It’s very difficult to find a hotel in this area at this price with such a large swimming pool and fitness facility. Even if it is a little rundown (and you need to cross the Soi to another building) it’s well worth the money. But if you don’t care about the swimming pool, then for sure you can get more comfortable accommodation at this price elsewhere

L'hôtel Trinity est vetuste, vieillot. Il n'y a aucune vue. A l'arrière vue sur les fenêtres et climatisations du building d'en face à 4 mètres. A l'avant vue sur le Trinity complexe et son parking à une 10 de mètres. Bruyant. La piscine est dans le building opposé. Ce qui vous oblige à sortir de l'hôtel. Piscine grande par contre mais pas entretenue. Carrelage vetuste, usé, voire fêlures. Oubliez la salle de sport vétuste dans le même building que la piscine. Les appareils sont vieillots.

There are no hand towels. Bath towels are thin and frayed. The bathroom sink had no plug, just an open pipe and there were cockroaches at night in the bathroom.

深夜到着しましたが、とても明るく接客頂き良かったです！ただ雨季だからか、部屋がカビ臭くて残念でした。清掃は毎日キレイにしてもらえるし、近くに朝市もあり、プールも古いですが快適に過ごせました。カビ臭は換気しても、取れずカードキーを抜くと空調も消えるので4泊しましたが最後まで部屋に戻ると消えませんでした。あとは価格も安く、立地もいいのでオススメです。

There were cockroaches in my room. There was no view. The housekeepers didn’t clean very well. There were only four TV channels to choose from. The Internet was insecure. There was no laundry service. The air-conditioning was either full blast or off, nothing between.

Staff was very friendly, and the room was large. They provided 2 bottles of water each day, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the windows looked onto an open residence next door, so I had to keep the curtains closed. There are a couple of places just across the road to grab a quick meal. The location is a bit out of the way, so it's about a 10-minute walk to shops & nightlife on Silom Road. If you want a taxi, you can have the front desk reserve one, but the price is a bit higher than if you walk up to Silom Road to find one. On the other hand, a reserved taxi is there when you need it. For the price, the hotel is decent value.

Big room nice layout great pool average gym . The only downside I had was being woken up by the thump thump of a nightclubs music that was in the complex . I would never stay on a weekend night again. Staff were lovely

My room was in the old building (#2). From what I was told, the rooms in the new building are nice. Unfortunately, mine was not. It was not terrible, but not good either. It had a smell, and the decor is very dated. The most pressing issue for me was the poor lighting in the bathroom. I originally had another booking for the same hotel after 1 week when come back to Bangkok from Chiang Mai. But I canceled it. There are better hotels in that area for roughly the same price.

I've stayed at Trinity Silom twice during this trip. One week in a Superior room and almost a week in a Premier room. Positives (Superior and Premier): + A few minutes walk from BTS + Plenty of good restaurants nearby + Staff, polite and efficient + Room, good value for money + Swimmingpool and sundeck + Cleaning Negative (Superior) - Noise from the air conditioner's outdoor unit (compressor/condenser fan). There was a persistent, low-frequency hum that made sleeping difficult. I actually had to wear noise-cancelling headphones to get a good night's rest. Overall, it's a great value hotel at a great location and good service However, light sleepers should be aware of the A/C noise issue in room type Superior. And yeah, the breakfast did not live up to expectations, no buffet, only three different sets to choose from (fried rice is the best set in my opinion).

I found the Staff to be very professional, friendly, and helpful. My room was pleasant, although an AC unit directed at my bed was uncomfortable- old school technology. A rave help in the basement of Sunday Songkran was deafening until 2am- but I am a guest to the Thai New Year- get over it😉. Loved the pool in the adjacent building. I would return.

Personalen var inte speciellt informativ vid incheckning. Rummet var i sämre skick än väntat. Pool/ gym m m låg i annat hus tvärs över gatan. Frukosten som vi köpte till är en set meny med 3 alternativ. Samma varje dag. Vi bokade för 2 vuxna och 1 barn via Hotels. Men hotellet menar att barnet är ”gratis” och att handduk för dottern, frukost m m är något vi måste köpa till. Ingen hjälpsam personal. Nej detta hotellet är inget jag vill bo på igen. Men location var bra. Nära BTS station Chong Nonsi så lätt att ta sig runt.

The hotel location is excellent. Walking one minute and there is the BTS (sky train), 7/11, restaurants, bars. Hotel condition is clean. the only one thing that it is lack is the view. Most windows facing another building. But overall I like the place, staff and cleanliness. It share the gym with the complex next door which has adequate equipments (better than many hotels I have stayed in)

I’ve stayed at Trinity several times over the years. Always a good price, a large room, pleasant staff, a great 25 meter rooftop pool, and a quality grocery store next door. The BTS (Chong Nonsi) is 7 minute walk, and plenty of restaurants, fun areas in Silom nearby.

Mycket nöjd med mitt premiumrum. Stor pool i annan byggnad dock, och poolanläggningen som sådan ganska sliten och behov av nya solstolar etc. Frukosten ett val varje dag av tre olika rätter och ingen variation. Värd att lägga till om priset är rätt, i mitt fall 9 kronor per person.

El hotel bien ubicado, habitaciones limpias y grandes. Lo que no nos ha gustado ha sido el horario del desayuno que era de 8:00 a 10:00 y si tenias como nosotros excursiones a las 8:00 no te daban nada para llevar, te quedabas sin desayuno, a parte el desayuno solo 3 platos, no habia buffet ni nada. Desayuno pésimo.

Female at check in was totally bored and unhelpful. The males on front desk during my stay we mostly very helpful and nice. Also guys on duty,porters etc, also very nice and helpful. I stayed here about 6 times defore covid and it is now nothing like it used to be. Breakfast appalling, used to be great. after first morning I had breakfast at the hotel across the road. So did many others I spoke with.
