Room had trash from previous tenant Toilet did not flush Inadequate lighting Had to collect fresh towels from office No maid service at all The swimming pool was not open to customers at all and in fact was closed Had to pay for laundry service Room had awful smell Sheets were not changed at all during my 3 day stay Lamps did not work and had no light bulbs Management was rude and unprofessional He did not like to help and would make stuff up as he went There was no maid service all 3 days

Ac unit made clunking noises and was generally loud. Pool was nice. Room was not updated, but clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was limited to cereal, toast, some apples and bananas, small donuts, coffee, and juice. ..still better than nothing.

Well worth the money i paid for three nights by booking online! House cleaning could have been better by having more towels. We asked for more towels and was told rudly to wait because they needed to wash the towels. No big deal just could have a friendlier attitude. Cleanest outdoor pool i have seen for a hotel. Over all stay was worth the money! Will stay again!

I just cannot recommend this hotel. I know it’s budget level and I chose it for that reason, but it can still be clean. The lobby area was fine, but my room was not. There were shaved whiskers in and all around the sink. The tub bottom was stained and gross looking. The bathroom floor had “stuff” on it that could not possibly have been missed with a decent cleaning. On a positive note, the bed was quite comfortable. The free breakfast was a joke!

Place was dirty and had horrible smell about it. Hallway smelled of urine. The furniture in the room was in poor condition. A/C didn't work, knob was broken. I opted to not stay there. I returned the keys back to the front desk and requested a refund. Lady said management was out and she couldn't authorize a refund until they returned after the Memorial holiday. Pictures online very different than what was provided. Too poor condition for me. Tamiko

People were very nice but the hotel room was nasty I had to clean before I could even put my stuff down on the table it was dog hair everywhere stains on the walls the phone didn't work the remote was being held together with clear tape the plumbing under the sink was leaking water on the floor held together by electrical tape The sink had buildup of nastiness in the corners the floor didn't look like it was swept or mop The sheets had stains on them we had to go get our own pillows and sheets and clean the room up

This property was nasty, dirty and hot. There was dead bugs on the floor when we walked in, we (thank goodness) had cleaning supplies to get them up and sanitized. The AC unit however, was broken and pouring out hot air even in the highest coldest setting, so much so we had to sleep in our truck half the night. Needless to say not the best experience at/with this property.

The sheet had holes, looked like old makeup or blood stains on the sheets. The water barely got hot, the towels were dingy, the toilets barely flushed. It was so scary and horrible. Never again.

It was pretty bad had to go through 3 different rooms and the third finally being the most clean out of them still not very clean at all. The first room had roaches all on the bathroom sink had to change the second room wasn’t even cleaned at all bed still not even made. The third room the floor and bathroom looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in a while. I had to clean the toilet down before we could use it we did not shower because of how bad the shower looked. We also didn’t bring any belongings into the building.

Comfortable bed, great price, adequate for our needs. There were some things that could be addressed to improve the hotel but we could tell the owners are doing improvements as they can. I would stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are wonderful, clean, and cozy. They have a very home like feel to them. The beds are very comfortable. They are so comfortable me and my husband planned to go out on a Saturday but changed our minds because the room was so comfortable we just wanted to stay in.

Not a fancy place to stay, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Not much choice for places to eat unless you wanted fast food. We did find a Mexican restaurant that was very good.

It was ok for $60. It wasn't as advertised, it was a regular room with king bed, non smoking, with cigarette burns holes in the bed clothes. The tub had no plug, the hair dryer crumbled off the wall when touched, the tv screen was jacked up. If I knew they were going to charge me over $70 for a second night I would have left.

Three dollar transaction fee for the $50 deposit. Heating and AC unit didn't work properly, kept cycling on repeatedly with no downtime. Room didn't have blow dryer even though description said it did. Front desk personnel was friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was subpar, with only a couple of mini donuts and three mini cupcakes available, even though we were one of the first ones there.

The room key system for one of our rooms didn't work, so had to wait for a manager to use the master key to manually let us into the room. The phone in the room didn't work. The bath tub water faucet was half broke and and was leaking water at nearly steady stream. Our second room DID NOT have a deadbolt or any kind of secondary lock.

We checked in the air conditioner didn't work good at all, we had no cold water we couldn't take a shower the water was so hot the refrigerator didn't work good we put food in there and it spoiled our dri ks didn't get cold,we called and the owner brought us a small fan it was so horrible its like the worse place i have ever stayed and there was 2 roaches i killed.i will never stay here again it was so hot in our room i had to end up taking my husband to the hospital he thought he was having another stroke bad place STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I booked my stay and paid for my room using hotel.com and did not expect to have to pay more money for a deposit when I got to the physical location. I did not have any more money and tried to charge it to my credit card and it was declined. So I lost all my money for the room that I paid in full earlier that day and had no place to sleep and feel like I was scammed.

The night staff were super nice (shout out to Donna!), the hotel property seemed clean and relatively modern, the room itself was clean with a nice bed. The only issue is our room had issues with the toilet not flushing completely, but otherwise a fine hotel experience for the cost.

When we checked in. It took 4 hrs to get a room due to room keys not opening up doors. Toilet was broken. TV not working in one of the 5 rooms that we were assigned to. 4 hrs later we finally got a room that almost everything worked. I would not recommend to stay here.

Had to wait for around 5 minutes before anyone came to check me in, but once she got there she was very nice. She was busy in the back ,but understandable. Rooms are clean.

They ask for a $50 deposit say you will fet back after checking out .Iforgot to ask about it when checking out. We called about it and won't refund on credit card.We complain about no hot water staffed did nothing. 5 hours later we complained again got it "fixed " .Don't come here

The staff was outstanding. They was very nice and friendly. Also very helpful for information that had been misprinted on the expedia website. Price was great for last minute reservations. The place just needs a little TLC so it would look nicer and that just takes time. The bed was hard but im use to my soft mattress at hime. They also was let me bring my dog but i had to pay a $20 pet deposit thats nonrefundable but i totally understand that. Will be willing to go back because everything needs work from time to time.

It's super convenient for me. Wal-Mart is right across the road. Anything you need is within 3 or 4 min even if you walk.. I don't like having to put up a 50 deposit because they did beat me out of getting it back one time. That's partly my own fault though because I couldn't get back to pick it up by the time they figured out it was their mistake.

The lady that helped us check in was wonderful and very accommodating. The property was decent, there was a slight odor to our room, and the breakfast offered was less than satisfactory. Other than that overall a decent place for the price and last minute stop.

I just cannot recommend this hotel. I know it’s budget level and I chose it for that reason, but it can still be clean. The lobby area was fine, but my room was not. There were shaved whiskers in and all around the sink. The tub bottom was stained and gross looking. The bathroom floor had “stuff” on it that could not possibly have been missed with a decent cleaning. On a positive note, the bed was quite comfortable. The free breakfast was a joke!

Three dollar transaction fee for the $50 deposit. Heating and AC unit didn't work properly, kept cycling on repeatedly with no downtime. Room didn't have blow dryer even though description said it did. Front desk personnel was friendly and courteous. Continental breakfast was subpar, with only a couple of mini donuts and three mini cupcakes available, even though we were one of the first ones there.

Ac unit made clunking noises and was generally loud. Pool was nice. Room was not updated, but clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was limited to cereal, toast, some apples and bananas, small donuts, coffee, and juice. ..still better than nothing.

Book this room for a week.First room, air conditioner was out, took them over 2 hours to find another room said they didn't have 1 second time air conditioner worked, but there was a lot of noise coming in and out the door would hardly open.Sometimes the lock would work , sometimes it wouldn't. Plus they wanted to charge an excessive pet fee of twenty dollars a night definitely not worth the twenty dollars on top of the regular pay rate for the room , will book, next time at a different hotel when Im in town.

This hotel is by far the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a room for the 4th of july weeend. I expected some noise.But at 1 am I decidedc to leave my first night there. when I walked to the office to inform them I was leaving to go stay swomewhere quieter. I saw they were allowing people to continue to shoot fireworks in their parking lot at 1 am!. while the staff was watching all this going on. and the room above me was having a party and started singing at one point. kids were screaming at the pool at 11:30. I was told the pool closed at 9pm,yet so many people were in it and screaming.. If you are wanting to get away for a quiet stay somewhere I wouldn't reccomend this hotel. And on top of all the noise /i never could get the internet to work. I paid for 2 days and didn't even stay 1 night. I checked out the following day which was sunday. paid 2 days didn't stay 1 day. I won't ever book another room at one of these hotels.
