Stayed 7 nights

Very noisy, lacking basic amenities & poor information from staff. The biggest issue is the 24/7 road noise. The hotel backs onto the busiest road in the area, with constant trucks, loud motorbikes & sirens. Our rooms (426 & 427) faced the rear, with virtually nothing between the windows and the I-4, only a couple of hundred metres away. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, seriously reconsider staying here. The hotel is clean & adequate if you can tolerate the noise, but basic amenities are lacking. Rooms have drink coolers rather than proper fridges, which aren’t cold enough for medication & can cause food/milk to spoil. There are no coffee makers or kettles. Breakfast costs $12 & is only 6am–10:30am, with no way to get coffee outside those hours. For the final 5 nights, the drinks vending machine was also out of order, leaving no drinks available from 10:30am–6am unless you walked to Walgreens across the street. Staff also gave us incorrect information. At check-in we were told we could get coffee from the breakfast area, only to later be told we had to buy the full $12 breakfast. We requested a 6pm late checkout & was told it would cost $50 but must be requested the morning of checkout and that there would be no issue getting it until that time. On checkout morning, we were instead told it would cost the full additional night at the new rate of $69.50 because they were full, despite cheaper rooms still showing on Hotels.com. We paid reluctantly, but this will be our last stay.

Stayed 2 nights

We stayed for 2 nights for Halloween Horror nights in 2026. The staff was super helpful and friendly upon check-in, the rooms were very clean. Breakfast is not included but is $12 a person! 10/10 would do again.
