Liked that I didn’t have to pay more just because I was traveling with my dog - so many hotels here advertise they accept pets then change another $25-$50 on top of the room that wasn’t disclosed at time of booking. Bring your own toiletries since the room didn’t have them & front desk charges for those items. Good parking, Cracker Barrel next door, easy access to highway -

Remember to bring your own toiletries, none are gratis in the room, they are for sale at the front desk. Traveled with pets and they hotel was great - no added costs (how many places say yes they take pets and then charge $50 for them but nothing for kids who do more damage!?)

Very well maintained (seemed brand new) and clean rooms. Good size rooms. Staff willing to accommodate your needs. Only thing, is that guests would make good use to having a microwave and a coffee machine in the rooms. Property deserves that!

Overall this place was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was excellent. There was a nice walking trail nearby. The only reason we gave it four stars was that the Wi-Fi was pretty weak.

Everything was moderately fine. The room could use new pillows and maybe have more than 2 available to choose from. Also the bathroom was not clean. There was an extensive amount of hair on the bathroom shower wall and the floor. Other than that the rest of the room was clean

Probably the cleanest room I have ever had in a budget or moderately priced property. I don't know if they had a recent renovation or if they just keep the place spotless but the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless and sparkling. Whatever they do at this property, other Motel 6's should replicate.

Very clean, very new, both the facility & my room, were fresh & immaculate. The room was large & spacious, same as the bathroom, with a convenient desk to get some work done & comfy bed for sleep. They also offered free coffee & tea in the lobby each morning, a very nice surprise, staff was all super friendly, I definitely recommend saying here.

Got in late, nice staff. Hotel is good area off hwy and enough parking. Downer, very noisy. There is no sound proof what so ever. Hear every toilet flush, sneeze,nose blow, talking,walking and doors slamming.Plus can hear traffic. One night stay not much sleep, long road trip ahead makes it hard. seemed clean enough. Cant do much about noise so if you need a good sleep.......maybe elsewhere.

Property and facility was well maintained. Room was clean and nice. You could hear people coming and going in the halls, but not to bad. Pillows where sparse. But staff was nice and friendly. For the price would stay again.

Hotel very good for the price paid. Convenient location for stopping off for the night. Only very slight downside was the sheer noise of the in-room fridge, it was like a turbo jet. Had to turn the fridge off at the wall but a very minor grievance!

The room we were given had a very noisy ventilation system. So noisy we didnt sleep well. Got up at 4am and left. We even turned it off. When i looked outside, it seems the whole ventilation system runs vertically next to certain rms. This is my first experience at Motel 6. And the minimalistic style wasnt good for us.

Outstanding customer service. Efficiency and kindness of all staff (front desk & cleaning teams. Even those on training were incredibly efficient and professional) VERY clean, excellent quality & comfortable beds/bedding in large, spacious rooms (where pets are allowed at no extra charge.) The AC/Heating system works wonders on top of being extremely quiet. Immaculate bathroom w/ great water pressure. Right by the I-15 (so light traffic can somewhat be heard, though it didn’t bother us nor did it wake us up), only 3 exits / less than 10mns away from downtown Missoula where everything is. Starbucks, gas station, Cracker Barrel etc. on the lot or directly across and within walking distance. Our only suggestion would be to add blinds behind the thick curtain and a small coffee/espresso machine to each room. This Motel 6 is otherwise in pristine condition.

This was my first and last stay at a Motel 6. Even though I had paid in advance for my room, I was charged an additional fee because motel taxes had increased, and I couldn’t pay cash, it had to be on a card. This was the only place we stayed in Montana that did this - guess other hotels are more concerned about keeping their customers than collecting additional fees! Front desk staff were indifferent about my inquiry regarding this additional charge - NO customer service!! When we got to our room, the shower water control was broken. The maintenance man was the friendliest staff we encountered. He fixed it quickly and apologized for the inconvenience. He should be working the front desk!! There were absolutely no amenities other than soap in our room - not even Kleenex. Tea and coffee were only available 4am to 11am, so if you get in late, as we did, there’s nothing, which seems par for the course. It was extremely noisy at night, preventing us from getting much sleep. I have stayed at roadside motels that were 100% better!

We booked this motel for the low price when we needed an overnight stay on an interstate trip and nothing else. It was the nicest motel we stayed in on the trip. The room was very clean, very well maintained, and very quiet. We felt very safe in the location. Easy access on and off I-90. The beds were comfortable. No hassles with the Hotels.com reservation. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great except, I could hear the lobby desk phone ring every time someone called the hotel as it got later. It rang longer & longer other than that. Everything was fine. A bagel would be nice for breakfast just coffee and tea.
