Have you ever tried to use single ply kleenex? Not good. The sidewalks in front of the room doors had dried mud everywhere.

Limited breakfast, but was it was good. Room was very comfortable & clean but alittle dated. I liked parking in front of the room. Check in & out was good. Friendly staff. I would stay again. It was good value for short stays.

Just a normal stay. Not great, but not terrible. Pool didn't look as if it had been open all summer.

The person at the front desk did not greet me as I walked in the door. I then let him know I had a reservation and he was on his phone the entire time. That is TERRIBLE customer service. Apparently his job was too Difficult because be couldnt even give me any acknowledgement not Even when we were handed the keys for the roo No thank you nothing. I may never stay at this Super 8 again also the dresser drawers were broken and the main door Going into the room caught on the floor. Some serious upgrades need to be done to this hotel not to Mention the pool wasnt even open like the wi ter cover was still on.

Updates, cleaning & repairs needed

The overall stay was good the staff was really friendly and the room was clean the outside could use some updating

It was difficult to find an ice machine. It was in the next building in a room. Our bathtub had a big crack in it.

Property isnt very old but its starting to look run down

We were originally put in a room on the first floor facing a busy street. It was loud with bright lights throughout the night. The next morning we requested a room change which we were given. We moved to a second floor room on the other side of the building. We appreciated that they were willing and able to accommodate our request. The room was not very clean and all amenities were old and outdated.

So I’m not leaving my review to complain and which my experience doesn’t reflect on the the hotel as a place to not stay at, so the first room was street level to the left side of building facing the front desk, Me and my son entered the room to discover unmade beds and dead cockroaches so first I called the front desk and he said to come back up front, and the gentleman was very kind, also very professional . He explained it was showing the room as available. Which it was actually under deep cleaning (for bugs) He apologized and got me another room, which was on the opposite side of the building as the original one. Upon walking in, looked very clean, up to date and was more surprised as nice as it was for the cost of the room. So a few minutes go by and along the floor goes crawling a Palmetto bug like those big flying cockroaches and nope I cannot do that and then it was crawling up the wall so back to the front desk I went, but I felt bad as I said the gentleman At the front desk was Super kind and he offered an upgrade in the building across from the one my room was at And I had to decline because I didn’t want to chance it and have to go back to The front desk it was almost 3 AM and I was driving round trip from Knoxville to Clearwater to get my daughter due to hurricane Milton, Overall, great location, variety of food, locations, in walking distance almost in the same parking lot also location is great as well

Checking in they forced me to give them $100 cash before they would give me a key to the room. That’s after scanning my credit card for incidentals. There were hairs in the towels and long hair in the tub. Mold growing in the ceiling around the shower. A literal hole in the shower tub and cracks 12 to 14 inches long in the tub. Bathroom door had chips and cracks all over and needed painted battling. If I could read them zero stars I would. I will never stay at another super eight motel.

The cleanliness was so bad, that we didnt allow our kiddos to take a shower over the weekend. There was literal feces on shower curtain and wall. Sarcatic atiitudes with front staff when informed of issue. Moved to 3 different rooms because of constant mechanical problems in previous rooms between door not locking on exit and a/c not cooling. Im pretty laid back so there wasnt any 1 thing that was so bad, it was more of a lot of little things going wrong, however wont be foing back to any super 8.

Well the new bed decor and shower curtain was nice to bad it decored black mold in the shower filty doors and headboards base boards and floors all need a good bleaching staff seem unsure of themselves and the job they are doing if they could clean up would be a better place to stay.

The first room we were given had a toilet with a diarrhea explosion in the toilet. The second room had a couple of long dark hairs imbedded in the fitted sheet on one of the beds. We always check for bedbugs also (and didn't find any), but in pulling the bed away from the wall found quite a bit of dust and debris, including a discarded cup. We brought all these to the attention of the staff.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, it smelled bad and was dirty, and when I went in on the wall was a cockroach! I went back to the main desk and turned in my key, I wasn’t able to get my money back either!

We evacuated from Tampa, FL and stopped at this location. After a long day of stress and driving we then had bed bugs on our mattress. The lady at the desk did move us immediately that was the only good part of this hotel.

Everything was great until I woke up yesterday morning and saw a bedbug on my sheets. I took many pictures. Although I only saw one, it was still in my bed.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures on line. When we got to our room the air conditioner was not cooling well. So we left for a little while came back water from the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor. I went to the office and they changed our room. The next morning got up to take a shower the shower head leaked so bad that it soaked the whole bathroom. I went back to the office and they gave me a key to the room where I was at first and said shower there and they would get someone to look at it later. If I was the president of hotels. Com this hotel would not be on my site.

The sleep sofa had a broken hinge and had a piece of plywood to "fix" the support. The mattresses were all uncomfortable. The freezer had so much ice that the door would not close on the fridge until we removed some of the ice ourselves. The toilet seat was practically falling off as was the flush handle. The laminate floors were all sticky or dirty. The staff at the desk were nice that is the only nice thing we can probably say.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses were really hard.

The beds were fantastic. So comfy. It was fairly quiet in our room on the top floor. Bathroom was tiny but the sink vanity was large so that was nice. Breakfast included waffles, cereal, juice, coffee, bagels, yogurt and little sausage sandwiches tbat were very good.

Someone above my room was moving furniture around midnight.

The rooms look 100% better than the pictures. I was truly impressed. And the price value is unmatched. I would definitely come back to stay here again. Sincerely, Ramirez W.

the hotel offers a 2 queen and sofa bed room but does not actually have any at the location and we were left without a room big enough for our family or a solution like being offered a 2nd room to stay in for our family of 6

The ckerk at desk didnt respond when i called itcwent to voice mail. Not my kind of service.no reply about my concerns of loitering outside my room. Singke winan all men drinking. Yep sleot in my clothes afraid to gobout and get my things. Not very clean and i believe i was charged

they gave me a room that was already occupied, i expected to get attacked when i entered the room Then they just said; “oh sorry “

Basic Super 8, but the staff was very nice and the breakfast was ok.

I reserved a king bed, non smoking room. I was given a double bed, smoking room. I reserved the room for $59 and was charged $77. I asked for a receipt for my expense account and was told she couldn't give me one because I booked on line. Very rude people!!!

Easy access to interstate. Clean.

Affordable overnight, clean room. Cracker Barrel next door.

Very hice for an overnight stay. Close to lots of restaurants. Quiet.

Staff were extremely friendly and the room was in very good shape - new, clean. Close to lots of places to eat. Nice overnight stay while traveling. Great value!

First room we were given had a large puddle in the middle of the room. We went to another room that was clean but well worn. Thin blanket on bed. Breakfast was not impressive. Went to McDonalds instead.

Stayed two nights for a football game in Atlanta. Was surprised they had free breakfast as there was no mention on the webpage. Only gripe was we couldn’t get local channels and were unable to watch playoff football from the room.

The front desk attendant checking in and out was very kind and helpful. Had a nice table set up for coffee in the office but no breakfast.
