The host forgot to send me access code before check in, I had waited for 30 min. except that, everything is good.

If the mattress was good I would have given a full 10, but unfortunately it was severely dipped, The room however was very nice with quality touches.

heating didnt work it was very cold key is so hard to open door

The instructions to self check in were fine and first impression of the boot room was good with the bed comfortable and the room and bathroom clean and well equipped. However, the green light in the room was so bright it was difficult to sleep. Coupled with the tv in the next room being the opposite side of the wall to the head of the bed and it was still on at 2:30am when we banged on the wall a few times and it was switched off. Terrible nights sleep!
