Wonderful old grandeur style hotel in a Victorian building. Very central Bangalore Palace only a few minutes away if you’re brave enough to walk. Great breakfast selection, lovely outdoor pool, enjoyed having breakfast around it. The staff were excellent. Stayed for 9 nights great experience overall

Outstanding service. Great amenities and beautiful, grand hotel. Lot of food options and the included breakfast every am was a choice of about 50 things !! The free happy hour every evening was great. Rooms are a little small but bed is uber comfortable and excellent bathroom. Definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in Bengaluru.

Outstanding hotel. Service was excellent from all parts of the hotel - front desk, restaurants, pool, etc. It is an old hotel, with classic beauty with many paintings and decoration from the time of British. Hotel breakfast quality and selection was outstanding. Plenty of hot water and flow in the shower. Very large, comfy towels. I wish I had an excuse to stay here again.

Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff and good service, food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which served a variety of foods. The evening nibbles served in the Tower lobby was a welcome experience after a long day out; we indulged in this treat one evening of our 4 night stay.

We got a club room since there was three occupants. We enjoyed the club facilities in the evening and the staff provided a very welcoming experience. No need for dinner if you can enjoy the evening hospitality. Beautiful chocolate shop to get custom gifts for people on short order - A mega plus. The smell of chocolate, free. Breakfast and the options to choose from was excellent. We could easily stay there for couple hours and enjoy the hospitality and the variety. Awesome. Well done. Many different nooks to hang out and enjoy in the hotel and relax and be there with family and still get privacy while enjoying the nice surrounds of the hotel. Will go there again if another opportunity presents itself.

Excellent property.. Staff need to be more trained in restaurant. They forget orders, delays in orders, and no one dedicated server for a table and thus mixups/ missed orders. (Took us 25 min to get a can of sprite) Staff also need to give way to hotel guests. They walk across guests with plate full of food and it’s just not courteous. It’s basic training. The hotel rooms themselves are good but dated especially bathrooms. A tad disappointing considering this was one of the marquee hotels in Bangalore. I guess you can definitely see a difference between a Taj and rest.

Not at all quiet. You cannot sleep here either in the day or night. Desk staff is completely incompetent.They are just trained to smile and say sorry for each and everything. And then they repeat the same mistake again. My room was changed thrice. Air conditioners of all the three rooms were not working. And there were technicians who were constantly called upon to fix ACs of other rooms as well. No respect for privacy. I specifically mentioned that my work hours are in the night and do not disturb me in the day time. But even when my room is on the DND, the staff is calling me to check for god knows what. Constantly had to struggle to get my zomato delivery. This is at best a 2 star hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone

We stayed a night and it was pretty good the time we spent there. We had dinner in one of the restaurants inside and the food was amazing and checked out early in the morning. Did not spend much time to write a detailed review. Everything is very good with the exception of bathroom. Bathtub is not the great but can adjust.

I didn't have a great experience while checking in. Despite booking a Suite, the front office team was careless with my check-in procedures and indifferent to my requests. I am guessing it's because there were a large number of people checking out at the same time, but really, for a 5-star hotel, that should not be the case. The hotel itself is lovely , and in spite of not getting the suite , which I was totally fine with ,
