What a great resort especially if you travelling with kids. There is 2 restaurants to eat at that were great, a kids play area in one of them, my 3 year old loved that. The pool area is great with a kids pool too and a spa area. A games room for the bigger kids and a playground outside. Our room overlooked the golf course with views of kangaroos every nigjt hopping around. Our room was very nice and clean nothing to complain about. Overall great 3 nights spent here will be back again.

This is a great place to get away to with kids (whatever age) as there are lots of different activities/facilities in house to do. The reception staff are lovely. The dining was a bit iffy (both the casual and more formal restaurants) and there’s no room service which was really strange (but you can go and collect food/drinks and take it back to your room). However, if you choose to eat in your room you certainly get deprioritised compared to customers sitting in the restaurant physically. They didn’t cope well with being really busy. But if you just let go amd go with the flow it’s ok. Amazing grounds for lovely walks and the Premium Fairway View rooms are lovely.

Nice 2 night getaway. Was a nice resort with tennis courts, pool and golf course. The resort rooms were spacious. Nice restaurants also on site. Book the breakfast when you make your booking. Will be cheaper. The only issue with the place was that they are all inter connecting rooms. You can hear everything said in the next room like the people are in your room. No sound proofing. Not good when there are kids next door screaming at 6.30am. Travelling with friends, we asked to be in rooms near each other. They didn’t put us in a connecting room and when I asked to move they said they were full and couldn’t accommodate that.

We just wanted a relaxing stay with hotel activities. The fairway rooms were large enough, so we felt comfortable. The swimming pool was well heated; even though the outside temperature was 8°C, we could swim early in the morning around 7:30, which was good for mid-April. There was a reasonably sized gaming room and a jacuzzi near the swimming pool. Also, in-room bathtub was available. We had plenty to do during the stay and enjoyed it

Property has a beautiful golf course view, spacious rooms, lots of amenities. Jacuzzi didn’t have warm water, swimming pool is slightly smaller. Bedroom walls are thin, could hear our neighbours next room who had kids & noisy so couldn’t sleep well in the night & early morning. It felt like jail where we could not speak in normal voice as it would disturb the neighbours. There was no room service & room wasn’t cleaned the next day (they expect us to get it done when they have time to do room service around 8:30 am). I came here to relax in a resort & not to follow some routine.

Our front desk greeting was efficient and friendly, room was spotless, the pool and spa were glorious and we even enjoyed a 2 km lap of the kangaroo trail walking track. Two different onsite options for dinner meant we could spend all our time enjoying facilities there and not need to head out. All up a great mini break and definitely to be recommended.

Room was very clean! Only problem was the room we stayed in was a joining room. We could literally hear everything from the people staying next door. Great breakfast but no clean tables availble when we went down. Had to ask a member of staff if a table could be cleaned. But overall we had a lovely stay!

The resort is a little isolated but the restaurant provides delicious meals if you aren’t inclined to drive at night. We had booked a resort view room which unfortunately had an interconnecting door to another room. This provided us no protection from noise (bathroom/toilet/TV) Coming from the other room. This was quickly rectified by moving to another room.

The view from our room over the golf course was divine - with kangaroos, birds and rabbits wandering around. We stayed as a family of four (2 x adults and 2 x teens) in one suite and there was enough room. There wasn't a toaster in the room but everything else was great.

Staff was amazing and super helpful front desk at all hours of the day was polite and friendly. They even let me check in early so I could get ready for the conference. Cleaning staff also stocked my room each day and it was lovely that they even provided me with gluten free snacks! It was my first time staying but I’ve already recommended it to family and friends and have even looked at planning another stay there.

Staff are so lovely. We had a very noisy neighbour and the bed was uncomfortable. The manager kindly moved us to a new and very comfortable room! Bed was so comfortable 🙏 I stay here frequently and always have a lovely time. Ohhh and not to mention the cheeseboard & the restaurants cuisine is spot on!

We were disappointed that we got back from the Cold Chisel concert and the bar had closed 1/2 hour early. I then had to go to the bar to get sugar for our tea that we were having in our room as there was none in the room. Overall though a lovely stylish clean venue with lovely big rooms. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great

We had made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids in a room that states "sleeps 4". We only had one set of bed linen and quilt, and when I asked reception for an extra set so we could make the couch into a sleeping bed, the woman was extremely rude to me. She wanted me to pay extra despite my booking is 2 adults and 2 kids. She said, normally people sleep 4 persons in the one double bed! After half an hour waiting around 9pm, I went to reception, to ask for the quilt, so I could make the bed myself, and get my kids to sleep, she continued. She ended up calling me aggressive and it really ruined all of my trip being told I was aggressive towards the reception, when all I asked for was a quilt and bedlinen. I was not aggressive, and I feel they woman and her manager at reception handled the situation very poorly. My wife then went to reception, when I came back to the room and told her, they said I was aggressive. But the funny thing was, that when my wife came to reception, they suddenly was very apologetic towards her and the whole situation, and tried to smoothen us off with drink vouchers!? (despite we had two small kids that needed to go to bed) We kindly denied the drink vouchers. I will never stay there again at that "resort".

Last minute booking at a Beautiful location, good food, lots of parking, great walking / biking trails, playgrpund and kids activities. Satisfactory options for kids on the menu for both three fouders and springs terrace. Lots of great things to do around the Ballarat/ Lake Wendouree area.

Great location - don’t even think about dining here though, overpriced food and drinks and the food seemed like it was 7/11 quality. The pizza that we ordered was a supermarket cardboard special…customer service in the dining area was terrible.Room was totally fine.
