Elevator was having probelms during out stay. There was a wait rime of about 20 minutes to check in with only 1 receptionist. One of the rooms next to use was smoking weed and we could smell i through the vent. Also the railroad tracks are right behind the hotel and goes by late at night super loud.

Hotel was horrible so was staff. It was under construction and no mention of this was made when booking. Elevators broken gym closed makeshift restaurant and front desk staff could have cared less. Asked for money back and was given attitude from Nicole at front desk.

The pool was completely out of commission and was not stated at the time of booking, the bar only had 2 sodas, the hotel looks like it’s undergoing renovations and most of it does looks really nice but there were just odd things about it.

The staff was very welcoming and made sure that we were comfortable. After we got settled in went to the lounge and had a glass of wine where the bartender was extremely nice. Enjoyed talking with her and she made sure that we enjoyed ourselves.

I booked this hotel for the pool only to check in and be told it’s closed for remodeling. I wasted my money and my rewards. Daughter was very disappointed.

It's a really fine property, but it's time for an upgrade for several things. In today's market, I expected bedside charging options, an extra blanket, and an active restaurant and bar. Also, the hallway temp was arctic but told that the general manager was the only one with a key to the room with the thermostat.

We were traveling with a baby and requested a crib, as free cribs were listed as available upon request. We were told they don't have any, so my husband and I, and our toddler and baby, all shared an uncomfortable night sharing a king bed. We were told they will be renovating in January and will likely get cribs then. Doesn't help us now, though... Aside from that, the room we were in was a stone's throw from the train track, and we heard the trains go past all night. Not too terrible for us since we brought a white noise machine for our kids and were able to drown out some of it. Cleanliness: it for sure could have been cleaner, but wasn't the worst I've seen. There was breakfast included, which saved our stay. It was good, plentiful, and hot.

I made my reservation and paid for that reservation through Expedia. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told I couldn't check in because their "system was down", no alternatives given, no timeframe, not helpful, basically was told "I don't know what to tell you, it was like this when I arrived" by the front desk staff. I had to go to another hotel after waiting and now this hotel won't return my money.

I arrive at the hotel and no attendant was available to check me in. I waited an hour before the cleaning lady gave me a key and took my name. Apparently, someone walked off the job. It was very unpleasant.

After a 12 hours of interstate, driving southbound to Florida, with seemingly every other car in North America on the roads at the same time …. I made a reservation online five minutes before arriving at the property. Abby at the front desk was a joy! I was looking after two senior friends in escorting them to Florida, and it was so comforting to be welcomed so nicely. The hotel has a nice lobby bar and decent little restaurant. Heather, behind the bar was very hospitable and looked after the needs of us weary travelers really well. Lucky we chose this place! Recommended!!

Trains ran all night and day. When I got here they didn’t have a reservation for me. I had to pay $50 more for the same room. No one I gave emailed will reply. Never using you again.
