Sleep Inn North - Central York

Best value for great quality and pricing as well as great breakfast that we have ever found. Location is very centrally located also. This will always be our first choice stop.

The hotel was fine, room was clean and breakfast was decent. Beds were OK but not queen size, I think they were full size. My complaint was that I booked Sleep Inn, and chose it over MainStay Suite (which was a lower rate) because it had higher reviews. But upon arrival I saw it is the same building for both hotels. And the room I got was clearly a MainStay suite (had a kitchenette). I think it is a bit deceiving to advertise 2 hotels at 2 different rates if it is all the same. One bonus, there is a nice walking trail behind the hotel. It is also near many restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was a bit skimpy especially since there were a lot of people .

clean and comfortable room

The room was nice the only negative experience we had was at 8:30 pm when we were getting ready for bed we smelled a weed smell coming in from the hall. The location was good we love cheddars which is across the road. The hotel breakfast was great.
