Went with another couple for a holiday, had a wonderful time. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, bars and beaches. The area is lively and pleasant. Bonus to the hotel was it had an adults only pool as well, so you could get away from the hustle and bustle of the kids and the entertainment if you wanted to during the day. Rooms were lovely and clean. We had a balcony too, which was really nice to sit out of an evening and have a nightcap. Breakfast was also great and had plenty of options. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely go back .

Yes, it’s a French hotel — but the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was okay, although we’ve had better ones at other hotels in the Canary Islands, so we were expecting a bit more. Parking was never a problem, as there was always space available right in front of the hotel. Our room was brilliant: very spacious, well-equipped, and the air conditioning and fridge were a big plus. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and there’s even one located inside the hotel itself. The gym area is located downstairs in a rather unusual spot and definitely has some room for improvement, but it’s still a nice bonus to have. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and Playa Blanca with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with a slightly older crowd staying at the hotel. Conclusion: We would definitely consider coming back if we found a good deal.

C'est la quatrième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel ,nous apprécions les deux piscines zen et animée, la situation a moins de 10mn de la plage et de la corniche pour une belle balade d'un coté comme de l'autre pour le shopping, l'animation du club ,la dimension du logement, un petit bémol la restauration en baisse et il me semble que la clim dans le restaurant fonctionnait avant. Malgré tout bon rapport qualité prix nous reviendrons sans doute une cinquiéme fois.

Rooms were lovely and comfy bed. Shame the TV wasn't connected up to Wifi to make use of all features. Pool and pool area were spotless and really quite nice, plenty of sunbeds - zen pool in particular. As a solo traveller, the lack of bar area in the evening was disappointing - entertainment was all in French but there was nowhere else to sit and lounge. Food options were good. Found the one cocktail I tried really not nice so avoided any others - spirits however were generous and decent.

Hotel was clean, we only took out the bed and breakfast option so can’t comment on the lunch or evening meal. But the breakfast was good and restaurant clean 2 pools although we never used were well maintained The down side the hotel was 90% populated by French

Nice hotel. Look ls a bite tired in some area. Room was okay and well serviced but did smell a bit musty. Facilities were good; lots going on at the pool but it was exclusively being done in French and most of the staff spoke to you in French (my French is worse than my Spanish) but it was great to spend some time in Spain trying to learn French whilst eating a pizza, drinking a German beer.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, der Pool ist sauber. Lolo war sehr nett und hilfreich - mein Zimmer war immer gut gereinigt. An der Rezeption gab es sehr nette, aber auch eine recht unfreundliche Dame. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits, aber wer gut zu Fuß ist (20 Min) kann auch eine Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants finden. Der nächste Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war okay, das Abendessen super.

This place had rude staff, refused to follow up on a single request, had paltry amenities, and was unpleasant overall. They have the phone lines broken in so you have to go to reception for any concern, and then they say they'll do something and never do. I asked TWO times about broken air conditioning, I asked TWICE for them TO CLEAN MY BED SHEETS and they NEVER DID, and I asked FIVE TIMES to have help with wifi NOT WORKING and they never showed up. Further, the water is NOT drinkable but they don't even give water on checkin to have anything. If you are charging over 100/night and can't even provide wifi or cleaning services, and are regularly rude to guests, you deserve poor reviews. No food or activities nearby, the car rental people are never there except an hour a day (and overcharge more than anywhere nearby), and the excursion options are horrible. Go into other hotels and work with them instead.

Very spacious, a big room for 1 person, good size balcony/ terrace . 2 downsides were the bathroom window was a bit dodgy and water was coming in the room through the front door as it wasn't locked tight enough you could see daylight underneath and through the sides

I've stayed in two different suite junior rooms. The first one was amazing once the suites has the air conditioning just in the living room and it was installed installed in the direction of the sleeping room. The second one the air was positioned in a way that didnt supply the sleeping camera pretty well so i felt a little bit hot and the mosquitos also love it, it was november, so in the high summer might be really unconfortable. Anyways, it was also a good appartment. If u can, ask for this detail. I had half pension (breakfest and dinner) a very honest buffet for the price u pay plus. I loved the vibe and the personal, specially Francesca that is really simphatic and worried about all the necessities that the guests might need and she is always around certifying that everything in the hotel is going fine. I wiuld reccomend this place, for sure. lwell so i felt warm a little

The WiFi needs improvement. All the entertainment was in French.

The front desk staff were lovely, though helps if you speak French as everyone has said. The pools are nice and no problem getting sunbeds. The food was pretty good albeit the restaurant a little like a large cafeteria and lacks ambiance. On the down side, the room is incredibly basic and slightly depressing, no pictures, colour, a big open space with a sofa and no facilities . No water provided or tea and coffee condiments which is disappointing for an All inclusive stay. So the stay was fine, for lounging around the pool, the crepe van a good idea, but the room could be made so much more appealing with a few finishing touches and some more furniture !

Check in was awful as they could not find my reservation and then did not think I had paid. This never usually happens with Hotels.com. Possibly because I had booked on the same day. Took an hour and a half to sort but I still made dinner. Full of French families just after Easter. Wonderfully laissez-faire. Yes you could take your glasses to the pool or to your room although plastic ones were provided. Yes you can fill your water bottle in reception. Everyone drinking wine,beer,sangria or cocktails but no-one drunk. Food excellent including chocolate fountain, water hot enough to make tea, and rosbif. Room palatial with better tv and wifi than at home. Also,most UK channels. Loved it.

Super Unterkunft zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Sehr schöne Gegend und super gelegen um schnell in die Stadt zu kommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

El hotel cumple en líneas generales lo que se exige a un hotel de su categoría, el personal de recepción, limpieza, restaurante y dirección se muestra siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que puedas necesitar. Especial mencion al director del hotel que tuvo el detalle de cerciorarse de que pudiésemos comer en el restaurante del hotel aunque habíamos llegado un poco justos de tiempo por el vuelo, eso siempre es de agradecer. Como punto negativo sin duda destacaría el que es un hotel exclusivamente dedicado al público francés en cuanto a la animación de refiere... De hecho vas a pedir una coca cola y se extrañan de oírte hablar español... Muchas de las personas que están ahí (salvo una persona que se llama Pablo) que están en animación no hablan ni una palabra en español y la alternativa que te da el hotel es ir a un hotel que se encuentra cerca perteneciente a la misma cadena hotelera para disfrutar de una animación en castellano... En definitiva en ese aspecto te sientes un poco huésped de segunda categoría. La ubicación y el tema de las comidas esta bastante bien en líneas generales, quizás los horarios de cena un poco pronto pero bueno, lo dicho anteriormente, enfocado al publico francés... (21 30 horas retiran la comida). En resumen es un buen hotel, se está bastante agusto pero si pusiesen al menos un par de días a la semana una animación en castellano daría un salto de calidad para el turismo nacional.

The hotel staff although some speak very little English are very accommodating and helpful for their guests. Additionally, the bar staff were excellent and the entertainment was good. The only reason there is a 4 star for comfort is due to cracked tiles within my room that shifted a little when stood on but apart from that it was brilliant.

Très beau centre, appartement vaste comportant 2 espaces de couchage (pratique quand on a un ado/ jeune adulte), un réfrigérateur, une petite terrasse. Literie confortable. Au restaurant beaucoup de choix, même si les pâtisseries gagneraient à être "plus fines", une bonne amplitude horaire. De l\'animation en journée et soirée (un très bon groupe violoniste + danseurs pendant notre séjour). La plage Playa Dorada est à moins d\'un kilomètre et, pour les amateurs, le snorkeling y est plaisant. Ma fille (19 ans) comme moi même sommes rentrées très satisfaites de notre court séjour.

L'hotel è gradevole, le stanze accoglienti ed il servizio è buono, un po' distante da mare e servizi e qua do arrivano gruppi di turisti diventa molto rumoroso per tutto il giorno fino a notte con musica disco, giochi da club e voci alle altoparlanti per ore senza interruzione.

Hotel muy ruidoso. Todo los días con música y espectáculos hasta media noche. Comida bufé de pésima calidad.

Logement confortable dans un bel environnement. Accueil agréable. Des animations avec des spectacles de qualité variable et en 8 jours 2 fois le même c'est dommage.. Excellente prestation des 2 couples extérieurs venus faire une représentation (danse/équilibre/jonglerie) Restaurant beaucoup de choix. Dommage qu'il n'ouvre qu'à 7h30 le matin (à 7h cela permettrait à ceux qui prennent le vol sur Orly de Transavia d'en profiter le dernier jour). Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.
