Honestly, the entire facility is under redevelopment so construction is everywhere, the pool isn’t open, they are understaffed, our bathroom was dirty with hair in it. The staff was nice but clearly at capacity

Was under renovation, about 75 percent done, so a little messy in outside parking and part of lobby. Overall was being done nicely. Staff very friendly and helpful

Booked full rate without notification it was under remodel. Had no idea and it wasn't disclosed. Glad they are doing a remodel, but shocked it wasn't condemned until it was done. Thankfully I can safely say it's rodent free as there was food left in the hallway all week and nothing disturb it, not even housekeeping. The lobby and breakfast area was kept cozy with crates of construction materials stacked higher than the pictures show. The parking lot felt extra secure with the premium parking places occupied by connex storage containers, pop-up tents, and construction materials left lying everywhere. Thankfully with the pool closed (in this mild 100 degree summer) the kids had pallets to play on next to the front entrance. Unlike the back of the hotel that was occupied by a sky lift to enhance the construction ambiance. If this doesn't entice you enough, I spent $40 on air freshener for my room so I could stomach the smell of animal urine. I had to coat the carpet in air freshener every day to make it tolerable. Not to mention the black mold in my shower, the falling spackle, rust on all the metal surfaces, and the broken shower/tub fixtures. Don't forget the sacred towels they provided (not pictured) full of worn holes. Give this place a year or two and the 4 guys they have remodeling might be done with this job. I am truly confused why they don't just close it for 2-3 months and get it done. Water was disconnected during the day due to the construction.
