Was very nice! Only issue was indoor pool was closed, and i did see one cockroach inmmy room. One light had a bulb out. And the breakfast in the mornings was not much at all to choose from, just basicly sausage, eggs or potato cubes, blueberry and bannana nut muffins. No pastries at all. If these things are fixed it would be even better. So i would stay again but, would enjoy it better if these things was better

The elevator went out of service while we were there. The pool was like ice water and the jacuzzi didnt work. No towels at pool. HDMI cord missing from Livingroom TV. The carpet in the room was dirty like sticky. We all kept shoes on at all times. I thought this location was a disappointment compared to other LaQuinta locations. NIce people and all. The bed was comfortable and thats about all i can say

At check in, we were informed that the elevators had overheated and out of order, ok, it happens. Got to our room on 3rd floor, holes in the carpet, and the air conditioner was barely working and in disrepair, also had several holes in the blankets… just a poor look for what they charge a night.

First, bath had no body wash, 2 conditioners and 1 shampoo, my room was cleaned 1 time in 5 days, pan cake machine outnof order for 2 days, toaster one side didn't work and the side that did... toasted only 1 side. Swimming pool out of order, Laundry machines out of order, TV didn't allow FireStick, no fruits at breakfast, repeated menu.. eggs and Sausage ..eggs and potatoes. Sometimes they had boiled eggs. Last morning they were out of plates.

From burn hole in the comforter which should be thrown out to the worst breakfast I’ve ever experienced. None of the machines for juice or pancakes worked. The hot plate for potatoes was empty and the other was turned off 3 English muffin and no butter only 2 muffins. Staff seem sad. We have dogs (Goldendoodles) and was greeted by a German shepherd barking. We love dogs but I can’t imagine a guest walking in with a fear of dogs. Hot tub and pool out of order and green water when you looked in through the door

Definitely staying at this location when in the area again! Very clean and safe for my daughter and I. Staff very friendly. Lobby and rooms clean. Breakfast was delicious.

My room didn’t look clean-heavily soiled chair seat, rust stains in tub, sticky bathroom floor & soiled washcloth left over from previous guest. AC was on 60 degrees & was freezing upon entry. Breakfast buffet had just a few paper bowls & no napkins or plates.

I’m pretty easy when it comes to hotels, but I had to write a review. This hotel desperately needs renovations. Room smells old and moldy. Accidentally turned on the heat and it smelled like animal pee. Found roaches in the sink and bottom of the tub was dirty. Came for a baseball tournament. Relatively close to the park. Only positive to staying here. My son and some of his baseball teammates were crying immediately after getting out of the pool because there was way too much chlorine. Please check on this so no one else gets seriously hurt. Breakfast was sub par. When checking in we weren’t given any useful information besides the wifi password. We weren’t told: 1. The elevator buttons didn’t work for the second floor. 2. Rooms aren’t serviced everyday by housekeeping. Had to take out my own trash and place it in dumpster. 3. What time breakfast was served and ended.

The room was clean and a spacious king with a sleeper sofa. It was very quiet being on the back side away from the interstate and had a view of a field and trees. Downside of the stay was there was no coffee or cups in the room and the bathroom only had 2 hand towel size bath towels.

Checked in late in the evening, had a death in the family in Kerens Texas. My Wife, two kids and myself were all very tired from the difficult day. TV turned on could hear sound but had no picture. AC was set at 70 but the room was very warm, told desk and they said to turn it to 65 and it would get cold. It never did. Warm all night. The beds were damp as well as the floors, sheets were so pilly we had to get new sheets from desk and change the beds at 10 at night I specifically booked it because they had breakfast and boasted pictures of waffles which I know the kids would have enjoyed the machine was broke. I travel for work frequently, this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel

The check-in experience was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. In the morning housekeeping was very friendly and the gal at the desk was helpful in being able to serve my need at that time. The room is very spacious with the microwave and refrigerator and a large TV, including a coffee maker. It was very quiet there and the bed was awesome. Very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and it was clean; however, the rooms are a bit outdated, tile was falling off the wall near the jetted tub, and our carpet needed to be replaced. Our pillowcase was not white (yellowish color), but housekeeping was super friendly and replaced it. There was a hole in the comfortable. I just overlooked it this time.

Elevator was not working, room on 3rd floor with 3 children, so stair access was required, made reservation accommodations for 5 people but room only slept 4, no cot or rollaway offered, front desk girl named Flower was “extremely rude” and had a very unprofessional attitude, unfriendly and intentionally charged my Discover card TWICE which was corrected only after I showed them my Discover card charges online, my family will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Checked in with luggage cart completly loaded next to me to find out when I get to elevator that it is out of service. Kind of important, not sure why the young lady checking me in failed to mention that since she was looking right at me and the cart. When asked she said Oh Yeah. Very unprofessional will never attempt to.stay st this location again

We had a minor emergency and needed a room and early check in, I called and talked with the man on duty and he made it happen for me! Nicest guy! We also had our dog with us and they not only accepted pets but you could tell when you walked in they were very pet friendly! The place was super clean, rooms were great! They also have an indoor pool and hot tub which were amazing! We’ve stayed at many other hotels and this is definitely one of the best I’ve been to, between the staff being super friendly and the overall feel of the place, I’d definitely recommend to anyone! Especially if you have pets!

When we arrived there was a German Shepard dog tied to the check-in desk and no employee present. A person in the lobby said the employee went to get tacos and would be back soon. We waited 15-20 minutes for the employee to return before we could check in. The hotel was under construction everywhere and a mess. This is what I would expect for an $80 hotel, not $150.

Write up promised a limited breakfast. In fact no breakfast. No milk for the cereal, no pancakes, No eggs, nothing hot unless you microwaved only choice oatmeal. Terrible coffee out of a mcahine. No break, though a toaster! Never go back. Will not recommend the place. Did get a minor discount aafter a 30 minute hold to Orbitz. Ugh. REally bad

Elevator needs replacing, didn't always work. Owner keeps his beautiful dog tied behind the counter 24/7. Breakfast was inedible.
