Staff was not helpful! The property did not provide a shuttle to the airport nor were they helpful seeing that we were able to return to the airport. Had it not been for Durry trans we would have arrived at the hotel thebevening we arrived. Will never return to tthat place.

I never thought I'd be disappointed and grossed out a Hampton Inn but I was. Staff were all very nice. There was no paper towels for breakfast and I had to go to the bathroom for paper towels. I reserved a room with double beds both comforters were dirty. The carpet was dirty and the sofas chair were dirty. The bath tub was not clean. There is no longer airport shuttle service to the airport.

This hotel should offer a full refund. The pool was completely green and unusable. They include "airport" in their name, however they do NOT offer any transport to and from the airport. They have "surcharge for breakfast" so I didn't have breakfast any of the 3 mornings I was there - only to find out that breakfast was included. The advertising was misleading and the hotel was overpriced for the lack of amenities.

Hamptons have always been a wonderful place to stay at. I was looking forward to being in the pool, and the water was totally green. I also thought that the quantity and variety for the breakfast bar was very slim. I actually asked if breakfast was over and the employees said no.

Hilton should be ashamed to have their brand associated with this property. It is so run-down, it should be closed down and renovated. The lobby floors and ceiling were filthy. The elevator was out of service. One of the two beds was not usable and the other was only slightly better. The water came out of the faucet brown and the wall paper and ceiling plaster were coming off. That being said, the front desk personnel were great and the room maid service had done the best they could. We always chose Hampton Inn when we travel, but no more.

I was placed in handicap room and I don't have any physical limitations. I found it to be insulting to me and disabled individuals. My bathroom had paint peeling off the walls, bathtub chipped around the edges and the toilet had plumbing problems. I was unable to swim in the pool due to the green algae. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund of my money.

Unfortunately we were not aware that the property was being renovated and construction was happening during the week between 8:00- 4:00pm, sometimes 5:00. Our room was directly under where the work was occurring with 1 floor in between as a buffer. The drilling was very loud and disruptive. However, the Sophia who worked in the breakfast was very nice and helpful and our housekeeper, Liz did a great job keeping our room clean. The room itself was fine. It had a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and television which was difficult to operate. I also suggested to the front desk that they add hooks to the wall or door of the bathroom because there was no where to hang your towel, robe or shower caddy. The location was convenient to the places we were visiting so that was a plus. I think it will much better when the renovations are completed.

The property was located in a nice area, close to other shops, restaurants and other conveniences. The cleanliness of the rooms was HORRIBLE! There was food left behind a dresser in the room. The floor was not vacuumed and I questioned how well the bathroom had been cleaned after the last guest. The items I mentioned are not things a guest wants to consider when staying at a hotel. This was the dirtiest Hampton Inn that I have ever experienced. I will never stay at this property again. This experience makes me rethink my association with Hampton Inn/Hilton Properties.

Our stay was very pleasant. A Saturday night, very quiet, very clean. I don't normally walk on the floors bare foot, but I forgot my slippers and it didn't bother me to walk on the floors bare footed. That's how nice it was. The shower was really nice and huge. We will most definitely stay again and highly recommend. Very nice breakfast area.

The location was ideal allowing us to use I-285 to avoid downtown Atlanta coming south. Continuing our trip the next morning, we had quick access to I-75 South. The staff was helpful and friendly with suggestions for dining. The ongoing renovation was no problem and is very well done. Our only concern was the new for additional lighting in our two queen bed room. With only the bedside lights and a small desk lamp, the room was very dark. The usual floor lamp was definitely needed.

Well. When I arrived front staff was argueing with family member. And when I got t My room I noticed the shades didn't go up and when I questioned it front staff told me they didn't go up and I had tonginf clips and don't Myself. She said seem to be bothered when I asked her. Very unpleasant Satff and stay. And I wasn't able to get any rest. Above me was very noisy. And the Day, of my check out House keeEnterd my room with my permission. I was to check our at 11 am they knocked and entered my room @9:32 am 😡

We are the Marshall Family, and we stayed there last month. We was so pleased, and we will stay there again. We felt that all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Grace was the lady at the front desk. She is awesome. Grace was also very professional. She has a very nice way that she speaks to you, and she had a nice style the way she dressed. She has great customer service skills, and she was very courteous and friendly. She made our stay very comfortable. Bobby was hard working, and very helpful. He was always doing a great job. The houskeeping staff did a nice job of keeping things nice and clean. Also, the young lady who handles the breakfast did a very nice job keeping everything clean, and making sure the presentation of food was nice. The breakfast food was a nice variety and taste good. We highly recommend for others to stay there, and we will stay there again. The Marshall Family

I would like to start by saying that the customer service was not great. We arrived at 3 pm which was the check in time. The lady at the front desk told us that our room wasn't ready due to there not being enough linen. We waited 30 mins for our room to be ready and when we asked her if she had any updates on our room she nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't know. When we got to our room, there was hair in the shower and on the floor. The rooms are also a bit dated and could use some updates. The only good thing about this hotel was he easy/free parking and it's close to the main areas.

Most of the staff was very rude and unprofessional, except for Tracy, He was very polite and helpful. House keeper was cleaning the mext to mine, amd I ash 2 wash cloths in the rudest voice ever she said" I'm not tje one cleaning your room", I told her I didnt need any room service, just the 2 wash cloths, she rolled her eyes and said it again. The beds were not made up properly, the room was not vacuumed and the chair in corner of room was Very Nasty and worn. I wasn't put in my kink room, but rather a double, that was awful. Will NEVER stay here again.

Very convenient to airport long term parking options. Quiet except for airport flight path. Once in room, really did not hear planes. Surrounding area has multiple dining options. Very friendly helpful staff. Will use again.

The bathroom floor is very sticky, tennis shoes make smacking sound on tile… not by elevator or front desk though. They gave me extra towels to walk on in bath. I was not on the back side of the hotel last time, airplanes land and take off constantly and very loud. Sort of unnerving. Feels like they may come through the window. Front desk lady very nice, I’m sorry I don’t know her name.

Great airport hotel; Hampton Inn always has the bases covered. The bathroom needed a bit of repair work on the tile and the automated room shade didn’t work. But the breakfast was better than average and open from 6 to 10.

It was disappointing and not up to the usual standard fir this chain. We were there for 6 nights and there was NO service. Yes, we could ask for fresh towels etc but when we checked in there was not a coffee baker in the room. We had to ask. We were given differing information from each employee. The breakfast was all packaged and even “fresh” items were not really. However the staff were pleasant and the room was OK.

The property was clean and well staffed. They were having a computer outage when we checked in, and were unable to issue us keys, but as we checked in late at night, this did not negatively affect us. Staff walked us to our room and let us in and I snagged keys in the morning when getting coffee from the very nice, included breakfast buffett. The pull out couch did only include a sheet, no extra blankets or pillows, but the king bed had 4 pillows so we had enough. It was a nice, quiet and clean place to rest our heads for 8 hours, I would stay again.
