Very nice hotel in a secluded spot. Got its own beach but you get kicked off by 7pm. Some nice restaurants within walking distance, and a 2 euro bus ride from the centre of Sorrento.

Best thing about this property is that a local restaurant, Tico Tico, is within a short walking distance. My family and I did not feel very welcome here at this property. It is more for locals. The first day at the beach was horrible because the beach and the water were filthy. Granted that is beyond the hotel’s control, nevertheless our daughter even commented on the trash. If you want to have either a first line lounger and umbrella you have to pay 30 euro per person. 20 euro if you want second line on the beach. However, we noticed non-hotel individuals entering the ‘private beach’. The rooftop turns into a club on Wednesdays and Saturdays with very loud music. Also, the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors. Our superior triple room was ‘tight’. Our queen bed was actually two twins put together. The food at the hotel was mediocre at best. When we arrived the two ladies at the front desk ignored us for about a good 10 minutes- one was on the phone and the other just sat there looking bored. It is hard to get to and you have to learn how to use the bus system, which luckily is easy to navigate and the best cost option. Taxis are ridiculously expensive. And most request cash payments. If you don’t have cash the drivers will gladly take you to an ATM. Sorrento was lovely and I wished we had stayed there instead.

The private beach is a dream ! No other place around has the private and sandy coast . They can get you to any other beach around with tours . The breakfast is superb!! I will definitely go back to this place and recommend to everyone!

We had a fantastic time in this hotel in April. Lovely private beach and great room with balcony. Most of all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Francesca in particular helped sort all of our trips and queries before and during our stay. It is about 30 minutes from Sorrento centre and much quieter which we like, but transport links are excellent and very cheap. The hotel even provided some lifts for free. Highly recommend it and will likely return ourselves in busier season.

Everyone from this facility was very nice and helpful. From suggestions where to go and how to get there . The Bus to the train station or Sorrento was literally a 3 min walk. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious The free breakfast buffet was also fabulous with an option of a made to order omelette or eggs . The location was stunning over looking the ocean with a private beach. Free shuttle to the train station and Sorrento where as everyone else charges a fee. Very safe area. Definitely recommend

Idyllic Hotel with its own beach.. fantastic view from our room 309. Pleasant and service-minded staff. Clean and modern hotel room. Good breakfast, and brilliantly with its own beach bar where you can bring food and drink as well as expenses for sunbeds in the room. Delicious and relaxing atmosphere on the beach in front of the hotel. There is free transport under the auspices of the hotel to Meta train station. Only Eur 1.50 per person by train into Sorrento. Alternatively, a bus a few meters from the hotel into Sorrento for Eur 2 per person. Taxis are way too expensive. (Approx. EUR 50) Sorrento as a city is highly recommended. The hotel can be recommended for couples who want a great and modern hotel by the water's edge versus a room in the middle of a city. The only thing that slightly lowers our assessment is that 3 out of 4 evenings there was a full party on the roof terrace. We heard this very well in our room and it doesn't end until midnight.

Amazing hotel, great spot away from the bustle up on the hill. Very picturesque with amazing ocean views. Great onsite dining and views from cocktail bar at sunset are awesome. Room was clean and comfortable.

Overall good hotel, only issue was there was a wedding on one of the nights we were there and the reception was held above our room. All night the music was bumping through the walls and ceiling, plates smashing, footsteps/jumping& dancing etc. other than that the staff was Excellent very kind and helpful

Pictures on it's website don't tell the whole story. Looks nice , unique location , very few hotels in the area actually on the beach .We had a small room but adequate for our use , just . It claims a "private beach" but it is operated as a Lido and charges guests along with the general public 20euros for 1 umbrella 2 Chaise . however it is ideal for small children as the area protected by the breakwater remains fairly shallow and not subject too much wave action . There is a "Sky bar" , night time patio , on the roof , 3 floors above reception . it has a tendency to loud dance music . In our 9 night stay there were several nights it did not appear to operate, but when it does depending on the clientele , it can go on until well past midnight . Breakfast ,7am -10am ,was in the sea level restaurant , great view whether it be sunrise or sunset . Had a good selection of foods , however the "hot" selection was always less than lukewarm ,good staff . Dinner , we always showed at 8pm , reasonable prices ,good menu selection . avoid the 9euro bottle of red wine. Being at the bottom of a cliff ,to go anywhere(other than the beach) you have to get to the top . choices local bus , hotel shuttle, taxi , pickup from the adventure you're engaged in or walk . Best option for a SELF guided day trip , hotel shuttle to the train station 2euro pax then train to Sorrento (adult single 1:40 euro) return trip 2:80 .

If I could give more stars I would! This property is stunning! Exceptionally clean and bright. What sets this property apart are the staff. Honestly, when I say they go above and beyond it’s a service like nothing I’ve experienced in my life. Traveling from Canada and this being my first time in Italy, the staff did so much to support us. I recommend this hotel with certainty and conviction!

We enjoyed our time by the gorgeous sea at this full service hotel. It has been thoughtfully updated with a clean white and grey palette. The bathroom fixtures are nice and new, but the shower glass needs to be grouted so it doesn’t leak water all over the floor. The breakfast is fantastic! The dinners a la carte are good, but the evening after pasqua, we felt the waiter pushed us to order what had been overstock. It wasn’t great. We should have had pizza two nights in a row instead. The hotel has a convenient location to ferries to islands such as Capri which was a great day trip. The area around the hotel felt safe for walking and we chatted with friendly locals. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order and the stairs were quite tall and challenging. Otherwise, the value was good and I’d stay again. Loved the room service and valet parking.

The room was oceanfront and very clean and roomy. They offered a free shuttle to downtown Sorrento. They have onsite valet parking but it's 15 euros surcharge, it was worth it. Breakfast was very nice also. I would stay here again!

Property was in a beautiful spot. Right on the beach and the Seaview room was breathtaking. The restaurant downstairs has an amazing selection of seafood which we enjoyed. Everything was extremely clean and polished. There was a nice touch of being greeted by a staff member who brought our bags upstairs, opened our room and asked if we needed anything to settle in. The hotel’s shuttle bus service to Sorrento was helpful, and the fact the public bus stop is only a few minutes walk down the road was very convenient. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was there isn’t much in walking distance without waking up heaps of stairs and hills to get to the town centre, you need to get the bus. The price to and from the accomodation and Naples airport or train station was 160 euro and 230 euro… so organise the bus services as soon as possible! We would happily stay here again (and really look forward to it).

Bel hotel, mais rien autour. Option restaurant limité. Il y a des fêtes sur le toit et a la plage à tout les soirs jusqu’à 2h du matin, si vu sur l’eau, impossible de dormir. Ils ont fait des feux d’artifices sur la plage de l’hôtel a 1AM. Les chambres sont mal isolées

We're typically easy-going people who don't complain but trust me when I say not, DO NOT stay here. My boyfriend and stayed here for 3 nights and all 3 of those nights were awful. The location is inconvenient and it takes you at least 20 mins via bus to get into the main part of Sorrento. The first night we got there, they tried to put us in a room that was not what we paid for. This room was right next to the main road going in and of the area. The amount of honking and road noise is a lot. The room smelt like mildew and there were a number of spiders in the room. You could also hear a ton of noise from the kitchen staff at ALL hours of the night- they were incredibly inconsiderate. 2nd night: we got moved into a new room- we thought it was going to be great until we got home from our day out and realized they were hosting a private wedding event on the rooftop RIGHT above our room. Not only was it really loud, it lasted until past midnight. We were not warned about this at all. We also now couldn't use the rooftop bar as it was reserved for only wedding guests- that was one of the main reasons we booked the place. They have essentially no allergen friendly items for breakfast (we are dairy-free) and we had to pay $150 to a transfer from the airport back to the hotel which is outrageous. The hotel and Expedia wouldn't compensate us for any of our stay- we're pretty disappointed in both parties. Save yourself and stay somewhere else. I would never recommend this place.

Overall it was excellent.. but the fix up the lobby the design and first impression is important. It was very noisy outside the hotell room. When people came home late the woke up us op. The doors where of less quality.

We stayed 4 nights and had a sea view room which was wonderful to fall asleep to the waves crashing .We took in breathtaking sunsets from our balcony!Our room was bright ,cheery ,quiet and very relaxing.The hot buffet breakfast was very delicious with many items to choose from and located in an area where one could sit back with coffee and enjoy the sea views .The kitchen staff and chefs were pleasant and kind and great cooks! .The hotel staff Francesca was a delight to work with! She organized our tour ,pick ups ,and gave us valuable information for sightseeing also.We explored Meta and ate the best pastry, considered the best pastry in the world ! We agree! The hotel offers free shuttles to Sorrento .The hotel was the perfect place to be by the ocean and to take the tours to the Amalfi coast and Capri.My husband and I would stay definitely stay here again!

Pictures on it's website don't tell the whole story. Looks nice , unique location , very few hotels in the area actually on the beach .We had a small room but adequate for our use , just . It claims a "private beach" but it is operated as a Lido and charges guests along with the general public 20euros for 1 umbrella 2 Chaise . however it is ideal for small children as the area protected by the breakwater remains fairly shallow and not subject too much wave action . There is a "Sky bar" , night time patio , on the roof , 3 floors above reception . it has a tendency to loud dance music . In our 9 night stay there were several nights it did not appear to operate, but when it does depending on the clientele , it can go on until well past midnight . Breakfast ,7am -10am ,was in the sea level restaurant , great view whether it be sunrise or sunset . Had a good selection of foods , however the "hot" selection was always less than lukewarm ,good staff . Dinner , we always showed at 8pm , reasonable prices ,good menu selection . avoid the 9euro bottle of red wine. Being at the bottom of a cliff ,to go anywhere(other than the beach) you have to get to the top . choices local bus , hotel shuttle, taxi , pickup from the adventure you're engaged in or walk . Best option for a SELF guided day trip , hotel shuttle to the train station 2euro pax then train to Sorrento (adult single 1:40 euro) return trip 2:80 .

Best thing about this property is that a local restaurant, Tico Tico, is within a short walking distance. My family and I did not feel very welcome here at this property. It is more for locals. The first day at the beach was horrible because the beach and the water were filthy. Granted that is beyond the hotel’s control, nevertheless our daughter even commented on the trash. If you want to have either a first line lounger and umbrella you have to pay 30 euro per person. 20 euro if you want second line on the beach. However, we noticed non-hotel individuals entering the ‘private beach’. The rooftop turns into a club on Wednesdays and Saturdays with very loud music. Also, the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors. Our superior triple room was ‘tight’. Our queen bed was actually two twins put together. The food at the hotel was mediocre at best. When we arrived the two ladies at the front desk ignored us for about a good 10 minutes- one was on the phone and the other just sat there looking bored. It is hard to get to and you have to learn how to use the bus system, which luckily is easy to navigate and the best cost option. Taxis are ridiculously expensive. And most request cash payments. If you don’t have cash the drivers will gladly take you to an ATM. Sorrento was lovely and I wished we had stayed there instead.

If I could give more stars I would! This property is stunning! Exceptionally clean and bright. What sets this property apart are the staff. Honestly, when I say they go above and beyond it’s a service like nothing I’ve experienced in my life. Traveling from Canada and this being my first time in Italy, the staff did so much to support us. I recommend this hotel with certainty and conviction!

We had a fantastic time in this hotel in April. Lovely private beach and great room with balcony. Most of all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Francesca in particular helped sort all of our trips and queries before and during our stay. It is about 30 minutes from Sorrento centre and much quieter which we like, but transport links are excellent and very cheap. The hotel even provided some lifts for free. Highly recommend it and will likely return ourselves in busier season.

Everyone from this facility was very nice and helpful. From suggestions where to go and how to get there . The Bus to the train station or Sorrento was literally a 3 min walk. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious The free breakfast buffet was also fabulous with an option of a made to order omelette or eggs . The location was stunning over looking the ocean with a private beach. Free shuttle to the train station and Sorrento where as everyone else charges a fee. Very safe area. Definitely recommend

The staff was amazing at this gorgeous hotel!! So friendly and helpful! The suggestion of Tiko Tiko for supper was exceptional. We enjoyed a very relaxed Italian dinner and were amazed at the locals who dined near us and showed so much compassion and love for one another!! We had had the wonderful pastas, the steak (which was cooked to perfection), the profiteroles (a MUST have) and the lambursco! The amazing breakfast at the hotel each morning was divine! The staff parks your car for you and then gets it out each time you need it. The view from our room was so beautiful, especially at sunset! We will go back again!!!!

Very nice hotel in a secluded spot. Got its own beach but you get kicked off by 7pm. Some nice restaurants within walking distance, and a 2 euro bus ride from the centre of Sorrento.

Beautiful spot right on the ocean with great views. The room itself was perfect and cozy with a balcony overlooking the water. It was a little more of a secluded area which kept it quiet, to get to town a bus was right at the bottom of the hill. There was a couple restaurants close by at the bottom of the hill as well if you didn’t want to go to town.

Property was in a beautiful spot. Right on the beach and the Seaview room was breathtaking. The restaurant downstairs has an amazing selection of seafood which we enjoyed. Everything was extremely clean and polished. There was a nice touch of being greeted by a staff member who brought our bags upstairs, opened our room and asked if we needed anything to settle in. The hotel’s shuttle bus service to Sorrento was helpful, and the fact the public bus stop is only a few minutes walk down the road was very convenient. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was there isn’t much in walking distance without waking up heaps of stairs and hills to get to the town centre, you need to get the bus. The price to and from the accomodation and Naples airport or train station was 160 euro and 230 euro… so organise the bus services as soon as possible! Property was in a beautiful spot. Right on the beach and the Seaview room was breathtaking. The restaurant downstairs has an amazing selection of seafood which we enjoyed. Everything was extremely clean and polished. There was a nice touch of being greeted by a staff member who brought our bags upstairs, opened our room and asked if we needed anything to settle in. The hotel’s shuttle bus service to Sorrento was helpful, and the fact the public bus stop is only a few minutes walk down the road was very convenient. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was there isn’t much in walking distance without waking up heaps of stairs and hills to get to the town centre, you need to get the bus. The price to and from the accomodation and Naples airport or train station was 160 euro and 230 euro… so organise the bus services as soon as possible! We would happily stay here again (and really look forward to it).

Pictures on it's website don't tell the whole story. Looks nice , unique location , very few hotels in the area actually on the beach .We had a small room but adequate for our use , just . It claims a "private beach" but it is operated as a Lido and charges guests along with the general public 20euros for 1 umbrella 2 Chaise . however it is ideal for small children as the area protected by the breakwater remains fairly shallow and not subject too much wave action . There is a "Sky bar" , night time patio , on the roof , 3 floors above reception . it has a tendency to loud dance music . In our 9 night stay there were several nights it did not appear to operate, but when it does depending on the clientele , it can go on until well past midnight . Breakfast ,7am -10am ,was in the sea level restaurant , great view whether it be sunrise or sunset . Had a good selection of foods , however the "hot" selection was always less than lukewarm ,good staff . Dinner , we always showed at 8pm , reasonable prices ,good menu selection . avoid the 9euro bottle of red wine. Being at the bottom of a cliff ,to go anywhere(other than the beach) you have to get to the top . choices local bus , hotel shuttle, taxi , pickup from the adventure you're engaged in or walk . Best option for a SELF guided day trip , hotel shuttle to the train station 2euro pax then train to Sorrento (adult single 1:40 euro) return trip 2:80 .

El personal de recepción muy y amable pero en el desayuno los meseros groseros y con actitud que muestras que no les gusta su trabajo ni atender a la gente. Tienen un espacio espectacular frente al mar pero no . permitieron que desayunáramos afuera que porque no había buen tiempo, lo cual no es cierto, entonces pedí una mesa adentro pero más cerca del mar, me la negaron y ante mi insistencia me la dieron pero de muy mala gana. Si tienen esa belleza y no la podemos disfrutar, no tiene sentido regresar. es una lástima, el lugar está hermoso aunque es complicado llegar

We loved our stay here. From the second the staff checked us in, the staff was very friendly, the food for dinner was delicious all three nights, and they helped us schedule two excursions to Amalfi/Positano and Capri. Great experience.

This was the perfect hotel to end our 2 week long Italy vacation. It is perfectly peaceful and an amazing reprieve from busy tourist cities. The bus stop is just down the street from the hotel and is an easy 20 minute bus ride to Sorrento. The sea-view room is worth the upgrade and the room itself was very cute and clean. The hotel restaurant was one of our favorite meals the entire trip and we very affordable. Very much recommend this sweet hotel in the sweet town of Meta.

We enjoyed our time by the gorgeous sea at this full service hotel. It has been thoughtfully updated with a clean white and grey palette. The bathroom fixtures are nice and new, but the shower glass needs to be grouted so it doesn’t leak water all over the floor. The breakfast is fantastic! The dinners a la carte are good, but the evening after pasqua, we felt the waiter pushed us to order what had been overstock. It wasn’t great. We should have had pizza two nights in a row instead. The hotel has a convenient location to ferries to islands such as Capri which was a great day trip. The area around the hotel felt safe for walking and we chatted with friendly locals. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order and the stairs were quite tall and challenging. Otherwise, the value was good and I’d stay again. Loved the room service and valet parking.

Everyone from this facility was very nice and helpful. From suggestions where to go and how to get there . The Bus to the train station or Sorrento was literally a 3 min walk. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious The free breakfast buffet was also fabulous with an option of a made to order omelette or eggs . The location was stunning over looking the ocean with a private beach. Free shuttle to the train station and Sorrento where as everyone else charges a fee. Very safe area. Definitely recommend

From the friendly staff to the beautiful view in the room of the beach from the balcony, this was a lovely hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Pastries galore, eggs, cappuccino on the terrace overlooking the water. Made to order omelets by the chef. Absolutely wonderful stay. I would totally recommend this hotel.

I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars. The hotel itself was beautiful and right on the beach. It’s family friendly but also enjoyable for young adults on vacation. The location is right outside of the heart of Sorrento which they offer a free ten minute shuttle to and from with multiple times available. We booked multiple tours with them which was so convenient not having to worry about anything. The receptionist Claudia was outstanding as well as all of the staff being so friendly. I rarely write reviews but this hotel is extraordinary. We will definitely be back!

We had an early bus ride out and they pervaded us a breakfast for the road. They go beyond to please their customers. We would highly recommend this place and would stay again. They even picked us up at the train station.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I love that we have our own private. Beach and restaurant was within walking distance. If you wanted to go into Sorrento, they have a shuttle that will take you to the train and pick you up free of charge.

The room and the hotel were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle services were very useful, especially when checking in and checking out with all of our luggage . The beach was our favorite as it wasn’t too busy and the water was great! The breakfast was actually really good. The restaurant food was okay, but not our favorite. The rooftop bar was great in the evening. Overall it was a good stay :)
