What an awful experience and we ended up not staying. I drove over 400 hundred miles to meet my daughter at the hotel. she came up from Florida to get her daughter back after she had spent the summer with me. She arrived a couple of hours before us and checked into her room. She took a shower and went down to inquire about the pool and was told that was not available, also no ice and the room was not up to par also. My daughter called me and was very unhappy about the conditions. We decided this was not acceptable accommodations and found a lovely hotel although another 30 minutes away. Manager told her he would refund one of the rooms but since the shower was taken that room would be charged. I would not recommend this hotel. They should have informed of the lack of amenities since I did call before arriving to check on the reservation hours before.

Bathroom was disgusting. Doors were not very secure gaps to outside, safety lock was barley hanging on. Bed was comfortable. We basically just slept and left. Oh no pool as advertised. Shut down covered over and its middle of summer. Skip down a few exits. Better options

Excellent breakfast. Quiet night. Helpful, efficient staff. AC works fine. Bathtub had someone else's soap and hair in it. Shower stall in need of replacement. Laminated floor needs a good scrubbing. It felt greasy.
