Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet, but $20/night for a resort fee is ridiculous when the pool and spa were closed. The bathtub/shower was filthy. Requested the tub be cleaned and it was slightly better, but I was still able to rub a clean streak with my foot when I washed my feet with soap and then rubbed them on the tub bottom. Had to ask for towels 3 times.

Horrible, our room wasn’t cleaned and no towels switched out the three days we stayed. Same cigarette butt and mud in the stairwell. No microwave, nothing to watch on tv unless you wanted to pay. They did away with the affordable restaurants. The two was only open Friday Saturday. The other (that was way over priced) only open Wednesday Thursday Friday. Pool and hot tub closed since April ( we was there middle of October). We will never go back

Great place to stay, had event I needed in one building. They were in the process of painting outside. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren't open while we were there and it's out in the middle of nowhere (expected from a casino)

I was not informed before booking that the pool was closed, hot tub closed, plastic over room windows. We woke up every day to house keeping slamming doors on the security latch, and construction work, going on every where.

Under construction, no valet service. Check in a a long way from the parking garage. If you have bad knees, your going to be hurting. We went there to eat at Gordon Ramsay steakhouse. I was not expressed. The on in Las Vegas is much better. I wouldn't drive 4 hours again to eat there.

Not knowing that they had no valet or check in at the front door was terrible. Had to drive around the parking lot for an hour until we were told to go to the 3rd floor parking garage and we could check in there. When we finally made it to check in we found out there was no valet, or assistance of any kind. My husband is a quadriplegic and I am still recovering from breast cancer. It was until I started crying did the front desk clerk said she would help us. She was able to bring most of the stuff in with one load. Then we find out that it's almost a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the casino. Once in the casino found that we had only 1 place to get food to eat. All of the other restaurants were closed, only open on the weekends. Then nothing on the website showed that the pool had flooded and that the pool was closed. I close the hotel, just for the pool. Will not ever go back.

No luggage carts and revolving door not working. Had to unload and take luggage up to room, then go back and drive to parking ramp. Very inconvenient. Otherwise room was beautiful and spotless. Most restaurants closed in casino.

Staff was great. Checking in was super easy. Parking was easy. Clean room on arrival, but after night 1 and coming back to the hotel the room was not serviced. This went on all 4 days in was there. I really don’t care about the bed being made but fresh towels would have been nice.

Our stay was beyond terrible. We reserved a nonsmoking room and the smoke smell in the room was horrible. The hall,lobby, and room smelled like smoke. We will not stay here again! Also the soap bar in the room was not new. It had already been used. We were very disappointed!

My bed sheets were stained with blood (still pink like it was never actually cleaned) and weird loose dirt all over the bed. We ended up sleeping on top of all the sheets because we got there late and were exhausted. Told front desk at check out but they didn’t seem too surprised or concerned.

When I arrived, the hotel was not very clean. The Bed Sheets were torn, the curtains had stains, and leftover trash and food were underneath the bedside tables. The hotel staff wouldn't clean my room even after I had asked them to when I was gone for several hours. In the long hallway to the casino, cups of alcohol were on the benches or windowsills. Not a great time.

Positives: Very big and very comfortable rooms. Also very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to change our room and the front-desk people were very helpful and made the change right away. Gold star for them! Also, a very safe area. Negatives: 1. There are no restaurants anywhere near the casino. None. The nearest restaurant is 10 miles away, so you're stuck with the casino's food court. And the food providers have sporadic hours and they're not all open at the same time. Some were only open one day a week, others were open during the week, but had really short hours. So depending on when you were staying there, you might be stuck with burgers whether you like it or not. 2. There is an insanely long walk from the hotel to the food. It's at least 3 football fields (300 yards) in length down a long hall. So if you're going to eat there, you have to walk a long distance. Same for the garage for hotel parking; at least 150 yards. So prepare to walk a lot while staying there. That being said, it's a very nice hotel.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Also there wasn't much of a mini bar. Our overall stay was ok this time. Hopefully next time will satisfy our needs. Also the pool was closed and was looking forward to hot tub.

The bed was really hard and squeaked at the edge getting out. The pillow was almost nothing. Older carpet it seemed. However, our room was spacious as a regular room. Nice bathroom with rain shower. Check in and out was quick and they texted you with a concierge assigned to you. Nice touch!

Thank you Pennee for a lovely check in. Our fire alarm was beeping (needing a new battery) upon arrival, but the maintenance fella came immediately to change it and was quite pleasant! Loved the bar tender, Chris as well. Very clean hotel. Did not smell very Smokey in casino. Would love to visit again on a road trip!

Check in was a nightmare. The person behind the desk fell asleep ( or passed out) several times. It took 45 minutes to check in. I was given a key and initially sent to a room that was already occupied. So I went back down to the desk. But queen highness behind the desk tried to deny checking me n and told me I wasn’t on the reservation. ( for that room. No I wasn’t. But I had my own reservation.) I was seriously worried I would not actually get a key to a room because no one else was there on duty. After another 10 minutes of explaining I got a key to a room. And it worked. Everything else was fine. Clean and a decent place to stay. It just shouldn’t take 45 minutes to check in! When I checked out in the morning I explained what happened. The manager listened. Stood up for the employee which is fine. She gave me $25 of Food credit on my room key, but I had just checked out and turned my key in at the desk. Ha! So so hanks for nothing. I hope that if you choose to stay here. You get better service then i experienced. Good luck 🍀

Quick and friendly check in. Clean room and very comfy bed. Very quiet. You just park on the 3rd level and go to the hotel desk which is on the 3rd floor. A lttle jaunt to the casino but it is all enclosed which it is not bad at all.

Pool was closed for maintenance. No notice until we arrived. Shower pressure was weak. Very weak. Beds were nice, AC worked great, housekeeping was good. Gordon Ramsey Steak was phenomenal! Expensive but fantastic! Food at the other restaurants was ok. $15 minimum at tables in casino, so be ready to spend some money. We enjoyed ourselves overall.

Do not come here with children. First, no one under 21 can enter the casino, which I understand if that is a law in the state (not sure if it is or if it is Ceasar’s choice), however, that means the children do not get to eat at this property. All of the restaurants are inside the casino; There is one breakfast spot that is open for breakfast and a few nights for dinner, with very limited options. But the nights we were there, it was not open. Also-our 5 children, whom are at least 8 years old, but most are teenagers got told they need a parent for following: using the elevators without a parent, walking to get ice without a parent, and using the gym. Other things to know and issues with our trip: they do not comp drinks in the casino like most other casinos in the United States. Just a heads up. Booking with Expedia was a problem. The adults in the room has different last names. The two connecting rooms did not show under the same reservation because of that. The hotel should know that this could be an issue and to ask about last names. But instead they made a big deal and needed management to fix it. We visited the front desk multiple times at check in, and got it fixed but except it wasn’t fixed. They only added the second room for one night instead of two. So we get a call from the front desk telling us that cleaning is trying to get into the room and we needed to be out. So two more trip downstairs to the desk was needed. I could say more but I am out of characters.

Frustrating that you spend good money at their dining choices which are the only options within a reasonable option and you can't warm up your leftovers because their is no microwave. They say so not to have a fire hazards but I think the iron would be just as likely.

Once again, great hotel and property… casino was fantastic and the new Gordon Ramsay restaurant was superb. Highly recommend!
