It's set snug in the back of a lot. It's a clean and spacious with friendly staff. The parking lot isn't that well lit at night. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Pros- clean room, good bed, value. Cons- located on the backside of an old shopping center. We were treated rudely by the attendants at the breakfast. Traveling with children so the pool feature was key to my decision to book here. Pool was fine but we had to ask for it to be in locked (an hour and a half past POSTED open time) Housekeeper came in on us at 8:15 on Saturday (we checked in Friday night for a 2 night stay) No knock, just opened the door. Sunday she knocked on the door at 8:20- check out is at 11:00. She left her cart blocking our door so when we did leave having to maneuver our luggage and kids around it. Front desk attendants are rude and unfriendly.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and personable! Even the others staying here were fun to chat with. The rooms were clean, the hotel in general was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and offered many selections. The absolute #1 for us, the coffee! Best coffee I have ever had in my life and I'm a coffee addict. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay, it was honestly so enjoyable. Thanks to the staff for being so kind! We appreciate you all tremendously!

The room definitely needs some updating. We stayed 2 nights and the room had a smell of an old room or mildew. Not sure what the odor was but did not enjoy sleeping there. The staff was very nice and breakfast was decent.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly woman who helped us tremendously, but the room itself was more than disappointing. The shower had not been cleaned well as it had 5 hairs on the walls from a previous guest and the tub drain didn’t work, so I was unable to take a bath. The mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows had no stuffing in them whatsoever. Both of us had to take cold showers in the morning. After I took my shower and walked around the room a few times, I went back into the bathroom to sit down and shave my legs in the tub. Black water ran off of my feet which tells me that the carpet was absolutely filthy. We will not be staying there again

The shower also did not drain efficiently, making the person stand in water. The air conditioning unit also rattled a bit making an annoying noise.

We was the 3rd floor..Getting hot water to shower was the biggest issue. We had to turn the sink faucet hot water all the way on and the hot water faucet in the shower on and let run 30 minutes at least to warm water not hot water.

The stay was ok. The rooms are really out dated with old style a/c and bathroom faucets and the tub was old school like 90s model. The water was either scalding or cold. Room was same way with window a/c. Needs a major overhaul

Our stay at the Best Western Plus Russellville Hotel & Suites was good. The room was clean and quiet. We were not disturbed by cleaning people when we didn't want to be. One of the Queen sized mattresses had a huge crater in the middle of it, but once reported, the management responded immediately and offered another room for the remainder of our stay. Overall a positive experience.

Pretty normal hotel. The last checking us in was much older and down right rude. Extremely slow and only spoke of she absolutely had to. My wife asked when the breakfast would be over the next morning, she just kept repeating when it started. My wife said, thank you but when does it end, the last just kept repeating the start time. We tried to smile and be friendly but she wasn't having it. Too close to death I guess, you would think she would be trying to get into heaven not out of it. Rest of the staff was nice, polite and helpful. Just the one bad apple.

The manager was horrible! We didn’t have water in the shower! Had to go to another room to take a shower. Didn’t offer a discount or a complimentary room or price for the next stay. Nothing just like it was my problem

This seems to be an older property, but it is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take great effort in making their breakfast offering as good as it can be. We've stayed here many times while visiting family. The rooms are always clean, staff very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is one of the best for a buffet/Continental breakfast. They now have an automatic espresso machine that is self service!
