Good location, nice decor. There isn’t a clear sign of getting to the hotel parking by car so we had to drive around the building. Bathroom sink was blocked. We called reception in the evening and been told they would send someone in 10 mins. Nobody turned up until we checked out the next day.

Unser Aufenthalt für eine Nacht im Hotel war sehr perfekt. So wie man es sich wünscht. Alles perfekt. Durch eine Verbindungstüre gelangt man direkt in die Stadthalle. Tiefgarage mit vernünftigem Preis. Gegenüber super Restaurant….was will man mehr. Herzlichen Dank für Alles!

Ein preiswertes Hotel, für kurzen Aufenthalt war es recht angenehm. Bei einer Zimmerbelegung mit mehreren Personen etwas eng, aber noch machbar. Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Hotel war gut, nur beim Frühstücksbüffe war das Geschirr und Besteck leider nicht wirklich sauber. Die Klimaanlage bzw. die Lüftung war leider etwas zu laut und hat nicht ordentlich gekühlt, das Fenster musste man gekippt lassen. Das Personal war immer freundlich.

- Wärmepumpe direkt vor dem Zimmerfenster, die so laut ist, dass man selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster denkt es startet ein Düsenjet vor dem Hotel. - Teppich übersäht mit Flecken, Fugen in der Dusche schwarz, Lampe im Bad hängt an der Leitung von der Decke. - Klimaanlage auf 24 Grad gestellt, aber Winterdecke auf dem Bett??? - Frühstück ist ganz schlecht: Croissants und Quarkbällchen sind innen noch gefroren, kein Rührei o.ä. sondern nur Fertig-TK-Pancakes, Wasser nur aus Automaten, der überall verdreckt war. - Personal unfreundlich und reagiert pampig auf berechtigte Kritik!

Enda klagomålet är att a/c inte fungerade som förväntat. Alldeles för varmt på rummet. Receptionisten försökte hjälpa oss med ett annat rum men tyvärr var det nästan lika dåligt som i det första. Annars ett prisvärt och bra boende med centralt läge.

Alles tiptop, Personal sehr freundlich und Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung ist gut. Nur die Wassermenge in der Dusche war nicht gut: von wenig Wasser bis sekundenweisen Unterbrüchen: das sollte verbessert werden.

Super Lage, alles gut zu Fuss errichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind gross. Die Klimaanlage läuft nicht wirklich, wir hatten trotz „Kühlung“, permanent 26 Grad wam. Die Ausstattumg war im Allgemeinen eher gebraucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und lecker.

Mon amie et moi avons très mal dormi avec la literie de l'hôtel, matelas en cuvette, coussin dur et très haut. Au petit déjeuner, plus de chocolat chaud. Les pains et pancake n'était pas correctement cuit, le sol de la salle à manger était sale, et un verre était cassé.. Très déçu, nous ne reviendrons plus dans un holiday inn

5 stars for their reception staff although for the most part reception was only manned by one person so during busy times there was a long wait. Housekeeping let hotel down. Day 1 no housekeeping due to illness. Had to go to reception for clean towels etc. Compensated with a free drink which was good. Day 2, we were given hand towels instead of bath towels and full bin wasn’t emptied. Day 3, no bath mat left and empty tissue box not replaced. Other than that this is a pretty good hotel. Comfortable beds. Need more than one pillow though as they are quite flat. Tea and coffee making facilities. No fridge. Good size bathroom. Aircon didn’t work too well so slept with window open. Very quiet area so no issues with noise. Breakfast was basic but nice and fresh. Location is good. 5 minute walk to the centre. 10 mins to the train station. Only one lift though, so when checking out had to wait about 10 minutes for an empty lift. Lift goes to the top and works its way down. We were on level 1. Really needs two lifts.

Vorab hinterlegter Wunsch zu den Betten wurde ignoriert, auf Nachfrage kam nur ein "Sie können die Betten ja selbst umbauen wenn es sein muss!". Frühstück ist das schlechteste in Hotels, das ich bisher erlebt habe: Croissants waren jeden Morgen innen noch gefroren, Multivitaminsaft wurde von der Maschine aus Pulver angemischt und am zweiten Tag gab es in Teilen noch tiefgefrorene Quarkbällchen. Des Weiteren wurden einem für den Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung ein Gutschein für ein 0,2l Softgetränk an der Bar gegeben, jedoch bekamen wir nur 0,15l von der Angestellten eingeschenkt. Erst auf Nachfrage und nach meckern ("Na wenn es bei Ihnen auch ganz genau sein muss, schenke ich ihnen halt noch einen Schluck ein!") wurde dann etwas nachgeschenkt.

Arrived very late in the evening but there was a lady serving late arrival. Even she had prepared a food for the day.. Wonderful and very nice service

Die Frau an der Rezeption hat uns erst mal ewig warten lassen, war dann aber ok. Das Zimmer war leider schrecklich: ein 1,40 m Bett als Doppelbett zu verkaufen ist schon übel, dann aber pampig auf unsere Beschwerde zu reagieren (Man muss halt gucken, was man bucht. Wir haben nur solche Zimmer. Wenn Sie abreisen wollen, werde ich Sie nicht aufhalten.) ist schon krass. Das Bett hat auch total geknarzt. Grundsätzlich schien es auch als Einzelzimmer verkauft zu werden, da nur ein Satz Handtücher etc. da waren. Auch wenn wir uns verlesen haben mit der Bettengröße, müsste man zuvorkommender sein. Wir werden nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

5 stars for their reception staff although for the most part reception was only manned by one person so during busy times there was a long wait. Housekeeping let hotel down. Day 1 no housekeeping due to illness. Had to go to reception for clean towels etc. Compensated with a free drink which was good. Day 2, we were given hand towels instead of bath towels and full bin wasn’t emptied. Day 3, no bath mat left and empty tissue box not replaced. Other than that this is a pretty good hotel. Comfortable beds. Need more than one pillow though as they are quite flat. Tea and coffee making facilities. No fridge. Good size bathroom. Aircon didn’t work too well so slept with window open. Very quiet area so no issues with noise. Breakfast was basic but nice and fresh. Location is good. 5 minute walk to the centre. 10 mins to the train station. Only one lift though, so when checking out had to wait about 10 minutes for an empty lift. Lift goes to the top and works its way down. We were on level 1. Really needs two lifts.

Hotel an guter Lage in Gehdistanz zur Fussgängerzone sowie Stadthalle. Zimmer ok jedoch fehlte einseitig der Nachttisch sowie die Beleuchtung (Neonröhre) war sehr hell. Frühstück war vielfältig jedoch der Bratspeck war nicht in einem Wärmebehälter wie Rührei sondern nur daneben auf einem Teller und somit kalt.

Das Hollyday Inn liegt super zentral neben der Stadthalle und dem Technischen Rathaus, sehr ruhig, schöner Empfangsbereich und Frühstücksbereich und das Zimmer sinnvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, Wasserkocher für Tees, leider keine Minibahr fürs Kaltgetränk, waren bei 33°C in Singen, Klimaanlage sehr leise, super, eine schöne Unterkunft an einem schönen Wochenende.

Unser Aufenthalt für eine Nacht im Hotel war sehr perfekt. So wie man es sich wünscht. Alles perfekt. Durch eine Verbindungstüre gelangt man direkt in die Stadthalle. Tiefgarage mit vernünftigem Preis. Gegenüber super Restaurant….was will man mehr. Herzlichen Dank für Alles!

Super Lage, alles gut zu Fuss errichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind gross. Die Klimaanlage läuft nicht wirklich, wir hatten trotz „Kühlung“, permanent 26 Grad wam. Die Ausstattumg war im Allgemeinen eher gebraucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und lecker.

Considero que un hotel Holiday Inn nunca te decepciona. Siempre los encuentras limpios bien ubicados y sumamente cómodos en especial este que la atención del personal es amable y cordial te ayudan y te orientan con los atractivos y la manera de conocer lo que hay cerca de la ciudad. El bufet es abundante y rico.
Considero que un hotel Holiday Inn nunca te decepciona. Vorab hinterlegter Wunsch zu den Betten wurde ignoriert, auf Nachfrage kam nur ein "Sie können die Betten ja selbst umbauen wenn es sein muss!". Frühstück ist das schlechteste in Hotels, das ich bisher erlebt habe: Croissants waren jeden Morgen innen noch gefroren, Multivitaminsaft wurde von der Maschine aus Pulver angemischt und am zweiten Tag gab es in Teilen noch tiefgefrorene Quarkbällchen. Des Weiteren wurden einem für den Verzicht auf die Zimmerreinigung ein Gutschein für ein 0,2l Softgetränk an der Bar gegeben, jedoch bekamen wir nur 0,15l von der Angestellten eingeschenkt. Erst auf Nachfrage und nach meckern ("Na wenn es bei Ihnen auch ganz genau sein muss, schenke ich ihnen halt noch einen Schluck ein!") wurde dann etwas nachgeschenkt.
