I would've given this hotel 5 stars on everything but we had one minor issue. We booked this particular hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, unfortunately the water was so cold that we could not use it. The posted signs showed pool water at 83 and hot tub at 104. The actual thermometers showed 94 in the tub and just about 70 in the pool. Staff was very nice and called maintenance right away but we were leaving before it could be fixed. All in all it is a great stop.

This location is in the midst of a lobby reconstruction, if you can look beyond that and the possible hiccup of checking in - the staff’s hospitality and service made up for any doubts we had! Overall still a great, clean stay.

The staff was amazing, very, very nice. But housekeeping needs an overhaul! Piled up trash for days, no towels, only maid service every other day, only 1 out of 2 elevators worked. The 1 elevator that worked was disgusting, dirty and all scraped up. No decorating at all in the rooms.

The staff was friendly and ready to help in any way. The hotel itself needs repairs. One of two elevators was down during our 4 night stay, which made for significant elevator traffic. The washing machine on the second floor was broken. Several tiles by the pool were covered in mold.The pool room was so hot, it made it uncomfortable to be there. Our room smelled musty. The water pressure in the shower was very soft. The garbage can on our floor next to the soda machine was overflowing with trash that smelled. One bed had a mattress protector for bed bugs, the other did not. The windows were smeared with handprints when we arrived. The garbage cans in our room were rusted and disgusting. The location was perfect for us and the staff lovely, but we will not return.

They were renovating this property, so there was a lot of construction material. Outside, part of the driveway was closed, and the check-in area was completely demolished, and a makeshift one was set up in the hallway. There was no explanation of this prior to making the reservation, nor was there any compensation for the inconvenience, the staff were very nice and made the best of it. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Hampton Inn was directly across from Southpark Mall so there were a myriad of dining options. The Inn had easy access to I -95. The room was very clean and everything was working properly. The breakfast was up to Hampton Inn standards and the woman at the breakfast bar kept the area tidy and well-stocked and the food was hot. The front desk staff was friendly and able to give directions and check in and check out were speedy. The only criticisms I had was that there was peeling paint on the shower ceiling, the ice machine was out of order, I received no housekeeping service on Friday (although I had plenty of towels and toiltetries) and the corridors were somewhat stuffy. Overall this Hampton Inn was a good value.

It was good except for the fact they talked up the pool and hot tub and neither was in good shape. Pool was 70 degrees and hot tub was 75. That is NOT a hot tub. We let the desk know and checked back about 3 hours later with no change. Very disappointed to no be able to enjoy an amenity that we chose the hotel for

I booked this hotel for the cleanliness ratings online. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. I was given another room and it wasn’t clean, either. By that point, my sister and I were too exhausted to move again. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves. I only saw one housekeeper working my whole stay. All of the trash cans inside and outside of the hotel were overflowing. There was a moldy smell in our carpet. Also, there were only two elevators for five floors and one didn’t work. I got the feeling this hotel was very understaffed. The staff they had were all very courteous and professional. I was disappointed with my stay.

The room was very clean , the beds were supper comfy . And the person who checked us in was really helpful . We didn’t realize there wasent a couch in our room witch we where going to use for one of our kids to sleep on and we only had a queen room so a roll away was not an option. The front desk attendant made sure we had enough pillows and blankets as my little one doesn’t mind at all sleeping on the floor . Overall fanstastic stay . We will recommend it to family and friends

There were people on our floor talking loudly in the halls off and on through the very early morning. They had no consideration for those trying to sleep with the talking and slamming doors.the property itself was nice and well located but I received little sleep and had to work an event the next day.

When we entered our roo there was no heat. We tried to turn the heat but it wasn't working. I called the front desk abd they quickly gave us another room and thanked me for letting them know.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent especially Manager Sheldon Gregory. I left a CPAP machine behind and his staff found it and he sent it home to me overnight. He and his staff went above and beyond!

Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel and room was clean and cozy. Quiet and friendly. Kayla and the rest of the staff was courteous and friendly to my entire family. I loved that it is located in the perfect location if you needed to go to the stores.

This was not a pleasure trip. My mother was at a local facility, the Dunlop. On the last day 1/12/24 she passed away in the middle of the night and staff management allowed my daughter and I to stay there through the day beyond checkout time to take care of personal issues . It was absolutely the kindest gesture and I thank you!

The property was nice and updated, clean and the staff was very friendly. This was the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed at. The only thing was there was no hot water. We will stay there again when we are in the area. Thank you Hampton Inn and staff.
