This is like a cruise ship experience. They feed buffets to the masses with very poor quality food and service. We had to send back an undercooked pizza and even the 2nd one was undercooked. No drink or food service to all the sunbathing areas; minimal snack service to the main pool which did not have a view of the Mediterranean Sea and very un appealing presence. They also would not allow us to order food and carry it to the seaview deck lounge chairs & cabanas. Lots of rules and lack of employee courtesy made this a very impersonal and lackluster experience. No walkable nearby restaurants for dining options. Beach was quiet with no lounge chairs.

Vi bodde i stort fint rum med balkong och havsutsikt. Rent o fräscht. Bra frukost, åt middag en kväll som inte var så bra. Ingen servering vid solstolar vilket de skulle tjäna på. Överlag bra läge vid stranden o fina rum . Du behöver bil eller taxi för att äta på andra restauranger

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, après avoir visité les sites principaux en Andalousie pendant une dizaine de jours. Quel bon choix pour se reposer au bord de la mer.Les jardins sont magnifiques avec diverses piscines,des lits extérieurs en étage donc superbe vue.Les 2 nuits nous ont permis de profiter 3 jours de jardin.Nous avons eu 3 jours de calme,personne autour de nous dans un des jardins,des chaises longues toujours disponibles avec des serviettes de plage très épaisses.Les kilomètres de promenade en bordure de mer est aussi très agréable.,par contre pas de restaurant ni de magasins autour.La plage est restée sauvage. Nous avons été accueillis avec un verre de pétillant.J'avais demandé de préférence une chambre en étage élevé, nous étions donc au 5eme face à la mer.Notre demande avait donc bien été entendue...La chambre était spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain (2 lavabos,baignoire.douche et toilette séparée). Très bonne literie.Une bouteilles d'eau offerte. Au niveau du petit déjeuner nous avions beaucoup de choix,des produits de qualité,du jus d'orange frais ...en plus servi sur des nappes blanches et serviettes en tissu.(Merci de garder cette coutume.),le personnel toujours souriant... Nous avons pris tous les repas au buffet, c'était correct.J'ai apprécié les poissons au choix,cuit à la plancha . J'avais réservé demi pension en même temps que la chambre ,en fait nous avons payé 10€ de moins par repas. La décoration n'est pas jeune mais c'est propre.

We spent a week as a family of 4. While I’m not sure this is truly a 5*, a bit dated overall. However the food was excellent quality, the restaurants were never too busy & the quality of food was very good, in particular at the buffet. It got busier around the pool during the week but was comfortable. The staff were a key highlight, very helpful and always a smile, everyone really, but shout out to Cristina who always had a smile & remembered everyone.

A good stay. However, there should be more signs to the restaurants and Spa. There are no film channels in any language and no uk BBC news or programmes. Only entertainment on a Saturday evening. Restaurant and room service good very expensive.

Typical turistic hotel. Not 5* Very helpful staff, fine and clean rooms. The food here is another store. Recommend to enjoy all meals outside. Breakfast buffet is a mess, food quality suffering and the noiselevel is dramatically high, said by a father to 4 kids! We tried the Italian/French restaurant and send all food back to the kitchen! Meat not fresh(my first grey carpaccio), salmon defenately not fresh or freshly from the freezer(very fishi’ taste) as. Omoensation we got a plate with truffle ravioli….with black hair in, so back again. Staff was proffessional and excused by Giving us free drinks and the we wnt hungry to bed - But again friendly staff - Chef has defenately something to catch up with. SPA is okay, pool needs renovation(green and black alcks). Not 5* but a typical turist hotel at Costa del sol. Nice people.

Pool needs maintenance- black mould Beach loungers shabby old and very uncomfortable Breakfast buffet very poor, fruit choice very limited, busy, no table service for drinks, crowded area round coffee machine, toaster juice machine Evening buffet not very good Crockery etc very shabby Room very nice, great cleaning staff, fab view and beach access very convenient but this is NOT a 5 star hotel by any means and that should be changed on your website. This is a 4 star hotel and we would not have stayed here if we’d known that beforehand. Mis- advertising which is unusual for hotel.com

A very good option for those who want to get away from the crowded areas around Marbella. All the staff are very nice, the food is surprisingly good and the spa / pools are perfectly ok. We have been here several times and enjoy ourselves. One thing was not at top. The cleanliness of the room could have been much better. There was dust on the floor and in the corners - every day.

Wünschenswert wäre auf der schönen ganztags besonnten Terrasse auch ein Sonnenschirm gewesen. Leider etwas Negatives: der Zimmermädchenservice war ungenügend; es wurde weder der Boden gewischt, nicht einmal gekehrt, auch sonst keine Umsicht, wie nach dem Entfernen gebrauchter Handtücher neue zu bringen.

The hotel looks great, but is out dated. We stayed 3 days in a suite, but the room is quiet dark and worn out. Sealing on the bath gone, wallpaper comes loose, old nescafe coffee bags. The service in the restaurants and bars is ok, but the employees look tired aswell as their clothes.

The hotel is in a lovely location right beside a nice sandy beach. The hotel staff were really friendly and were able to point me in the right direction when I needed to buy a plug to charge UK devices. Not so great for public transport although a taxi to Estepona is €10

Unheard of for us, but we decided to come back to this hotel after a week holiday last year. Everything about this hotel is superb. Reception staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, cleaning staff. My only gripe is that we asked for a room upgrade (as an Expedia platinum member) but were told that all the higher grade rooms were full. This wasn’t the case as we could clearly see that the suite we had last year was unoccupied for the duration of our stay.

This hotel is on a motorway - beach side. There are no bars or cafe/resturants within walking distance. We spent 50 euros a day in taxis and had to wait well over an hr sometimes for a taxi at busy times. The English breakfast was cold. And snake bar food was dreadful! Some of the staff were charming. I hate to give a bad review but we were mislead on booking. We thought we were in walking distance to estapona beach but that takes well over an hr to walk. If you don’t have a car I don’t think this is the hotel to book.

The hotel was the best choice for our family vacation. Staff was very friendly,very helpful,food amazing and very nice. Location of the hotel was amazing,right by the beach, waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and birds singing. Definitely the best choice for a family vacation.

Very courteous staff. The room however was cold, dark and miserable. It was in need of a complete renovation. The heating wasn’t working and we had to sleep with clothes/ spa robe on.
