We came to town for a basketball tournament and the location and cleanliness of the the hotel was perfect. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and the out door patio was perfect :) Robert at the front desk so so nice and helpful with our stay :)

Good stay. The workout room would be awesome but the treadmill was broke in need of repair!!! The peloton seat was broke. For a person who works out this was terrible! Otherwise my stay was good. People above me walked like a bunch of cattle but that is not the hotels problem. I should of known better and asked for a top floor

We arrived without a reservation after midnight, after being turned away from the hotel we reserved because of our dog. Perry at the front desk was able to immediately book us a room, and even allowed us to keep our same room when we booked a second night through hotels.com. I had onekeycash to use up. The room itself was perfect, clean and dark with the blinds closed and good temperature control. The microwave, fridge, and TV all worked great. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Breakfast was excellent. Hot options that change daily but include meat and eggs. Paris Hilton's signature waffle batter with toppings. Generous open hours of 6-10. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

My son and his family live in Monticello. We live in Apple Valley. We had family in from out of town for New Year's Eve. We chose the Hampton so we wouldn't have to drive back after Midnight. What a pleasant surprise! Clean rooms, excellent job of remodeling, great service featuring an outstanding breakfast. We'll do it again.

The room was very clean. The bed, pillows, linens and blankets were very comfortable. The heating thermostat didn't work and though the outside temps hovered around 0 degrees F, the room heater could not be controlled so we ended up switching it to AC mode so we could sleep. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the shower glass doors wouldn't slide, and the bathroom light bulb was burnt out. We reported all of this to the front desk when checking out but got the impression our input was unwelcome and irrelevant.

Everything was excellent except the beds were awful. Our backs were so sore the next morning and we had to drive 4 more hours. Replace those awful beds and you have an excellent place to stay.

Our stay was very pleasant. We even received an upgrade which was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Our TV was not working properly and were told that the cable company was working on it. We gave up trying to watch anything on it and went to bed. It was working fine in the AM however.

Had to straighten up the beds in my room. Some of the buttons on the thermostat wouldnt work. Room smelt bad and we were placed right by the elevator so we could hear it go up and down. The beds were really firm. There was no lotion in the bathroom. I didnt have the energy to complain or switch rooms as we were up for a family emergency and just needed to sleep. Friday nights Front desk staff had no personality when checking in and made me feel like he didnt want to be there. Im not sure if there was someone on front desk saturday morning since we didnt see anyone when we went down for breakfast or when we checked out. But it was a place to rest our heads. But i wont be back at this location.

Barbara was accommodating for early check in and very pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the maple kielbasa sausage was tasty. Enough variety for most people. Close enough to family in the area and would stay here again.

We stay at a lot of hotels, and this has been one of our top 5 stays. Even my kids kept raving on how great the hotel and the staff were. Upon arriving the gentlemen at the front desk gave us waters and knew with the amount of people we had we would need a few extra things. So he brought them to our room! He brought more than I asked for even. Every time we needed something the staff worked quickly to help. The room was spacious and clean, and we were so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will be back!

The staff were less than friendly or welcoming. I was not welcomed as a gold Hilton Honors rewards member. I asked for our trash can to be emptied and replenish our towels They did. The next day our room was not cleaned. We were without towels again and trash cans full. When I informed the front desk, I was told they “cleaned the room the day before” and wouldn’t again until day 4. I think my biggest turn off was the lack of hospitality. It just didn’t feel friendly
