Stayed 1 night

Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a family event hosted by the hotel owners. The children were extremely disruptive, running around and creating chaos throughout the hotel, with little consideration for other guests. The situation was so out of control that even the staff seemed to struggle to manage it. It was incredibly disrespectful to paying guests who had come to relax and enjoy their stay. We expected a much higher standard of hospitality and professionalism, particularly from the hotel owners themselves.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Service was excellent. We had a lovely view of the sea although the balcony is very small. Breakfast was great. The usual Israeli buffet wholesome selection and the location is a stones throw from the Beach. Highly recommended

The hotel was a completely curated experience from the moment I walked through the doors. The clerks were kind and attentive. The bellmen were communicative and the space was modern and welcoming. I enjoyed every single moment. Also, the gym was very clean and filled with all the right equipment. I will stay here any time I visit in the future.
