Courtyard by Marriott Bloomington Mall of America

Very clean, quiet and well appointed. Shuttle was great & available 25 hours a day. Win! Now if my airline I’m flying could get their act together…

Restaurant was open for breakfast but not for dinner even though advertised as such throughout the hotel. Although we had prepaid for the breakfast (expensive) we were told that we hadn’t. Spent an hour with the booking agent to get that cleared up. My son who booked directly had the same problem but at least had it on his receipt. Booked a suite but not worthwhile. The only bathroom is in the bedroom with the only sink outside the bathroom also in the bedroom. Toilet is children’s height. Sofa is a small loveseat with a very small bed. Microwave had to be moved to the floor to use as no plugs within reach. They only clean the room every other day. No free parking.

A nice clean hotel. They have a nice pool and gym. The restaurant wasn’t open, but the bar was, and that was nice. My room was very nice; the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Always a great experience

Great hotel very clean and nice staff. Only complaint would be the daily parking fee and the price of breakfast per person. Otherwise great place to stay!
