A basic no frills small motel with comfortable beds & clean rooms. Apoears relatively new and in good repair. Surrounding area seemed safe. Well lit. Very basic free breakfast buffet served in the small lobby area with two tables. Overall, a decent value for the price and location in Hamilton, AL.

I have stayed at this property 3 long stays in the last 2 months. Each time the staff has been wonderful. 2 times we stayed upstairs and the rooms were clean and had no issues. This last stay the room was on the first floor. It was well used and the walls could use a good cleaning. We had problems with the heater from the first day and they offered to move us. We declined as we like a cool room. The last night though was rough. I think the heater had done all it could do. If you are trying to decide where to stay in Hamilton, this is the place. Dog friendly, well lit parking lot and I never worried about my safety..

Great service and facilities. Excellent and fully stocked breakfast. We recommend it without any reservations on our part. Very friendly staff. And it is located close to everything but in a very quite setting. Great pool too.

The staff are so friendly and nice. The bed is a bit hard so if that's your thing, you'll be happy. The breakfast area is small (only room for 8 to sit) but only once in our two stays did that present an issue. The furniture is worn in some ways but the rooms are clean. The parking lot is lit up so well I did not feel

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we were taken care of. The rooms are updated recently, clean and the mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was rhe same every day...pancake machine, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, cofee, whole milk and juice. The only real negative is the breakfast area is tiny...only 7 seats total. Its definitely a nice place to stay for the price and they are Ramp friendly for those wanting to stay close by.

This is a MOTEL. There is no elevator if you are staying on the 2nd floor. After staying in another Days Inn by Wyndham, we were excited to find another on our trip, but it was a completely different experience. The room was clean, but the AC unit had a high pitched squeal the entire night.

The front staff is wonderful as always! We’ve stayed here a few times for travel and the front desk ladies are always so sweet to us. The rooms are clean and updated nicely. The only issue I’d have with “cleanliness” is getting rid of stains on sheets and stain a little better. I can tell they’ve been washed but it makes me skeptical when I do see stains on laundry. I will say that on our trip, 11/28-11/29, we noticed the toilet does need to be fixed to the ground because it did wobble excessively but other than that, the stay was great for a night.

Not a big fan of this hotel at all. Staff at desk was really nice, but that’s about it. Area was dirty, room was not great. Stains on sheets, found a couple of flies/gnats in the room, including the bed. Also found multiple hairs in the bed, on the toilet seat and in the shower. I was convinced something was crawling on me all night. Very glad I got there late and only had to stay for one night. Would not recommend.

Very nicely renovated hotel. Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable. There were old stains, faded, on the linens. So if you're the type of person who cleanliness is either a pass or fail, this hotel would be a fail! But I could tell it had been cleaned, it was just old stains so it was okay for us. Breakfast was nice (eggs and sausage and pancakes).

Probably an older hotel but nicely renovated. Well decorated large room with comfortable bed, nice furniture, and clean modern bath. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast, nothing special, but it’s always good

Room was super clean and in good condition. The only issue was the toilet having some type of leak at the base so it pooled on the floor when flushed. Not positive that it was just water leaking, but notified staff to the issue.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in the room was not adequate. When I called the front desk they indicated that the person who could look at the AC wouldn’t be in until the next day (no offer to move me to a different room for my comfort) and they did not have any fans to provide. The next morning I had to call the front desk again about the AC and was told the person who would look at the AC was also the person who cleans rooms and he would not be available until the rooms were clean. I just happened to see the cleaning crew next door and told the gentleman about the AC problem, he immediately said “It’s because it’s so hot, the AC can’t keep up.” He turned the AC down to 61 degrees and said that would help. I asked if I could get a fan and he said he had a personal one he would bring me. I’ve included a photo of the fan he brought me. I will say it did help move the air throughout the room but it was loud. I feel that the very least they could have done was offer me a different room.

The front desk staff was amazing. The room smelled great and was clean. I do think the doors should be repaired to block some of the outdoor sounds out a little better but we stay here twice a year and it has definitely improved!

My husband and I were there for a traffic court. Surprisingly! The area was quiet and clean. The front desk lady was very sweet and helpful upon my my arrival for check in. The stay in the room was surprisingly amazing too! Room was very immaculately cleaned from the ceiling to the floor! Being a cleaner myself that notices everything, the room was spotless. The bed and sheets were like butter on a soft roll! The ladies at the front desk were also very sweet and helpful upon my check out! The breakfast was pretty good too! I would definitely stay here again if I had too!

Lady at front desk was very prompt and courteous. Room was clean and comfy. Stayed for one night to go to decoration at cemetery where my son is buried. Will stay again next year.

I did not stay here after arriving at the property. It is unsafe for a female traveler to stay alone. It is in a bad area of this town, the property backs up to what appears to be a storage facility and truck parking lot. The property is not well lit it is not well protected. I left and found another property that was well lit, secure and in a better area of the town.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, wonderful staff, and good continental breakfast! The only issues I experienced were verbally heated conversations that took place in the parking lot. These were a bit concerning as the individuals were not staying at the hotel and appeared to be impaired.

The place was ok, for what it was & location. Could have fixed issues like plug outlets not working or missing all together, public restroom out of order, juice dispenser out of order, so no drinks except coffee for breakfast. Location was convenient to the local area.

Reasonably priced. However, there was a spot of urine on the toilet seat when we came in, which made us wonder if the whole bathroom & adjoining room had been properly cleaned & sanitized. We asked for wipes, but the owner came with cleaning supplies & wiped down the toilet. Also, we did not receive a new, clean jacket for the room key - what we received was used. Unsanitary. The continental breakfast was not what we have been accustomed to in other hotels. Very minimal. Not even regular size muffins - mini muffins. No eggs, bacon or sausage. No oatmeal. Some of the furniture was visibly worn & in need of replacement. There were also 3 dry stains - blood & other bodily fluids on the mattress protector & very visible thru the fitted sheet. Big turn-off! Heat/AC unit was way too noisy & we had to turn it off to sleep.

The front desk people were excellent. Very pleasant and Robin gave a recommendation for Las Amigo restaurant. Excellent. Bed was okay. It was a little hard for our liking, but for one night, fine. Walls are a little thin. Breakfast was good. Loved the pancake machine. Hot fresh pancakes, scramble eggs, link sausage, cereal, muffins, yogurt and good coffee.
