Hotel need to be updated. Looks tired and the room door was broken. There was a gap in the door that you could put a screwdriver to open the door. The hotel log was not light up at night. The lobby automatic door was not working, I had to force it open.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The main positives were a comfortable bed and air conditioning. But although our room was clean, the rest of the building was dirty and run down. Breakfast was very limited and on our second morning they ran out of waffle batter. The swimming pool is out of service, weed infested, and what little water there was had turned into a swamp! The access to the hotel is almost impossible to find (GPS takes you to their back gate which is locked. I did not expect luxury or anything fancy but the "rating" was seriously inflated ("excellent" on the website). I don't thnk it was worth the price we paid for our two night stay.

Overall, it's a cheap place to sleep. You get what you pay for. But a few things are worth noting, because based on the pictures I wasn't fully expecting the disrepair: The parking lot is blocked on the side street entrance (which my GPS did not realize), so you can only enter from the one-way highway. Surprisingly annoying to get to in the dark, as a tourist, only minutes from the airport. The lobby pictures must be from another era, as the Texas star is the only accurately depicted feature. The whole place has a dilapidated feel. The front door sensor is faulty. The elevator feels like it could break at any moment. And lastly, there was a strange open electric motherboard thing mounted near the ceiling in the corner of my room that was for sure NOT the fire alarm. Still don't know what that was, but ignorance is bliss. I traveled alone as a small woman, and felt safe enough here. No bugs in sight, and staff was professional. Just want people to know what they're getting when they book here, because the pictures felt slightly misleading.

Property was dirty, room was dirty. Bathtub faucet ran all night. I shut the bathroom door to drown out the sound and the door got stuck so I couldn’t use the bathroom. Got up early to leave to the airport and there were cockroaches on the walls.

This place was disgusting. We left and did not stay more than five minutes. We told the girl at the front desk and she left and did not come back. We need to be refunded for this as we did not stay the night and were not taken care of.

Staff was nice. Very run down. Saw a large roach in the bathroom at 4AM. Saw several spiders scurrying in the hallways. Strands of previous guest hair in shower. The only hot breakfast item was the waffles. The whole place smelled dank and musty.

The room stunk. There was poop on the walls in the bathroom and holes in the walls in the room. The ac did not work right in the room and not at all in the halls or elevators. 1 elevator was not working at all and the other literally took 4 minutes to go down 1 floor. The continental breakfast was not good variety. There was cracks in the shower walls and the place looked like it was under rennovation. When I checked out no one even asked how was my stay.

Bare minimum:fridge freezer frosted completely up. No trash can in bathroom. No coffee maker or any amenities in the room. Am breakfast was lacking and appears the front desk clerk warms the breakfast attendant. Would not stay there again even for the value.

Room smelled, room didn't look like it was vacuumed. Security was lacking was walking my dogs a guy approached me from the bushes and blocked my way back in. Grounds are in terrible shape. You are RIGHT on the highway. Very loud traffic noise in the rooms. AC was barely working and room was stuffy.

It is very close to the airport but do not offer shuttle service. Rooms.are fine but the first shift clerk gave my reservation away to someone else. Then I was charged an extra $25 with no explanation.

Omg I have heard you get what you pay for, but in this case I paid a reasonable amount for this room. It was a terrible experience. After going all the way to end of hallway , on second floor, the key would not work. The coffee maker broken, the tv won’t go on. And all they said at front desk there was no one to do anything. Mind you it was 4 pm. Next dsy still no housekeeping and all the same. I asked again, and got same response no one until tomorrow.. I said I leave tomorrow. Suddenly someone came changed coffeemaker and fixed tv. By now I was so upset. At breakfast no waffle mix. It was bad I tell you, bad. Would not recommend.

It showed that it's a pet friendly hotel on both Expedia and Google maps. On arrival the lady told me they are not pet friendly, and pointed out to a sign at the front deck that says no pets allowed. I called Expedia as I wanted to cancel the stay and look for a pet friendly hotel. They refused to allow a refund and said that we can pay $75 extra for our dog. Expedia phoned them and they then lowered the rate to $60 for our dog for the night. So we had to pay, or loose the accommodation that we already paid for. Once they have your card on file they will keep changing random charges to your card. The place is under construction, and it is a total mess. The carpets in the area not under construction look like they have never been washed before. The AC smells like mold, and it's probably never been serviced. The included breakfasts didn't exist. Expedia phoned them and they then lowered the rate to $60 for our dog for the night. So we had to pay, or loose the accommodation that we already paid for. Once they have your card on file they will keep changing random charges to your card. The place is under construction, and it is a total mess. The carpets in the area not under construction look like they have never been washed before. The AC smells like mold, and it's probably never been serviced. The included breakfasts didn't exist. The location was under renovation, at first when we arrived it didn’t look open, we thought it was the wrong location. The first room we were given had a moldy and unclean smell; they changed us to a better room after I explained what the room was like with first room. Staff was very accommodating.

They sure can take some good pictures, smells like cat urine as soon as stepping off elevator onto floor, very sketchy area, very sketchy people all around, cops constantly in and out of parking lot, seemingly looking for people, no food close, everything was broken all over the place, broken tiles everywhere, the third floors actual floor felt like it was going to fall in, construction stuff everywhere, really wish I could get my money back from this stay. Did not enjoy.

Overall, it's a cheap place to sleep. You get what you pay for. But a few things are worth noting, because based on the pictures I wasn't fully expecting the disrepair: The parking lot is blocked on the side street entrance (which my GPS did not realize), so you can only enter from the one-way highway. Surprisingly annoying to get to in the dark, as a tourist, only minutes from the airport. The lobby pictures must be from another era, as the Texas star is the only accurately depicted feature. The whole place has a dilapidated feel. The front door sensor is faulty. The elevator feels like it could break at any moment. And lastly, there was a strange open electric motherboard thing mounted near the ceiling in the corner of my room that was for sure NOT the fire alarm. Still don't know what that was, but ignorance is bliss. I traveled alone as a small woman, and felt safe enough here. No bugs in sight, and staff was professional. Just want people to know what they're getting when they book here, because the pictures felt slightly misleading.

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The main positives were a comfortable bed and air conditioning. But although our room was clean, the rest of the building was dirty and run down. Breakfast was very limited and on our second morning they ran out of waffle batter. The swimming pool is out of service, weed infested, and what little water there was had turned into a swamp! The access to the hotel is almost impossible to find (GPS takes you to their back gate which is locked. I did not expect luxury or anything fancy but the "rating" was seriously inflated ("excellent" on the website). I don't thnk it was worth the price we paid for our two night stay.

Amazing stay. Very pleased. Breakfast was a pleaser. We booked the last room available which had a queen. Husband is tall though and he kept hitting his head on the bed post thing. Next time we will plan ahead and opt for the bigger room/bed.

Bare minimum:fridge freezer frosted completely up. No trash can in bathroom. No coffee maker or any amenities in the room. Am breakfast was lacking and appears the front desk clerk warms the breakfast attendant. Would not stay there again even for the value.

When all you serve for breakfast is waffles and dry cereal there is no reason to shut the doors 5 minutes before closing. There was anything left anyway. Very poor excuse for any hotel. I would remove them from even being allowed to get a room thru Expedia. Do not recommend

We booked this hotel for a planned overnight stay after a late flight. Upon arriving, there were several squad cars in the littered parking lot due to a domestic, signs on the front doors because they frequently don't work and peeling paint and broken tiles in the halls and old elevator. The room had broken tiles in the shower, damaged furniture and tiny TVs. Thankfully, front desk service and room cleanliness were much better than the maintenance of the hotel and rooms. The free breakfast was minimal, with DIY waffles and otherwise grab and go items, most of which were gone by 8:30am.

Room smelled terrible. Zero hot water. Luke warm was as good as it got. Whole facility looks old and dirty. Gym had treadmill and something supposed to be a bike and 6 dumbbells all over 40 lbs. Breakfast was a joke, very limited and yogurt waa expired. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day they gave us just towels. One day they made the bed. The next day they took all of our shampoo and soap. Was not worth the premium price I paid. Price gouged for sure to take advatange of big event weekend. Hotel not worth $50 a night. Do Not stay here!!!

The hotel was being renovated. So I will give them a break on that. But the first room they put us in was covered in ants they were everywhere. So the second room they moved us to the lock didn't work. Finally the third room was ok. They should probably inspect the finished rooms before they put them in use. Not much for breakfast. Again maybe it's because they were renovating?
