the rooms were up at the very top.marco was very helpful.at 1st he seemed rude,but hes actually nice.i didnt catch the lady's name at the front desk,but she too was very nice.the ac worked well and tv had sone english channels.there wasnt any room cleaning service for the 2 days we stayed.for the price it was alright.what was a negitive for all 4 of us that stayed was the beds.they were very uncomfortable.we all though they were boxsprings and not mattresses.my wife slept on the lower bunkbed because they were softer.

Was a family friendly place but is best for teenagers (alot of them there). Not great for older people due to all the stairs and not the most comfortable rooms. The young crowd was up late and loud which made it really hard to get a good night sleep.

The room climate was fine after we asked how to turn on the air conditioner. It was off at the breaker and no one offered to set it up for us. They just dropped off the bags and left.They give you two towels and no matter how ling you stay, they charge you for any more towels. The manager Marco was the most arrogant and unhelpful person. He should be fired. The nicest person on staff was Angela, the snack bar attendant. She was pleasant and very helpful. Their restaurant is a joke. Other than the view, it was a huge disappointment. There was also a lot of noise.
