Red Roof Inn Dayton - Moraine/U of Dayton

Great customer service and good WiFi. Bed sheets are too old, need upgrade. The shower in my room was not sprinkling well. There was some noise from people talking loud right behind my door late at night and moving car noise all day just because the hotel is across a Main Street. No fridge/microwave in room. The hotel has only one microwave in the lobby which needs cleaning.

The hotel is on a busy road and there is no sound barrier for the traffic, so it was very noisy all day/night. The bathroom in the room had a fan that was very loud and turned on/off by itself at weird times. The toilet was not fastened to the ground properly and there was a hole in the wall behind the toilet. The floor was very uneven in the room, felt very awkward moving around.

I have already reported my complaints to you twice. Now I am getting perturbed with hotels.com!

Had to pay $100 extra when i got there and didnt have it. Had to sleep in my car at a Kroger parking lot. I gues i misread everything. I thought the price was set you pay what you see. Didnt see apart about despoit

Some rooms are under renovation, they accidentally put us in a room without a bed, but it was resolved quickly. Everybody was friendly and provided prompt service.
