Red Roof Inn York Downtown

The pictures on the site do not match the room. I booked a room with a tub and had a shower stall that was stained. We were only given 1 opened till of toilet paper and no holder for it.

The room was a smell of smoke. The pillows were like non existence. I had to use my purse and put it under the pillow to make it fluff up. My throw pillows on my sofa are 4 times the size of your “standard “ size pillow. There were 3 pillows. I wish that would have taken a picture. My husband had to be at the hospital by 5:30am. We live more than 2 hours away. I would not recommend staying here again. Even on the ride home we could smell the smoke in our bag. I guess that you get what you pay for.

Drawers wouldn’t stay closed and roaches in bathroom. Room smelled funny. Bathroom smelled of smoke but right in town. Walk to eat and cheap price

Room was spotless. Staff are fantastic accommodating every need. Location is perfect.
