At first I wondered whether I had made a mistake. The outside was unprepossessing and the signage not clear so I drove right by. Inside it was renovated and in very good condition. The room was excellent as was the breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

The room has everything you need for a nice night in with a microwave, refrigerator, television, and fast wifi. They also had laundry machines and dryer which came in handy for us. Breakfast was decent and had good variety. Overall, had a good night stay.

Right off 80 but quiet. Old n small. Exterior lot is worn. Inside is decent shape. Receptionist very nice. Room ac worked great. DirecTV great. Breakfast standard. Room clean. Bathroom clean just a little old. All functional well. Close to downtown walnut if you like antiques. Hotel is excellent value if you want clean quiet affordable place. Only item was guest in next room playing guitar until 10pm then started again at 6am. But I woke up then but still, odd behavior so sound insulation is as expected.

Clean room. Nice towels. Fridge and microwave. Parking close and. Convenient. First floor accommodations. A bit dated but we’d loved the little table and comfy chairs with it in our room. This was actually better than the last super 8 we stayed at. Price very reasonable. We booked through trivago.

The parking lot was full of holes. Our room smelled like mildew, the carpet felt damp and sticky, there wad no food for breakfast. Would definitely not recommend.

The Econolodge has an overall unpleasant smell. My sister and I came to shop the antique stores. She found a vape and a dirty sock in the headboard of her bed. The coffee was empty at 9:00 AM. The couple running it were nice enough, it just really needs a refresh. Not a place I’d ever stay again.

Bed was noisy when you sit on it, unable to lock window on first floor, the pillows were very small - children size, ceiling was wavy, one small bar of soap for sink and shower, lobby had a smell, grass was mowered and must of been very long - parking was full of cut grass. Window was very dirty. The room and outside needs painted. Will not recommend to anyone. Stay away…..

The room was clean but needed to be painted. You could tell that time has taken its toll on the property. It needs a little TLC. A vacuuming would help. The breakfast area was satisfactory but the floor again was dirty. The room rate was justified by the condition of everything.

The person at the front desk is who I believe who the was the owner, was awesome and very friendly. The rooms are huge but are in need of some updating which is to be expected staying in a hotel in a small town right off the highway. The breakfast was good. We had initially reserved for two days due to a work project. The project was completed in two days so asked if we could get out of the second night. The owner was very nice and let us out of the second night of stay. Most hotels will not let you do that. Although the hotel needs some update, I would stay here again just because of the convenience of where we were at and the hospitality that was given to us.

If you like a hotel that answers their phones it’s not here…I called this hotel over 7 times before my booking over the course of a few weeks (always in business hours) and not once did I ever here a hello on the other line. I was hung up on everytime I called and never once talked to a person

Loved the small-town feel. Unfortunately, we got here too late to browse through the antique stores in the quaint center of town. The motel, although a bit on the older side, was just right for us. It was quiet and we were well-rested to continue our road trip.

Door way to room and bathroom was very narrow. Breakfast was lacking, Sauage patties were sitting in pool of sometype of water broth, Eggs were very watered down and sitting in pool of water. Only other hot option was Mini waffles.
