expedia is not accurate. The hotel is a lot more tired and old in reality. For the cost of my stay it was very disappointing

The property is a reminder about the old masseurs and the olive farms around the area, it is a unique setting as the views are the best and the gentle breeze from the ocean is awesome. The rooms are big and well equipped . The staff and the property is worth every penny spent and I will personally come back and stay at this property

For us this was the perfect choice and base for visiting local places of interest. Free shuttle to polignano a mare ! Short drive to Alberobello, Locorotondo, and Monopoli and Our favorite Matera ! We loved the pool area and restaurant and the AC in the rooms was good ! Clean towels twice a day and All the staff were a pleasure and treated us very very well ! Very grateful for making our visit so memorable ! The resort is a bit out of the way but is so nicely maintained around wonderful old olive trees and farmland ! We loved it !

Just returned from a memorable 5 nights at Borgobianco and can highly recommend it. All the staff were attentive and friendly, particularly Desiree who welcomed us at breakfast each morning and helped us with places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The peaceful location was a highlight as was the traditional Apulia evening. Thanks to all the staff; we will definitely return.

From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star

Our stay at Borgobianco was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and always helpful and pleasant. The meals at the White Restaurant were always exceptional allowing us the enjoy local selections that were always delicious. Use of the indoor pool and spa was very relaxing. Highly recommend Borgobianco for its elevated quality of service and ambiance.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The hotel has an authentic italian charm, it was impeccably clean, providing a private and comfortable stay. The service was nothing short of amazing, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. One of my favorite features was the lovely patio terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The location is also ideal, just a 10-minute drive from the beautiful Polignano a Mare. My son and I loved our brief stay here. Great rural quiet location but only a 15 min pretty drive into Polignano for dinner. Beautiful hotel, with a very comfortable room, great staff, and an amazing breakfast. We would stay again.

From the beginning, we got there they attended to every day they grabbed our bags, helped us at the reception desk gave us a beautiful room and wanted to do whatever we needed them to do. The staff was above and beyond the dinner was very close to being a top level restaurant. The breakfast was plentiful every morning. I think I was impressed that they always knew my name and they were easy to help us whenever we had an issue overall, I’m giving it a five star experience. I was so excited to say this because we came out of a hotel that only earned one star

Our stay at Borgobianco was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and always helpful and pleasant. The meals at the White Restaurant were always exceptional allowing us the enjoy local selections that were always delicious. Use of the indoor pool and spa was very relaxing. Highly recommend Borgobianco for its elevated quality of service and ambiance.

Service, gentillesse des collaborateurs, propreté ! Tout était là pour passer de bonnes vacances. Les chambres sont agréables et propres, le personnel est au petit soin souriant et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. La piscine très propre et agréable. Nous avons souper au restaurant et franchement c’est le meilleur restaurant que nous ayons fait : qualité des produits et très bonne cuisson. Merci à l’équipe pour tout !

My son and I loved our brief stay here. Great rural quiet location but only a 15 min pretty drive into Polignano for dinner. Beautiful hotel, with a very comfortable room, great staff, and an amazing breakfast. We would stay again.

Overall it was a pretty good hotel. We were very disappointed with our welcome where we were not offered a cold drink (it was very hot and we had driven from Matera!) At a 5 star hotel, we are used to be be invited to sit in the lounge to go through all the your hotel amenities and location of the swimming pool, dining room etc. This did not happen. We did all this standing at reception. I did speak to a lady about this but received no come back! All other staff were excellent. Fabio by the pool was exceptional. Breakfast was a bit chaotic some mornings. Not sure of the reason! Waiting 20mins for a coffee to be made was frustrating. Overall it was a good stay but felt the 5 star rating was tarnished by a lack of touch here and there.
