Over all clean and friendly hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast offered. Pool and gym is a plus as well. Will definitely be staying here for future visits!

We stayed just one night traveling from FL to MI but I did like the size of the room (2 queen plus a couch) but the bathroom was a little beat up, as was the cabinet holding the fridge. Kids liked the pool. The lobby was nice and "homey". Staff was friendly. Room was clean, just a little worn in certain areas (tub and furniture). The noise from the highway bothered me as I slept nearest the window but the rest of my family was fine. For the price it was a good deal

Property is in pretty dire need of updating. Carpet is worn, paint peeling in room. Pretty dingy. Pool was dirty, cold. For the price is wasn't hateful but wasn't great.

Stayed here for a ball tournament and didn't have any issues really. They were really busy and the parking lot was a little tough to park in. No issues overall

Perfect stop for a family making a long drive. Right off 75, really warm indoor pool open from 6am-midnight (our girls loved taking a quick dip when we arrived late!), and a good breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit). Bonus points for good coffee with flavored creamer!

Just a one night stop. Nice place …. Yes, there is a frig and microwave in the room which I couldn’t find on the site. Decent bed, nice linens, towels, pillows. Very Clean, although the caulk in the bathroom could use some attention. Nice staff. Pretty good breakfast, decent selection. Wish I had checked in earlier to use the pool, water was really warm. I travel with my own coffee and coffee maker because EVERYONE has those horrible single serve ones where you can’t use your own coffee. Would stay again without hesitation.

I can’t speak to the cleanliness or comfort of the room because we ended up canceling the reservation. After being on the road for 12 hours, we were looking forward to a comfortable stay at this hotel. As we were pulling a large boat, we chose this hotel based on the fact that there was free parking. For whatever reason, the parking lot was full when we arrived but that didn’t really matter, since anyone who is pulling a trailer is asked to park down the street on a cul de sac. I understand not wanting people with trailers to take up multiple spots in the parking lot but could you please be up front with that info so we can make a decision before we book. In the meantime, we had a lovely stay at the nearby Fairchild Inn (which had a lot of parking).

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Hotel seemed to be clean decently well, but cockroach was on bathroom door.

Got the suite. It was absolutely filthy. Mold on the door, cabinets that had been water logged, filth on walls and ceiling. Absolutely disgusting especially for a 150.00 room.

We found a rotten apple under under the bed. And the NASTY part was a roach crawling near the waffle maker. I told the front desk. She said talk to the kitchen staff. The guy told me they have a bad problem with roaches and management knows about it. they were suppose to call to spray and they they haven’t yet. I had to tell the worker he needs to clean where the roach was crawling. I know places can get them. But stay on top of the issue and clean clean clean…they never offered to refund any money just could not believe their kitchen staff told me they knew about the roaches and they didn’t spray.. won’t ever recommend this place again.

Hotel was dirty! So glad we were only passing through and were there to sleep and left right away the next morning. We didn’t eat breakfast- didn’t look appetizing.

The property was beautiful. The lobby area had a fireplace and seating area. The woman at the front desk was amazing (due to bad weather, I called prior to checking in and she assured me there would not be a problem with when we arrived). We had a larger room with a living area (2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper). The room in general was very spacious (nothing felt cramped) and it had nice furniture/pictures/decor. Everything was fantastic until we closed the door to our room and I noticed a large, dead cockroach behind the door. I then went into the bathroom and there was a smaller roach crawling up the side of the bathtub. The ceiling in the bathroom was drop tile, and right above the toilet, was a dead cockroach that had gotten trapped under one of the tiles. The bathroom sink either drained extremely slow or was clogged. There were also food crumbs on the living room floor.

The property is older so the rooms and amenities reflect that. The carpet in the room was very stained and dirty. Overall, was a good place to stay a night as we were just passing through.

We had a room facing the highway and the noise from the traffic was noticeable. Overall room was clean but dated. Not all outlets worked and windows did not seal totally making the bed by the window a little cool for sleeping and not helping block the noise from the highway.

The bed was lumpy. Our door had issues wouldnt close and lock properly. The hotel needs updates.

The property was convenient to the expressway and it was a readonable price. However you get what you pay for. Room was in need of lots of maintenance and updating. Outlets didn’t work, USB ports didn't work, the telephone was broken, and the handle on the bathroom faucet came off in our hands.

We arrived pretty late in the evening so our “experience” has been limited. But it was an easy, courteous and attentive check in. The suite has been comfortable and restful overnight. The rooms are clean. The only thing has been the suite was very warm when we walked in, so it took a while for us to get it comfortable. But, it’s not normal for it to be this hot in late October, so who can plan for that? Overall, it’s been a very good stay. I’d strongly recommend the hotel.

The room was clean but had a strange odor. Not a deal breaker, but odd. The room had two queen beds, luckily. The first bed sank in; maybe the box springs were broken. So I slept in the second bed. It was a quiet and clean stay. The beds and weird odor were the only turn-offs. If I were staying longer, I would have told someone about the issues. I had to leave too early to address that.

We were really impressed the separate bedroom had its own bathroom. We only stayed one night but would enjoy spending the whole week.

Clean hotel. Very quiet. The lady that worked in the evening was so nice. I asked if she had tooth brushes and she did. She also asked if we needed anything else and gave us deodorant as well.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and haven’t had an issue but was very disappointed this visit. When I entered my room and opened the bathroom door, it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I asked to be moved, they could not accommodate me and handed me a can of an odor eater. My concern was that the cleaning crew had to be aware of the problem and should have been resolved before anyone was given that room. The response was…it happens. Not acceptable.

We've stayed here before. It's nice, well kept, breakfast is decent, close to restaurants. This stay, we walked into reception, not greeted right away. The desk clerk was on a personal phone call and didn't hang up to check us in - just continued her conversation. Also, there was a fresh scent of weed nearby (legal and fine) I just could smell it to our room into the hallways and to the 3rd floor. Room also smelled musty, I was able to open the window, but felt congested all night.

I am currently housing 8 of my work associates at this hotel and several of them have complained they have had issues with theft in their rooms. Personal belongings and luggage/bags rifled through by housekeeping. Many of them are missing things from their bags and their personal belongings are left in disarray. Front desk has offered to reimburse them, but the issue is that it has happened on multiple occasions and they think money is going to fix the issue of broken trust between our team and theirs. We are not interested in being reimbursed, we are just waiting for our booking to expire, since they will not refund the balance if they move now. I will then move my team to a more honest and reputable establishment. I have called several times to get the issue resolved but I am always told there is no manager on call to authorize my refund. I spoke to Sandy from housekeeping who assured me the video was being reviewed for the rooms in question and a manager would call me as soon as they came on shift... it has now been over 48 hours since the initial report and 24 hours since my last call and there has been no follow up from the hotel. As a matter of fact I know no one will call because no one I spoke to ever bothered to ask for my name, company name, phone number or email address where I could be reached.I had planned to house 12 associates here for a 12 week period but I will be taking my guys and my business to a more reputable and honest establisment. Shame.

I paid and made arrangements with Expedia for a one bedroom suite. When I received key it was a small room and I was traveling with my family and daughter that is in a wheelchair and was told sorry all other rooms were sold out! I paid for what I wanted and have been trying to reach Expedia to settle and get my money back or the difference and cannot get thru to anyone. I need Expedia to contact me about this problem.

All the Suite rooms face the highway - I75. Road noise was bad. Hotel was fine. Bfast was fine. I wish had booked directly versus Hotels - it would have been almost $40 less. Ask for standard room on Mountain side and you'll be able to get a good night sleep.

Was close to baseball field so convenient for us.

We love Dalton. This hotel is clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be regarding the traffic noise so close to the highway and also the ac unit was a bit noisy.

The hotel is in need of a refresh. I wasn’t confident the hotel was as clean as it could be. The breakfast was good but two mornings the coffee was luke warm and that was at 8 am

Toe nail clippings on the floor. Upstairs, 2nd level smelled musty. Coffee right at 7:00 am was already lukewarm.

Just off the freeway but in a secluded area in a hilly area with a quiet wooded area. Enjoyed our brief stay. Breakfast was tasty and offered a great variety.

Just stopped for the night on our way home. Our room was next to the highway and you could hear the road noise, making it hard to fall asleep. Besides that the room and hotel were nice. The breakfast was disappointing. They offered a semi hot breakfast! Biscuits and gravy were ok, they ran out of waffle batter. Only other hot items were sausage links and boiled eggs. Other than the breakfast it was a nice place to sleep for the night.
