The 'suite' is really awful and the hotel is just bad. All the furniture are extremely jaded and worn out. There is only 1 old sticky fake-leather lounge chair i wouldn't sit in if they paid me, i think they found it in the trash. The sofa was old and dirty. The paint job on the walls is not even finished and the room was super dark. We spent every day complaining to get things fixed such as: asking for light-bulbs to several lamps, the old and SUPER TINY TV's didn't work many times! We had the same guy come fix it each day, until he had to go get another TV from another room, which was annoying when we wanted to relax in the room and not spend more time on them fixing things all evening. ! Decided to take a shower, but the shower-head has never been cleaned, the water went in all directions! The next day had to wait for them to come and change the shower-head so we could take a normal shower! There is a 'kitchen' but nothing in it. It's just a sink basically. The mini-fridge was missing a part so you couldn't put any bottles in the door side. The reservation was for 3 people but they kept putting 2 glasses/2 cups and we had to call to get the extra ones. There is not even a microwave, no basic utensils not even basic hand soap in the 'kitchenette'! The hotel breakfast gets boring real fast and some of it was not fresh at all. The eating area is mainly occupied by the management it seems they made it their office with their phones and meetings. Everything there is WEIRD.
