I liked everything about the stay however the pool and hot tub really need the top edges cleaned. I was here twice before this visit and it was dirty then. Too nice and reasonable to have this one important issue.

Amazing hotel-we will never stay anywhere else in Evansville again! Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Very clean, comforable rooms for great price. Pool and hot tub is very nice too!

Everything was great! It was clean, well kept and the pool was perfect. Usually when we stay at a hotel we don’t get to enjoy the pool because it’s so cold. This pool was warm enough for the whole family to get in and enjoy. Our view from our hotel window was great too. We will be back for all of these reasons.

The hotel itself was great. Beware of people reserving 1 room and then bringing 30 kids for a birthday party, and taking over the pool. Was unable to use the pool until close to 8:30pm due to this. I did talk to the front desk and she said "we get a lot of birthday parties, even though its posted that the pool is for guests only." (It closes at 10.) Other than that after 10pm it was quiet. Comfortable beds was a plus!

Hello, I wanted to share some feedback from our stay this weekend. When we arrived, we checked into room 116. We started to unpack and lay in the bed as we just traveled 4 hours to get to the hotel. I move the covers down and there was blood splatted on the pillows and sheets. We immediately asked to move rooms. We were then placed in room 112. When we checked into the room we started to look around and found a puddle of urine next to the toilet. I came to complain to the front again but no one was up there so we bit the bullet. Two rooms back to back like this is very unacceptable and I am very disappointed and feel like something should be done. Thank you.

My stay was fine, my only complaints with my room were the bathroom floor was dirty. When you first look at the floor you assume it’s the tile design but if you look under the sink area you’ll see how the floor is suppose to look. Caked on dirt several shades darker than the way the tile is suppose to look. That’s disgusting. The sink had a bunch of spots where the paint peeled off. Lastly the bed was so hard I was lucky if I got three hours of sleep. I was actually glad that I could only book the room for two nights instead of the four nights that I needed. They were completely booked so we checked in with one of the other local hotels.

We like this location and hotel and have stayed here a few times. The bed was not comfortable this time and we didn’t get much sleep due to the mattress being springy and having dips. My back was not supported which caused a lot of pain. The view of the pond is beautiful. The shower was nice.

Overall, it was fine. About whats expected from a garden inn. Check-in was quick but staff not overly friendly. The room I had was a view of the vents for the roof and there was a spotlight right outside my window so despite the blackout shades, it was still quite bright in my room which isn't conducive for me to sleep well. Got up to work out and just wanted a banana and was told I had to buy the whole buffet. Would be nice to have an a la carte option if someone wants a banana or muffin or something quick. Kinda dumb not to offer that. With so many options in the area, wouldn't try again.

Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Great location, close to everything. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Everything was clean. Loved having an Keurig in the room. Appreciated being able to take our pups. The lighting in the room could stand improvement but overall good stay and would stay again.

The motel is incredibly attractive and was in that sense the highlight of our cross-country trip. No other motel came close to the beauty and cleanliness of this property. There was an unusually long wait for someone to appear at the front desk, delaying our check-in. When the staff member who works the front desk did eventually appear, there was no effort to apologize for my wait. Two other employees saw me pacing in front of the front desk looking for help but did not volunteer any assistance whatsoever. There were a number of competing and equally attractive motels nearby, and I will probably try one of them should I return to Evansville.

Called the staff before we booked the room and asked when the pool closed. We where told midnight. We book the hotel and go to us the pool at 1030. Nope closed at 10. I would have never booked the room if we weren't lied to. Also had a foot ball team and a birthday party going on and kids yelling out side till 1230 and running up and down the halls and staff didn't do anything about it

This is a great place to stay! Very clean and well kept. I had a gorgeous view of the lake. Kim at the desk was great, friendly and welcoming. There were a lot of middle school age kids for a soccer tournament also staying there and a few were running up and down the hallways at one point. Kim took care of it immediately and in a nice way. It was very quiet the rest of the night.

Check in was awful. Front desk clerk barely spoke to us. Not even a courtesy hello. We had an issue with our room and when we asked to change rooms he couldn’t help us. He said the system wouldn’t let him make any changes. We will not be staying here again.

The clerk at check-in had an attitude and was seemingly annoyed that we used a 'third party vendor' to book. Then, we called down for towels n sundries and we were told to come down & get it bc they didn't have staff. When I went down, the same clerk was annoyed I asked for towels.

We love staying here any time we are in Evansville. The location is perfect, lots of dining options in walking distance, off the main road enough to not be disturbed by road noise, everything is about 15 minutes away or less. The bed and room were comfortable and clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed with the TV as we couldn't see the local channels and the info and guide only showed the channel. You couldn't see the schedule. You also had to go to each channel and watch it to see what was on. Was really disappointed in the breakfast buffet as it was $12.95 and the food was mediocre and unfortunately, cold. If you stay here, there's a Cracker Barrel just down the street with better food for the same price. The hotel was nice as far as a place to stay, but if you want a free breakfast then I would stay someplace else. I know I will choose a different hotel next time.

I didnt like I had to pay 12.00 for a basic hotel breakfast nothing special at all.. other than that very nice.. It was nice to see they offered other breakfast options but not worth 12 for adult and 7.50 for a child that only ate a bowl of cereal..

I believe I was told there would be a free breakfast. When I got there it was I believe $12.95. I was NOT the only person who was surprised about it. At least one other person was upset. To make it worse, a third person was on THEIR LIST and got a free breakfast.

Had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, however, breakfast is not free as advertised. The typical continental breakfast you would get free at a hotel was $12 per person plus tip to the server. Our family handled that ok but just a warning to others.
