La Criolda Charming Villa

Nel corso della mia permanenza ho -con piacere- trovato rispondenza alle attese presentate nella descrizione: la qualità dell'accoglienza, il fascino della struttura, la ricca colazione che ha accolto le nostre richieste, la vicinanza al lago, il giardino ricco di vegetazione ben curata, la piscina, il gazebo che ripara dal sole, il sottoportico ben ventilato.Apprezzato anche il garage ampio per l'auto!

We had 3 generations staying at La Criolda villa. It is the perfect combination of fine hotel customer service, with the comfort and warmth of feeling like staying in a gorgeous home. Paola the owner is superb. Her communication from the start was great to make sure the property worked for two 81 year olds. She stayed in communication as we made our way there and greeted us warmly. She made the stay perfect. Marilena made the best breakfasts each day and Vigi the butler was helpful with many different things. The staff thinks of everything and anticipated our needs with wonderful concierge service to help with restaurants and sites. The home is beautiful with traditional Italian vila aesthetics, but with modern conveniences of updated bathrooms. Outdoor living space, gardens and pool are gorgeous and we loved relaxing and reading outdoors. Everything is done with the most beautiful touches from breakfast with fresh flowers to beautiful linens in all the bedrooms. The view of the lake is gorgeous and the villa is steps from a restaurant and area to walk or have a coffee or meal on the water. Paola helped us with a chef, masseuse and renting a boat to explore towns from the water. It is quiet and serene at the house, but easy with a car/boat to visit other towns and sites. There are also bikes at the property to explore. We were there a week and from 20 to 81, none of us wanted to leave the paradise Paola and her staff created for us. We hope to return.
