This was a good stay. My only complaints are there were people smoking across the hall and you could smell it and there were soooo many kids in the hot tub the entire time. Us adults could not enjoy it. Otherwise clean place and friendly staff.

Very friendly at check in. Ordered room service and took much longer than estimate given. Took almost an hour and a half from time ordered. Everything else about the stay was great.

Bed was rock hard. Pillows were super flat. Tried using the pool area but bigger kids were running and jumping into the pool. Adults were drinking around the pool!! Spent maybe 10 mins in the area outta fear for my son. Hot Tub overflowed with 3 adults and a small child. Poor use of pool area. Make pool and hot tub larger!!!
Bed was rock hard. Pillows were super flat. Tried using the pool area but bigger kids were running and jumping into the pool. Adults were drinking around the pool!! Had an issue with our fridge and a few things in the room. Wasnt the biggest fan of how the room was designed. Hot tub and pool did have alot of chlorine in them. Wouldnt stay again but our friends said they liked it and stayed again.

Stayed one night beds were comfortable the floors the room was SUPER spotless. Good job to the cleaning staff. Only thing I disliked is not being able to get into the pool/hotub! To many kids playing around. It would’ve been nice to just have an adult only hour to hour and half :)

It was clean and the night staff (Caroline?) was amazing. Hotel was busy and she was always helpful, always respectful and always knowledgeable. It wasn’t filthy just seemed like an older hotel and for the price point and proximity to what we were doing I don’t think it could have been better. Pool is very chlorinated but the actual room was ventilated enough you only noticed after going in the water for a while. One of the cleaner less mildew-y indoor hotel pools I’ve come across. Plenty of seating, nice lighting and a basketball hoop by the pool! Restaurant attached wasn’t bad but I wish there had been a more conventional room service because it got pretty busy both nights.

Everything was fantastic until we were leaving. They decided at 10 am in the morning as people were leaving to clean the elevator. Which left us waiting over five minutes for an elevator. Seems like that should happen after check out.

If you are looking for the bare minimum, this is your place. Pool and hot tub are small. Floor in my hotel room not the cleanest. Staff was not friendly.

There was no way to turn on the bathroom vent fan. Mold on the ceiling. After 3 people showered, there was water dripping from the ceiling due to condensation, the walls were wet, the entire room felt damp. Even after being out of the room all day with the room fan on, the bedding felt damp. Trash can in hallway by the ice machine was constantly full and there were spilled coffee and other sticky substances on the floor around it that were never cleaned up during our 3 day stay. Pool area smelled musty/mildewy. Very strong smells of marijuana came through room AC from people smoking alongside the building.

This place was spotless! Confy bed, and very quiet. We could not hear our neighbors at all or I35 traffic, which was only a block away.

They lost an entire teams reservation. The messed up and lost my reservation. So i had to book through Hotels.com. The whole hallway where my room is smells reall bad like Marijuana smoke. Toilet unclean. Unfriendly unhelpful service. Very disappointing.

Everything was clean and modern looking. There was coffee available in the lobby as well as K-cup machines in the room, stocked with 4 cups. The room was also well funished and spacious for a 1 bed. The staff were very nice, but they did accidentally give me a room with someone already staying in it. Thankfully, we quickly sorted this out and they gave me a new room on the top floor. Oh well. The location was nice and convenient for drivers, in not too busy of an area, but still pretty close to a lot of attractions.

Remodel of rooms was nice. Needs a little work in the bathrooms. Toilets are low and add a bar on the other end of tub to help from falling. Sleeping area was very nice.

Nice location, easy to get to. Our door was jammed and in really rough shape. Had to throw a shoulder into it just to get into the room. Pool side windows are fun, but please understand that the noise echoes pretty loudly. It's fine if you expect it. Bed was pretty comfortable, pillows were not that great. Tough to understand how a hotel in Minneapolis does not include a TV package to watch the hometown team Twins. I just don't understand that at all.

The parking lot was empty so we felt there weren’t many people staying there. Yet we got a second floor room outside of the pool area with a window that showed half of a brick wall and half of the pool. Pool was loud until 11 PM plus and we had a two-year-old, trying to sleep with us.

The customer servcie was great. Courtney the reception was very pleasant and courteous she addressed and accommodated me when we had a few little hiccups during out stay. The room was great and the beds OH MY GOD I had some of the best sleepever. The only reason I couldn't give it a 5 across the board because we had a couple maintenance issues but like I said were taken care other than that I would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall it was pretty nice. I would recommend putting some information about the tv and explaining the breakfast deal. And for us the bed was too soft and room cooling and heating was too noisy during the night.

We booked through Expedia and chose the hotel based on pool and hot tub. When we went to check in, we were told they were overbooked and had to drive 10 minutes to a different hotel. That was very disappointing. The new location had a tiny pool and no hot tub. This was a special mother daughter get away and it was a huge disappointment that we weren’t notified of the change. It was too late in the day to change our plans.

They lost an entire teams reservation. The messed up and lost my reservation. So i had to book through Hotels.com. The whole hallway where my room is smells reall bad like Marijuana smoke. Toilet unclean. Unfriendly unhelpful service. Very disappointing.

The check process was horrible . It was clear that the front desk clerk had no idea what she was done. I made reservations thru Expedia under my name for 2 rooms. We were all issued incorrect keys that could not open our assigned rooms then the replacement was issue. A few minutes after that 2 other guest were open g our doors and coming into our rooms because the were issued for the very same room. Our keys no Longer worked. I am my travels I never was so embarrassed or received such poor service r from an international hotel ever

You booked me into a hotel that was no longer a hotel, it is now transient housing. I was lucky enough to speak with someone there who told me I had a room at a different hotel. He said they called me, they did not! When I got to the other holiday inn, they didn’t find my reservation. One lady pawned me off on another lady who was more friendly and honest. She said our reservation was faxed over from first hotel and nobody did anything with it! She found us two rooms for two night and after two hours we were able to check in! It was clean and the night staff (Caroline?) was amazing. Hotel was busy and she was always helpful, always respectful and always knowledgeable. It wasn’t filthy just seemed like an older hotel and for the price point and proximity to what we were doing I don’t think it could have been better. Pool is very chlorinated but the actual room was ventilated enough you only noticed after going in the water for a while. One of the cleaner less mildew-y indoor hotel pools I’ve come across. Plenty of seating, nice lighting and a basketball hoop by the pool! Restaurant attached wasn’t bad but I wish there had been a more conventional room service because it got pretty busy both nights.

Had a room booked through Expedia and my receipt but had to argue about if I had booked a room or not still. Was very less than impressed with his approach to handle this situation. Breakfast buffet at the restaurant in said hotel was okay. Most of the food was cold or very soggy. No milk or water was served.

Stood there 2 nights for a fun weekend getaway and caught a football game about 10 minutes from mall of America and 15 minutes from us bank stadium. Pool was good definitely plan on staying here again when we go to another football game in October

Everything was clean and modern looking. There was coffee available in the lobby as well as K-cup machines in the room, stocked with 4 cups. The room was also well funished and spacious for a 1 bed. The staff were very nice, but they did accidentally give me a room with someone already staying in it. Thankfully, we quickly sorted this out and they gave me a new room on the top floor. Oh well. The location was nice and convenient for drivers, in not too busy of an area, but still pretty close to a lot of attractions.

Remodeled rooms are nice, pool and hot tub area are super. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Did not like that you have to pay for breakfast and it was terrible and way over priced.

Overall it was pretty nice. I would recommend putting some information about the tv and explaining the breakfast deal. And for us the bed was too soft and room cooling and heating was too noisy during the night.

It was fine staying here. I felt like the setup for breakfast was not transparent and did not like that! You buy buffett tickets at the front desk without seeing it, and there is a sign saying Green Mill breakfast buffet. Once you get inside in the back it is just a hotel continental breakfast in the back corner of a Green Mill. That was not clear at all.

Make sure you book the airport shuttle well in advance or it will be filled. We had to make other arrangements to get to the airport. The website states that it starts at 4 AM but it does not. It starts at 4:15 and if that shuttle is full. The next one is one hour later the staff had no answers for us regarding the shuttle.

Front desk clerks Very friendly and welcoming! Room was perfect size for the two of us but we felt Like it smelled like smoke! Shower was wonderful! We had a room by the highway so it was a little noisier but still had a good nights rest!

There was food garbage in the parking lot being eaten by animals. The hotel interior was fine. Room was fine. I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide a morning meal. They referred me to the in house provider for $9 breakfast. I rarely see a hotel in this category that doesn't provide at least a basic breakfast included in price.
