The pool was closed. There was no microwave or stove in the room and the bed wasn’t king size. I booked it bc of Hyatt Place properties and this was not like any of the other Hyatt Places I have been to.

THE HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE WAFFLE MACHINE AT THEIR BREAKFAST. ONLY ONE ELEVATOR IS WORKING OUT OF TWO ELEVATORS IN THIS HOTEL. WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE DUE TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS DURING THE GRADUATION CELEBRATION OF FRONTIER NURSING UNIVERSITY WHO LODGED AT THE HOTEL WHERE WE HAD TO QUEUE TO ENTER THE ONLY AVAILABLE ELEVATOR.

Staff were excellent; breakfast was boring - same thing almost everyday. Didn't appreciate printer didn't have toner for days....and no sign up. Wasted a lot of time on Sat evening, with no directions available, to print boarding passes for Allegiant Sunday return flight, only to be told by the gentleman at the desk, "Sorry we're out of toner...." However, when we were departing on Sunday, there was a written note to that effect.

Room was clean and pool area seemed well cared for. Happy they have dumbbells up to 50lbs in workout room. Staff was nice and helpful at checkin and checkout.

The entire reason when choose this hotel was for the pool access and of course we were not notified that the pool was broken and unavailable Staff was short and eude when i askes why we weren't told ahead so we could get another room

The front was accomadating when we wanted to switch rooms to a different layout. The breakfast was decent. The pool could use some work. Pool for our family is very important and this pool was gross to be in. The chlorine fumes were heavy. I could not be in there for more then a few minutes before my head started hurting.

First of all they took a $25 per night security fee which you don’t get back for 2 weeks !! Irregardless the room was not clean at all. I found a rubber band for a kids braces on the rug, and the carpet had old dog stains including a spot where it looked like a dog defecated and was never washed properly. The bathtub for the shower was clogged and filled about 6 inches and the drain was rusted. Maintenance fixed this by day 3 of my stay. If the tub was properly cleaned the housekeeping staff should have known it didn’t drain.The towel racks in the bathroom were dirty and rusty and the bathroom door had a white substance spackled all over it and hadn’t been washed in a long while. I also left $ 20 dollars on the counter near the TV and although I had 1 more day in the room, the room was cleaned and the money was gone. The housekeeper took it without knowing if it was for them. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Hyatt has certainly gone down hill.

We found the hotel to be very clean and rthe staff welcoming. Breakfast offered plenty of options and was good. Room was spacious with a sitting area with comfy couch to watch TV, had a desk for the business traveler.

First room had a over powering smell that hit you when you walked in. Like feet mixed with musty. Like dirty wet carpet. Had my allergies reacting. I asked for a new room. The next room my daughter said smelled like old people. They did give us a handicap room for some reason. I sprayed perfume o cover it up. But the carpet was physically wet in front of the bathroom. It was late we were super tired. I put towel down so we didn't walk in it. I probably won't stay at a Hyatt again.

The hot breakfast items were cold, the coffee pots were too small for the crowd and were frequently empty when trying to refill, the AC unit or window in our room was leaking and the carpet around it was soaking wet, the metal rack in out shower was rusted so I didn’t feel comfortable using the towels on it or putting my new towel on it. The front desk staff, evening, late night, and morning, were all very friendly!

The corner room was comfortable and well laid out. Linens and bedding were very nice. The main problem with the room was the loud highway noise. The window located next to the bed was of very poor quality and did nothing to reduce the road noise. Made for a difficult night to sleep.

The room was ok, was neat an clean smelled a litttle when we walked.... the hotel needs renovation. no usb ports to plug in chargers most hotels now have usb ports so i did not bring plugs no microwave staff was very nice helpful and friendly all in all i would stay there again for the price The room did have a couch which we liked

We liked the unusual layout in the lobby and the cozy at home environment as we ate breakfast. Our room also had more room than usual and seemed more like a suite. We could have stayed longer !

The thermostat in the room did not function. I reported it to the front desk, they offered me another blanket. When I awoke the day of my departure, the temperature in the room was 63 degrees.

The hotel is okay. It was fairly clean. The staff was super nice. It just needs updated. The room has a funky layout with this weird half wall that blocks your view of the TV from the bed. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything outside your room. If you are on the highway side the traffic is pretty loud. This was our second stay, I’ll look in to somewhere else for our next visit to Lexington.

It was fine nothing special. Pricey for what it is honestly. It weird too the sink is not in the bathroom and one outlet had additional plugs but not the other. A bit of an inconvenience.

After 50 minutes and the one person working couldn’t find our reservation, we cancelled our reservation and tried to book a room at the front desk and he was unable to do so as well. There was no one in management to help him so we went to the Holiday Inn next door. We were not the only ones who had a problem either. Train your staff or have a manager be available.

We were given working room keys to room 526 only to learn someone else was already staying in that room. We were then going to be given a room on third floor only to learn someone else was in that room. We were finally given the last room available. The telephone does not work. For this room to be the highest price of our entire vacation and have this very unsafe experience is horrible

Tried to check in around 5:30 and it took forever! Card reader was down so they couldn’t take the mandatory deposit, give people their room keys and don’t worry about the deposit! One person checking in while two other employees stood talking and not helping guests. Manager came out to say something and saw 4 people waiting and went back to her office without saying a word to any guests. 3 people in room 2 towels.16 yr old son went to front desk to ask for towels, was told every towel we have us in the washer. I am soaking wet and try to call front desk but the phone in the room does not work! Use my cell phone to call front desk told all towels are in the washer. Housekeeping knocking on door because we are past check out time. Told her we are waiting for towels. She brings 2 towels from her cart. Employees hear seem to be very lazy and management doesn’t seem to care at all! We have stated at Hyatt Place hotels all over the country, unfortunately the building are getting run down and no one is doing any up keep. Don’t think I will be staying at Hyatt place anymore.

The front desk staff was absolutely horrible!! Rude, ticked off to even be there, never smiled.check in time was 3:00- we got there at 2:46pm- she said she did not have any room, I said ok how long do you think it will be? We can just wait here in the lobby, please let us know when our room is ready. A huge line began to form for check in’s. I did hear her tell two other people who came in behind us they would have to wait too. I assumed they would get a room after us, not the case. She proceeded to check in more random people that came in well after us and the other people that were waiting. I had yo walk up, wait in line- one person only working the front desk ask her , excuse me, what about us? She said- oh I had you in the bank of my mind, I was saving a room for you. She could see us sitting there waiting and she knew we had already checked in with my credit card and signed. We just had to show a ID when our room was ready. This was horrible service and a very mishaps employee representing your hotel. It gets worse. My husband went down the next morning to get coffee- no coffee or cream- completely out and no one to be found. He even had a conversation with another family looking fo coffee too. My husband sticks his head in the bank office behind the desk- no one. He then looks in the kitchen area- no one, oh wait he hears a bunch of laughter- The desk girl and a older lady were back in the laundry area just laughing- No one at the front desk. Horrible service!

Location was conveniently near the interstate, as this was just a stop for night between traveling long distances. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The rooms and linens were clean. Staff was helpful. Free breakfast and a nice sized pool added great value to the price with having 3 kids.

The staff is very nice. Location is excellent, many dining and shopping options you can easily walk to. Harry’s was my favorite for higher quality food and screens to watch my favorite games. Parking was excellent. The facility was nice, rooms were not new, but not completely tired yet. It was overall a very good experience. Be sure to get a room on the entrance side if you don’t like highway noise.,

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was with breakfast which was included. They said it was from 7:00-10:00am, when we arrived at 9:10 they were out of most of the food and said they had a busy week and the truck delivering the food was running late??? This was on Father’s Day.

Hair from previous people on bathtub wall never cleaned in 6 days we were there. Restaurant and bar is a joke. It’s literally an extension of the checkin counter and you can bring your food to small tables next to checking counter. No microwave. Pool is heated but room is cold because of vents to outside. Hard to get pool towels because people at desk do bar and restaurant. Key doesn’t work to open pool door. So you need them for that too. Noisy on Saturday but ok rest of week. Lastly breakfast is very underwhelming. Same everyday. Scrambled eggs sausage and hash browns. Toaster for bread and bagels but waffles come prepackeged. Some juices, milk,coffee or tea and plain donuts hole. Always the same everyday.
