This hotel has all of the amenities I could want. However, I was told there would be someone to checkout with, even though I was leaving at 4:45am. No one was available, so I left the keys at the desk and hope they will email me the receipt.

Loved the view of the river and having an open balcony to sit outside. Room was ready well before checkin. Hotel was extremely clean and spacious. Pool was very nice having indoor and outdoor. Beds were very comfortable.

They have nothing than a pretty view lobby. There is a river at the back of the hotel. I like it. But…Place is overdated. Room was so small but clean—however smelling like clorax. It gave me a headache. There is no breakfast. So expensive on the weekends (i checked their weekday prices / half price) The indoor pool has a terrible looking. (Either the paint was off, or the floor of pool was dirty?) Indoor and outdoor pool was connected from bottom. Location was ok, It is close to beach with car.Still, I wouldn’t stay again.

This was one of the most disappointing Marriott properties I have ever encountered. The lobby AC was either not functioning or not functioning properly. The lobby was hot, stuffy and sticky. The room was not clean. There was a dirty hand towel that had been left on the floor in the closet. There was what looked like a blood stain on the sheet of one of the beds and there was what looked like blood stains on the duvet of the other bed. There were obvious chips and cracks in the shower, the shower door was not completely secured and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling. I have pictures of all of this. After a long day of travel, switching rooms was just not what I had the patience for so my son and I slept in his campus housing. I attempted to have dinner at the "restaurant" which was nothing more than microwaved bar food. I ordered the hummus platter and was given wilted veggies and store bought hummus. It was so disappointing. I will never stay at another Sheraton and I'm seriously reconsidering any future stays at Marriott affiliated properties.

Room was well appointed and staff was great. Did have a random fire alarm at 9pm on second night (it went off twice) without any follow-up. The walls in the rooms are very thin and I could hear everything next door to me - disappointing. Also, building is located next to a restaurant which has outdoor entertainment - very loud until late in the evening. It was nice, but wouldn’t stay here again

This property has a moisture issue in the rooms. During our entire stay the floors were wet. Our clothes and sheets on our bed were damp. I actually slipped a few times due to the slick floor. Downstairs, in the lobby, they had dehumidifiers but they need them for the rooms as well. I booked 2 rooms and this was the case with both rooms. I would not stay here again.

Check in was a good experience, the lobby, bar, and restaurant looked nice and clean. Nice looking pool and exercise area, but I did not use. The room was in ok shape, the carpet was at the end of it's life and the wallpaper looked like it was installed to cover a poor repair. The lighting in the room was poor and needed upgrading. On the better side, the bathroom was nice, good shower, sink area, and was clean.

Below average, even for a chain hotel. The staff sit on lounge chairs in the lobby chatting with each other or scrolling on their phones. This happened both at check-in, where we wandered a little baffled around the front area until one of them came over, and also when trying to get coffee the next morning, at which point I actually asked if the staff member worked here because it was that unclear. Coffee was completely out for 15+ minutes around 8AM (aka prime coffee time) and there are no coffeemakers in the rooms, so the lobby coffee is the only choice. The coffee was bad even by our very bottom shelf standards (for reference, we do Sam’s Club coffee at home). The room was basic to the point of minimalism - no microwave, and big bottles of nondescript toiletries. Not even a bar of soap. There were badly patched paint jobs and scuff marks in the bathroom. Our view was of a parking lot. The two stars I am giving are for the WiFi, which was adequate, and the bed, which I was able to sleep soundly in, though I woke up with a stiff neck. Overall, this Four Points by Sheraton was overpriced for a mediocre hotel far from the beach. I would not choose to stay here again.

Front desk staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants in the area and in assisting me with a major problem with my room. The property was very humid. The rooms have small refrigerators in them that leak condensation if the room is not kept at a low enough temperature. I asked to have the refrigerator removed as it only added to the humidity in the room. The first room I was assigned smelled musty and had black mold hiding behind the curtains. I alerted the front desk staff as soon as I realized there was mold in my room and they immediately assigned me a new room that smelled completely different and clean. I am shocked that the hotel staff (cleaning and maintenance) who are in and out of the rooms every day did not raise an issue with the way my original room smelled compared to other rooms. Or perhaps they had raised issues but the hotel management chose to rent the room anyway. The second room I was assigned smelled better but also had a small amount of mold in the bathroom and had such a high level of humidity, all of my clothes felt damp. I would not stay at this property again, nor would I recommend it.

We had several sponsors who stayed at this property over the past weekend. Each of them had to wait in the lobby over 30 minutes before someone came to the front desk to greet them. We had one that ended up having to go to another hotel because they were sold out and did not have a room for the reservation he made over 2 months ago. I walked down to the front desk around 10:30 Saturday night to get a drink and a snack. I had to wait at the front desk for over 30 min before an attendant finally showed up. There was a fight in the room next to mine Monday night and the phone in my room was not working for me to let the front desk know. There was hair on the shower walls from the previous occupant. I had the do not disturb placard on my door while I was getting ready to go out for the day and the cleaning lady walked in while I was dressing. Did not even knock, just opened the door and came in. Over all the experience was not very pleasant.

The staff was so accommodating. We arrived from our flight very early and they gave us our room without question. We also asked for late checkout and they were generous with the time they let us stay until. The coffee is good coffee and the staff always said hello and asked if we needed anything. It really felt like family. It was super clean. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely a great place. And if you stay, go next door to The Boathouse. Great restaurant on the Intercoastal Waterway with a live band.

I didn’t like being double charged for my room. The room was clearly booked and paid for ahead of time. Upon check in I was asked for a card for incidentals. No mention of paying for the room , just incidentals, and then charged that card for the full price of the room and the incidental hold. I have spoke with them twice about reversing the charge.

Even though it was a little of beaten path - it was quiet, pretty intercoastal waterway behind the hotel property. Great seafood restaraunt next door. Fairly easy on & off property to head down to beach area. Clean property & friendly staff. Breakfast not included - extra charge, but for price is was your standard meal. Pool area looked nice and inviting - didn't have time to use - but the indoor/outdoor set up is great! AC was great in bedroom - hallways were a little stuffy, but you didn't die - LOL Overall great property and would definately go back to stay as it was an easy drive to stay away from the madness of beach area! And plenty of shopping/food in the area!

Room was okay. Limited outlets. Staff at check-in were very accommodating and nice. Staff in morning.. complete opposite. Hotel is located in a rundown area polluted with graffiti, litter and some shady (kind word) people. Had your typical hoodlums in 80 degree weather wearing hoodies with the hoods up and pants hanging off their bottoms walk pass me while staring me down trying to intimidate me, not wanting to share the sidewalk walking into the property as I was walking in the opposite direction. The place seems to cater to this population as it is located in this type of neighborhood. Not a safe or inviting place.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were able to check in early to our king suite with a river view. It was spacious, clean, modern and had a lovely view. I will warn you though that there is a bar next door that can get quite loud during hours but aside from that the patio and pool area are fabulous! I recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to everything but not too close.

The rooom was very nice and the lobby was beautiful with games out for guests to enjoy. The breakfast was good except no cups for coffee and no staff by buffet to ask because he was in kitchen. So told front desk and the two ladies just stood there and said ok...didn't offer to get cups or anything. I stole some from the lobby coffee station. Then coffee at breakfast bar and at coffee station were both empty and told ladies who were STILL just standing there chatting to each other and they said "well I've told them." Not sure who she told but she should have taken action to help solve the problem. Especially since there were two of them there so the desk would be covered if one of them helped. Know it's just coffee but just was very disappointing for such a nice hotel that the staff at that time were not doing anything to address a very simple problem and an essential part to the guests enjoying the breakfast...COFFEE. All other staff....guy running breakfast, housekeepers and guy that checked us in the night before were very nice.

We like the location of the property and the view of the river. However the showers did not have very hot water, luke warm at best. This was our biggest complaint. Also dining was limited at the hotel. Overall not a terrible experience but could be a lot better.

I LOVE the smell throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly. I wish I was told that the shuttle needed to be pre ordered when arriving to avoid expensive cab ride. The hotel was very clean my only complaints are that I wish the bar/restaurant was open later and on Sunday. I also wish the soap, toilet paper,cups and coffee in the room were restocked during our 4 night stay.
