Room very comfortable, breakfast plentiful with lots of choice. Helpful staff. Good base for travelling around the area. We were there at the end of the season and always found parking ok and loads of sun beds around the pool and on the beach. Beach is nice, shingle rather than sand. Entertainment in the evening very good. Bar prices were reasonable. Local area is no doubt very busy in the high season, but many shops and restaurants had started to close while we were there. Technically we did have a garden view as booked but it was also over the next door car park too. We booked an additional night (originally 3 nights) but I think they were going to offer us a different/upgrade room for the last night but I didn’t want the hassle of moving our stuff. Would definitely recommend.

This is our 3rd stay at Thalassa Beach Resort and we loved every minute. From the welcoming staff who go out of their way to ensure your comfort, to the great breakfast buffet, amazing facilities (pool, bar area, being on the beach) - no details are overlooked. Got an upgrade to the suite. Amazing staff, so clean, great location. Nice pool and lots of beach chairs. Beach in front of hotel is rocky just into the water. (Not the hotels issue to be clear) Breakfast options were top notch. Lost of restaurants and shopping in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. location was excellent with option of comfortable lounges by the big pool or on the beach. short walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Staff throughout the resort were friendly and accommodating. Marvelous evening entertainment by the pool bar with a master violinist. Adults only also a big bonus. This was our favourite resort in 3 weeks of island hopping through Greece

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean with lovely quality furnishings. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. All the staff were really friendly and the service was excellent. Pool area is lovely with plenty of beds, connected to the beach with use of the hotels sunbeds. Food at the pool bar is lovely. We booked a garden view room which had the worst view of any hotel I have stayed in, roof view with a few plants on it and rotten windows, we didn’t use the balcony once. We had room 317, so if you can avoid that room, I presume 316 and 318 had the same awful view. I don’t think all the garden room views were as bad as ours. It didn’t spoil our holiday in this lovely hotel but was a bit disappointing 😢 The location is great, in a relatively quiet area with a 10 minute walk to platanius where it is a bit livelier. Great hotel with lovely staff, would recommend.

Our stay at Thalassa Beach Resort was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffets were very well stocked and a good variety of Greek food selections. The facilty was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Excellent stay, affordable and clean. Room was comfortable and easy to access. The breakfast bar was a nice treat. Hotel felt geared to older crowd, we are late 30s and were youngest in the pool and breakfast by far. Visited in October so maybe the time of year.

The hotel is in good shape the main problem is that the in the bulding which is not facing the sea you got the risk to have a room in the underground (no garden view as writen) or near the parking or the main street. Also air condition limits temperature. The staff is very kind. The food was everge for the extras like drinks or so they overcharged

We loved the views from our room and the staff was so friendly! The chef in the restaurant (Cristos) made amazing meals & was so friendly! He even gave us a cooking class. We also enjoyed the pool & beach area. I would definite commend this hotel and I hope we can come back some day!

We stayed at Thalassa for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The resort was really beautiful with multiple restaurants and a beautiful beach. They also plan multiple activities such as having a singer at the hotel bar. The food was also really good with a lot of choices. Our room was really big, Much more than I expected.

Got an upgrade to the suite. Amazing staff, so clean, great location. Nice pool and lots of beach chairs. Beach in front of hotel is rocky just into the water. (Not the hotels issue to be clear) Breakfast options were top notch. Lost of restaurants and shopping in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Thalassa Beach Resort was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffets were very well stocked and a good variety of Greek food selections. The facilty was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this place to others.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were amazing. Especially the evening restaurant manager who, with the help of the chef, daily came up with meal options not on the menu to suit my diet needs (I did not request for this to happen). It was the first time I had stayed in an adult only hotel. I really enjoyed the quietness, feeling of being safe and facilities. The hotel was in a very convenient position for public transport and in easy reach of Chania.

From the time of the check-in at the reception, the staff was great and even other days when I had questions about places to visit they were very helpful. I was even given a free upgrade. Also, the breakfast was really good. I also enjoyed the fact that it’s an adult hotel and it makes for a good experience when there’s no kids around.

Room very comfortable, breakfast plentiful with lots of choice. Helpful staff. Good base for travelling around the area. We were there at the end of the season and always found parking ok and loads of sun beds around the pool and on the beach. Beach is nice, shingle rather than sand. Entertainment in the evening very good. Bar prices were reasonable. Local area is no doubt very busy in the high season, but many shops and restaurants had started to close while we were there. Technically we did have a garden view as booked but it was also over the next door car park too. We booked an additional night (originally 3 nights) but I think they were going to offer us a different/upgrade room for the last night but I didn’t want the hassle of moving our stuff. Would definitely recommend.

En dejligt hotel lige ud til vandet. Fint antal liggestole ved pool og strand. Personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Fin morgenmadsbuffet og god frokost. Hotellet var flot og rengøringen var fin. Bus tæt på der kører direkte til Chania. Alt i alt en god oplevelse

Literally couldn't fault this wonderful hotel. Ultra friendly, helpful staff, so clean, convenient for local restaurants/supermarkets etc. It's a 30 minute taxi ride into Chania old town, although there are buses. Honestly, a perfect stay

The property is lovely and the staff are accommodating. We did not get refills of coffee or cream during service and had to call for cream. We LOVED our spa experience it was lovely and the ladies were fabulous! We tried the dinner there for we enjoyed the breakfast, the appetizer was delicious (the fried potato comes with meat just a heads up) but the main was inedible for both of us. We paid and went to the Meze Taverna next door for we knew it was good food and drinks there! The hotel was considerate and wanted the feed back about the dinner which gives me hope they are wanting to adjust or tweak things! Overall it was a lovely stay and we would stay there again!

We loved the views from our room and the staff was so friendly! The chef in the restaurant (Cristos) made amazing meals & was so friendly! He even gave us a cooking class. We also enjoyed the pool & beach area. I would definite commend this hotel and I hope we can come back some day!

Nice facility. Wish breakfast was earlier. Starts 7:30 and had to miss 2x because we had tours Rocky beach but still able to get into water and it was nice

We stayed at Thalassa for 3 nights and had an awesome experience. The resort was really beautiful with multiple restaurants and a beautiful beach. They also plan multiple activities such as having a singer at the hotel bar. The food was also really good with a lot of choices. Our room was really big, Much more than I expected.

Lovely property, shout out to Manos at the pool bar who provided outstanding service and made us feel at home! Excellent bar tender but also gave great recommendations where to visit and eat. Our room was on two floors, with the bathroom on the first floor so this is difficult if you have mobility issues. Dinner was buffet only and we did not try it, but breakfast was superb.

Everything was good but the view of the room. We were supposed to have a garden view and actually our view was overlooking to some plants in the pots and lots of air conditionings on the roof of the hotel . It was a little bit disappointing
