Stayed there just for the indoor pool. It was ice cold. I am sure my little granddaughter would have gotten hypothermia if we had proceeded past our toes. Staff was unwilling to do anything about it. GM would not return my calls. Very disappointing.

Staff was super nice and welcoming! Room was clean. The pool heater was broke so the pool was freezing which was a little disappointing to our children since we really picked a hotel based on if it had a pool or not! Other than that it was a good hotel for a quick trip!

All great! Only 2 cons is that there is no microwave in the room and the heated pool isn't really heated. It was cold and it was the main reason why I booked the hotel 😞 besides that, all else was well

Quick overnight stay with the family after a lacrosse tournament! Location was close to Jones Beach (20 minutes) which we did the following day. Breakfast was ok, and the kids enjoyed the pool (albeit the water was pretty cold!) Overall the room and hotel could use a little more cleaning. The price for what it is was rather insane (450) , but it is supply and demand so I get it. The hotel met its purpose for what we needed it for.

Thank you to the staff who understood why 3 generations of my family were there. They changed our stay as needed and we're very understanding. My son and I also used the gym, that was a great stress reliever. The only downside: the pool should be warmer. For a heated pool the water was cold.

Was horrible! The room was disgusting!!! I’m pretty sure a murder and party happened in there and they decided cleaning it was to much effort. There were bags of dirty laundry clothes, stains and splatters ALL over the room the random hardwood floors they had in there were sticky, and “white stuff on the head board” plus more. We literally walked in the room spent no more than 2 mins and went downstairs. They said the were at full capacity so there was nothing they could do that hotels.com would process a refund and they would “check us out” we still haven’t gotten our refund and had to pay more for a last min room close by.

I was disappointed that our room was outside, like a motor lodge. No blackout curtains. Light fixtures directly outside the windows meant brightness in the room all night. Pillows were comfy but bed was rock hard. Room seemed updated but had a mildew smell. Breakfast was decent. Definitely not worth the $300 we paid to stay overnight while we attended a funeral.

Our room was pretty unclean. I found makeup marks on the pillow case and stains on the comforter. The bathroom floor looked fine until a little water hit it, which immediately turned brown. I'm not sure how long it's been since the floor was mopped, but I guess not in a long time. Our room was considered handicap accessible, but there was an almost 1 inch ledge separating the bathroom from the rest of the room that a wheelchair would have had to get up and over in order to enter/leave the room. The support bar in the bathtub was really loose and didn't seem safe for someone to put body weight on if needed.

Wonderful friendly smiling welcoming staff. Great breakfast bar, well cared for and presented well. Rooms are decent for the money. Clean with good water pressure. Can walk to a bar/restaurant that was good. Parking lot safe.

Nice, clean room and pleasant staff. Convenient location. Unfortunately the standard room does not have a refrigerator or a comfortable chair. There is only the bed and a desk chair. We stayed for 5 nights and the lack of the refrigerator and a living room type chair made it a little uncomfortable.

Was given keys to a room occupied by another family. Walked in on them. Toilet had to be fixed. Door not secure, air coming right through, could see outside. Had to remove strike plate ourselves to lock door. Asked for late check out And was locked out at normal time. Property manager still has not called to review anything or apologize.

Very difficult to work with if you have a reservation through Travelocity to extend the stay. Nasty woman at front desk who claimed to be the supervisor who only hears what she wants. Finally got them to do it with the help of Travelocity support and they overcharged me - I think - since they never sent a receipt. I've stayed at BW many times with no issues but this pretty much sours me on any future use of the Brand. I wouldn't recoomend it to others

I checked in very late Thursday evening 10/23 at appx midnight after visiting someone at a nearby hospital. I was blasted with a 6am wakeup call which I never requested on the room phone AND THEN AGAIN at 7am. When I made it to the front desk Friday morning, the receptionist just said "Oh I am so sorry, that was meant for the room next to you"...... I was very unhappy and rattled considering the context of my evening. I hope Best Western can offer restitution for this inconsiderate error.

On my first night (5/16) a smoke alarm battery needed to be changed. I was already in bed and had to get dressed. The attendant on duty didn't know what to do. Didn't know where a ladder would be or a battery to change it. I had to stand on furniture to try to remove it. Recent hand surgery prevented me from being able to remove the battery. The attendant then came up to the room (# 211), stood on the furniture as well and removed the smoke alarm completely. It was never replaced during the rest of my stay. I did contact the hotel manager after my stay and left a message but never received a returned phone call.

When we entered the room the bathroom was not clean. There was a bottle cap and someone’s sun glasses in the counter and the toilet was not flushed after someone had used it. Then later that night someone opened our door thankfully I had the top lock on so the door didn’t open all the way. Somehow the front desk checked them into our room!

It was a “basic” hotel, but we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk people were very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us many great suggestions about where to go, what to see and the best way to get there. The continental breakfast was a convenient perk. The location was great for us….some traffic noise, but that didn’t bother us. It was practically across the street from the train station, which was very convenient for some of the things we wanted to do during our visit. They had ample parking, and the area felt safe, even for “country folks” like us!

Location was easy in and out off of Sunrise Highway. Parking outside or below (2 levels of rooms) your room. Nice selection at continental breakfast. Quiet location. Shopping and restaurants very close by. Can't go wrong at a Best Western. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our go to place to stay in Long Island. Super close to Lindenhurst with tons of restaurants, stores and even a mall nearby. Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Never had an issue here or even felt unsafe. This was our 4th or 5th stay and we can’t wait for the next!

This Best Western is a typical motel for staying 1 night on your trip thru USA. A bit run down, rooms smell a bit musty and very simple. At least there were no carpets in room which is good. The breakfast can't really be called breakfast, compared to European standards and as usual all plates and cutleries in plastic. So, only for 1 night to sleep

Everything was very nice. The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of choices to choose from. I was impressed with how clean the staff kept the breakfast area. The food was presented very nicely. The coffee machine was great. This was the first time staying here and we will stay here again next time we're visiting family.

Very Clean lobby & Room. Outside above average but to be as nice as the interiors, the tile walkways and stairwell could stand a pressure cleaning. Great breakfast including fresh bacon and REAL eggs... Carbs as well... Coffee dispenser in lobby including Latte, Capuchino, and more. Very accommodating staff. Probably best bang for the buck along the route.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient for our trip. The parking was closer to the room than I expected and I’m pretty sure they gave us an upgraded room. The breakfast was fabulous with real eggs, bacon, coffee cake, and 24/7 tea & coffee with real milk♥️
