Horribly short staffed property. No lobby agent till 7am so if you check in late like I did, someone from another property has to come and check you in. Terrible service and no one answers the phones either. The folks that are here are super friendly but they are short staffed. Avoid unless fully staffed

Food of poor quality at best, breakfast croissants like all the food over cooked. Alarming that croissants can be that poor in a French inspired hotel. Bathroom needs severe update. Cracked sink bath/shower area terrible. Lack of sleep due to glass door showing light all night.
