Love the bed, so comfortable

Unstaffed front desk Wednesday-Thursday. Trash on floor on arrival. No in house service. Dark hallways. No ventilation in bathroom. Poor fitness center. Staff was friendly when they interacted. Breakfast marginal. AC worked fine. Disappointed for the price.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly didn't even say hi or welcome. This place is big she didn't even recommend the best way to get to our room,I had to ask and her directions were poor. We could of parked right in back of our room and went through the door instead of dragging our things through the lobby and the hallways. Breakfast was not good,milk was water down one waffle iron for a place that is very large. I have stayed in much smaller places that had 2 waffle irons. They need to do some planting flowers out front when you enter like most places to to make more welcoming.

This hotel is not bad at all. It's pet friendly. The staff is nice and helpful. The place needs a little upgrading other than that it's a good place for kids to go.

Horrible! Don’t spend your money! Bathtub was flooding and black dirty tub with other people hair. Old Shower head was spreading out to the floor .. toilet was dirty. Bed was comfy. Our slide door to our bedroom was broken. Old building. Can hear dogs barking in rooms. Pool I did not see anyone clean the pool. We did not use it. Thank god! Overall stay 1 star. Breakfast was okay! Never coming back. Thanks. Good near the area overpriced and gross. Pizza and salads was awful. Thank me later. No refund or discounts.
