Bed was awful. Uncomfortable. Never again. Even for how cheap it is.. inconveniently the road has construction.. nosy by the stairs hearing people come up. Homeless people with carts taking up parking spots. Felt sketch/unsafe in the back.

We’ve stayed here no less than 20 times over the last 6 years. The rooms just keep getting nastier. They haven’t done anything to update this motel. AC never got cool. Called about this immediately and was told that it just takes awhile. Big rig pulled in the tiny parking lot at 2:30am idling, checking air brakes, clanging whatever load it was carrying for 30 plus minutes. Called the front desk to see why anyone would want to wake the whole motel at 3am. I was told by the girl “there’s nothing I can do about it”. So apparently everyone who pays to much for these POS rooms can do whatever they want whenever. Then at 5:30am the little dog in the room next to us started barking. By 7:30am housekeeping arrived. They made sure I heard all about what they did last night. May I suggest lubricating the wheels on the housekeeping carts? They sound like a freight train. I would have gone to the front desk to voice these concerns before posting them in public but after the reaction I got at 2:30am from the front desk, I figured it would be pointless. I’m also fairly certain that the back of the motel is where they put the drug dealers and prostitute activity. They still allow it but keep it away from us normies. Last time we will stay here. Had a huge day planned today and now I’m just exhausted and paid a lot for it.

Helpful staff. Basic motel room, very clean, walk in shower, simple linens, ample towels and soap. No in room coffee pot or microwave, no coffee available in check in area. Mall across the street. Laundry room, snack machine, outdoor pool.

The shining star of this motel is their staff, the man who was at the front desk the vast majority of our stay was just fantastic, on top of everything, & super accommodating. The motel property was nice & clean. If you're traveling with your dog, there is enough green space to take them out to potty & great areas all around for walking them. The motel itself though seems like it could use some renovations. The air handling unit in our first room was making loud repetative clicking noises, I've never requested a different room before but it was bad. The man who checked us in was so nice about this, and immediately got us into a different room. Our room was pretty clean, the mattresses have seen better days, but it was clean in all the most important ways (bathroom cleaned, linens clean, no bugs, no trash). Wifi was good. Only real problem was that the shower & sink drains both did not drain. Great location, and on the whole we were really comfortable here and would definitely stay again!

Convenient location. Quiet for the most part. Nice lawn for walking dogs. There were a few questionable prople "hanging out" on the property. Biggest concern was overhearing front desk staff telling customers they had to spray and close down some rooms because of bugs.

Horrible paper thin walls and loud drunk people wandering the parking lot and banging on walls and jumping on the floor above me. No night manager. I even called the police but they never even answered the phone. Worst stay ever. I will be demanding a refund or room credit.

Had a dirty room, got switched, woke up to use the bathroom and realized the bathroom was never cleaned. Dirty towel with gross stuff on it, hair in the bathtub and the toilet wasn't flushed. I stay here a lot during my home renovations since it's down the street and never saw it this bad

Place was filthy. Pillow had stains all Over them. Tub had chips and rusrtying. Smoked smelled like wet mop and to finish off the phone and nuts night stand were coved in weed….not that I care but obvious this room want cleaned well.

BaD, UGLY ROOM, CHEAP, DIRTY, STAINED SHEETS AND BLANKET, NOT PROPERLY CLEANED, BATHROOM CLEANING INCOMPLETE, TV WORKED. HAD AN ISSUE WITH RATE AS I ASSUMED IT WAS $86 A DAY X 3 TAXS, SOME CONFUSION AT THE DESK, NOT MANAGER SO WILL ADDRESS IT SOON.

This was very disappointing. Room was smaller the advertised and the room was not clean with cobwebs on the ceiling and floor was not clean. Deadbolt on door would not lock either and after 5 minutes of being in the room my family and I ended up just leaving due to not feeling safe. Smell in and out of room was bad as well. Do not recommend this place.

Room Floor was dirty.m and bedsheets were dirty - felt nastiness in middle of night - felt like sand by my feet. Check in was snippy person - had their back to 5-6 of us waiting to check as they counting out a cash draw. I asked if someone was checking people in because with their back to us they didn’t seem to be the person who would check us in. They replied without turning around that we should’ve been here earlier at three not at 10 PM. I had no plan to even be staying at a hotel at 3 PM. It was a late night decision so that was inappropriate comment They finally finished counting the drawer and care of us

Recently changed from Motel 6 (sign was covered with black tarp) but place was filthy and run down. Stains on the sheets, splashes of something on wall, window didn't close, drywall on ceiling had huge patches cut out and not taped, went on and on. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful when we decided not to stay.

Terrible water pressure and almost impossible to get the water a good temp. Either scalding hot or freezing. Staff is nice, area around the motel is extremely nice (because Petaluma is nice).

Will never stay here again. The room was not very clean. There is a heat/AC switch in the room and we had it all the way on cool but it blew nothing but hot air, so the room was miserable and stuffy making it hard to sleep. The bathroom door didn’t open or close right, it would stick and you had to force it open/shut which was loud during the night when anyone got up to use the bathroom and there was so much noise from people in the next room. There was 4 of us staying there and none of us got any kind of sleep because it was all so bad. Worst place we have ever stayed.

Every towel had a stain on it from prior use. They seemed 'clean' but not at all appealing. I recommend adding more bleach or chucking them. Also detracting from the experience was the water temp. in the shower and faucet was either scalding or vv cold - no nuance, no 'warm'.

No AC in room even though property advertises AC or the unit didn't work in mine. Grille for the HVAC ducting was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in years. Floor wasn't totally clean. Shower head leaked. Front door didnt fully seal allowing a lot of noise in. Room price is a bit high in my opinion for what you get.

The room smelled really funny and nasty and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all really it was so weak but the people that were running the place seem to be on the ball. The place needs an update, but I think that’s pretty obvious.

Room assignment had someone in it. When we went back, no apologies, she just said I don't work here. 2nd room, key didn't work. Recalibration. Only 1 towel We had to wipe everything, there were nasty finger prints on all surfaces. Maybe they wiped, but didn't spray. There were wrappers all on the floors, it obviously wasn't swept. No tp in room. Tub didn't drain 2nd night we were locked out of room. When went to desk, we let let the front desk person know stay has been less than enjoyable. He completely ignored, just recalibrate, gave tp & towels.

When I arrived, the hotel didn’t have room keys ready to give out so had to have a concierge unlock the room for me each time. The floors were slimy & slippery both in socks and with shoes on. First 20 mins in the room I had to sit with the door open room smelled of bleach so bad! No soaps or anything in the shower, black/brown spots or stains in the show, hair not from me & dirt on the side of the curtain. Had to clean the shower myself at 1 am after my work outing before I could even use it.

Recently changed from Motel 6 (sign was covered with black tarp) but place was filthy and run down. Stains on the sheets, splashes of something on wall, window didn't close, drywall on ceiling had huge patches cut out and not taped, went on and on. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful when we decided not to stay.

Terrible water pressure and almost impossible to get the water a good temp. Either scalding hot or freezing. Staff is nice, area around the motel is extremely nice (because Petaluma is nice).

Felt unsafe person next door left inappropriate note on my door. Couple next door to me were up all night fighting cops got called. Place walking distance to shopping centers but definitely would not be my first choice again.

For a basic, no frills dog friendly place to take a shower and sleep, it fits the bill. The people were nice and attentive. We felt safe.

Hotel was well located and easy walk to several restaurants. Not super clean and could use some renovations. Had to ask for hair dryer and extra blanket. No shampoo or conditioner in room. Overall a reasonable place to stay for budgeting traveller.

Convenient location. Quiet for the most part. Nice lawn for walking dogs. There were a few questionable prople "hanging out" on the property. Biggest concern was overhearing front desk staff telling customers they had to spray and close down some rooms because of bugs.

I know you-all try to keep costs down, i.e., no in-room coffee, but in addition to bar soap, you could offer shampoo. And tissues would be nice rather than having to use toilet paper. But the room was real nice. I just wish they were $49 these days. :-)

Helpful staff. Basic motel room, very clean, walk in shower, simple linens, ample towels and soap. No in room coffee pot or microwave, no coffee available in check in area. Mall across the street. Laundry room, snack machine, outdoor pool.

This is Motel 6 being udpated/transformed into a Park Inn by Radison. The hotel lists breakfast included, but it is only a pot of coffee in the registration lobby. It is overpriced as an Inn by Radisson since it is still just a motel 6. The rooms have been recently painted with updated fixtures, which was very nice and comfortable. The MOTEL 6 sign is still on the street side and building and poorly "blacked" out with spray paint, The Radisson sign is posted to second story as a banner and is hard to read/locate from the street.

Door bar was missing, floors we filthy bathroom was filthy, bottle opener was broken big hole in the bathroom wall with dirt coming out. Wall above bed had been partially painted with a 10x3 path painted. Big white van took up more than one space and blocked the handicap parking spot Clerk next morning moved me to a much cleaner room the next morning

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! First we were greeted by the General Manager who seemed stressed out. Not her fault as I’m sure her job isn’t easy and she gave us a room in 125. I went to the room first because my husband had to go back to work and finish up a few things. My first impression was the horrible cigarette smell! It looked like a Motel 6 with the colors and layout inside. I noticed that the floors were extremely filthy after the cigarette smell. I left my door open while I brought in our belongings. Once I use the restroom, I got even more grossed out as there was snot all over the walls. There was also a dead bug still attached to the wall. The bathtub was extremely filthy and you could tell that it was not cleaned. The room was cold so I decided to turn on the HVAC system only to find out that it was blowing cold air, I called the front desk and asked the GM if she could have somebody in maintenance to take a look at it. She sounded very annoyed and said that everybody was gone for the day and to just leave the fan off. This was pie far, the most horrible and disgusting motel that I have ever stayed at. I ended up booking a room elsewhere so that I could be comfortable since my husband‘s job site was just down the street. He decided to stay there and said that it was absolutely horrible. He said that he should have gone and stayed with me instead I went to the Sheraton and spent just $30 more a night and it was well worth the extra money

The room was nothing special but clean enough and everything worked. The thermostat was a little annoying because there was no way to just turn the fan on without heat or air conditioning but that's a personal preference. The pool was clean and there was coffee in the lobby. Nothing to complain about.
