Helpful staff. Clean warm room. Lobby is quite smokey because of the bar but did not smell any smoke upstairs. Lots of good cheap restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Klima çok eski ve sıcak konumu çalışmıyordu,TV açılmadı çalıştıramadık,(Teknik servise bildirildi TV çalıştı,klima bozuk olarak kaldı) Tuvalette tuvalet kağıdı yoktu...(Reception a söyledik çözümlenmedi).Çalışanlar gülümsüyor fakat bildiklerini yapıyorlar.Kahvaltı çok eksik ve zayıftı , ortam ise akşamları sanırım herkese açık Otelin en üst katı olan Ocakbaşı Restaurantta kahvaltı verildiği için günlük temizlik yapılmamış ağır bir koku vardı ve dağınıktı...Bar da ise;sanırım orada da otel dışından müşteri alınıyordu.Bilardo - okey -tavla oynayanlar rahatsız edici bir kalabalık vardı.Kısaca Otelde güvenlik olduğunu görmediğim için sağlıksız ve huzursuz bir gece geçirmek zorunda kaldık.Paranızla rezil olmak istiyorsanız kalabilirsiniz.
