Everything was nice at this hotel except for their elevators. They need major maintenance done. Some button lights don’t; and the elevators stopped working altogether the last day. I’m glad I wasn’t inside any of them when it happened. Besides that, a good pre/post-cruise hotel to stay with your family.

All staff that I dealt with at this facility were top-notch… Helpful, courteous, and just plain old nice. However, strolling around the outside perimeter of the building, I found broken pallets and various garbage strewn about… The pool was very small and looked murky… The room walls are very thin and Noise is a problem… I had to be moved on my first night because the neighbors next-door were so loud… Room doors closing are horribly loud… Many construction workers staying in the hotel we’re constantly loitering outside in the parking lot drinking beer… Not at all a good look… next time I’m going to spend the money on a different hotel.

I stayed here for one night and had a very disappointing experience. The man working at the front desk at night was extremely rude. When we checked in, we were told that since the elevators were down, someone would be available to take us up and down. However, when we returned around 9pm with our bags, no one was there to help, and we were told to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. On top of that, our room was placed right next to the stairwell, and the door slammed loudly all night and early morning, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, there’s a bar downstairs that played extremely loud music late into the night, attracting a rowdy, unpleasant crowd. The atmosphere felt unsafe and unclean. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

This was an uneventful stay, that's just fine by me so therefore rated good. The Mexican restaurant next door was a bit lacking on atmosphere but the food was very good. It was the highlight of the stop.

Staff were especially nice, helpful, and accomodating, probably because of manager Duane. Everyyhing was very clean and tidy. We had a couple of issues with the room (outlets that didnt work, chanhing water trmperature in the shower) but nothing yhat prevented us from.enjoying our stay. One of two elevators were out of order during our 4 day stay.

The pool was filled with chemicals on Saturday and our children weren’t able to go in on a really hot day and swim and yesterday it had leaves in it, a senior person was placed in the room next to us and you know how children are and kept complaining to staff about them, they kept telling us that they were to loud and to tell them to stop and we couldn’t enjoy our vacation. Suggestion, 1. Don’t put children next to older people 2. clean your pool BEFORE weekends so that children can enjoy it

The floor of the room we stayed in literally turned our feet black from dirt after a few hours. Super gross. At first I thought it was me but I washed my feet in the room after I first noticed and within the next hour after staying in the room my feet were black again. When walking around barefoot in the room the carpet felt like it was sticking to my feet. I probably should have asked to change rooms but I don’t like to complain and we were only staying one night. Plus I’m not sure it would have made a difference. I wish there was another hotel option in the area. There was some damage to the room, AC looked unsafe but it functioned, scuff marks on walls, window curtain torn, hole in carpet etc. Sheets appeared clean but to be honest I didn’t look thoroughly because ignorance is bliss and I was really tired. In the morning I noticed a small stain on the comforter. Staff were friendly at check in and out though.

The carpet in the room and throughout the hallway was dirty and smelly. The room had a dampness and was not fresh. Subsequently my immune system was compromised and I picked up a bug. The staff courteous but the room definitely needs a refresh.

The floor in the bathroom and hallway were filthy dirty. The dirt from the bottom of my shoes was showing up on the bathroom floor. It was so dirty. The room was very loud. You could hear the cars outside was hard to sleep and the room smelled very musty.

This is a pretty good option and it’s a standard Choice Hotel. The staff are great. The only down side is the walls are paper thin. We could hear almost everything the people in the next room were saying. Not to mention every time they closed a drawer it was like they were slamming it shut.

1.Had requested 1st floor/easy access - was not told there are no rooms on 1st floor (only meeting rooms) so we had a 4th floor room (inconvenient with oxygen concentrator, or people with disabilities). 2. Room was SMALL (floor space was less than 10x12'), only thing that helped was shelf over heater, 3. Ice machine on 1st and 2nd floor only (not convenient when on the 4th floor), 4. Not enough breakfast tables and out of bacon by 8:30 am, plus had to wait on eggs, 4. Toilet too low for handicap room (and water level too close to the seat) 5. NO grab bars in the shower, 6. Designated smoking area near handicap parking - not good for those with asthma/breathing issues, 7. No microwave, 8. Micro mini fridge on the floor under shelf - very hard to access

The bed at this hotel was the MOST uncomfortable thing I have ever slept in. It was like sleeping on concrete. I got no rest and actually debated moving to the floor. Awful. Would never go back. On the upside there was an actual person at the desk. I really don't like the businesses that have moved to virtual lobby attendants for check-in at night. I believe this is unsafe.

The room was too small and appeared to be unfinished. There was no place to sit. The plug in the room did not work. It was a multi charge cord attached to a piece of wood sitting on the night stand. My phone was dead by the morning even though it was plugged in all night. The toilet from the neighbor could b be heard each time it flushed. The room served its purpose, but I would not recommend the room I stayed in to anyone. I saw other rooms which appeared much better. I only gave a three because the receptionist was very nice.

The fro t desk person Carl was exceptional when we arrived at 0430 on 4-1-25. We had flight issues and he was great! The motel manager was also very friendly and helpful.

Slow checking in while staff placed their food in another location and spoke with other staff needed to help maintenance. After check in first room smelled of chemicals and had ants on bedside table and both beds when informed about situation staff informed us they would have to check it out before a new room could be given. Took staff over an hour to come to room to check situation with the ants, then had to carry bags and follow staff back downstairs to get new room and room key cards. Second room smelled much better and no ants.

The late night staff harassed my girlfriend whom was also staying at the hotel with me! She was asked multiple times if she was staying at the hotel as we went in and out to the smoking section. All this by the same lady at the counter as if she didn’t think she belonged in the hotel.

Slightly lower quality Quality Inn but served our purpose. Staff was great with what they had to work with. Bed was lumpy and the mattress needs replacement. Location was good. We didn't spend much time in the room but it could have been better.

Having researched a few hotels around this place is just an easy to book,clean modern facilties hotel in the middle of town with easy to walk to restaurants and shops.....perhaps the only modern hotel chain if you need to stay in this area!-as all other hotels are in downtown Fort Myers and a good 20+ miles away

The hotel was ok, the carpet was so old and didn’t look clean. The breakfast was so limited. But everything was fine, no complaints. What really didn’t like was the location, the neighborhood was not nice, I didn’t feel comfortable.

We stayed in room 205 which is right over the Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. The music was crazy loud from the restaurant and lasted until midnight. The hotel was supposedly full so we had to just put up with it. The breakfast was limited but tasted fine. Rooms were fine. We had driven 20 hours from Wisconsin to get to this hotel. Last thing we wanted to deal with was a bunch of loud music.

The breakfast was mediocre, and did not offer any fruit like bananas, apples or oranges, which would've made it more complete. Having hard boiled eggs would've been welcomed as well. The room and staff where very nice.
