Felix C front desk- nice guy. Helpful and patient. Room charge for what we downsized too - $130 for two queens. We booked a suite to accommodate five, but our son decided to stay home. We should have been able to got a discount. Pool was pretty good. Odd part was signing our pool towels and having to bring them back to front desk. Room was ok. Floor was dirty. After taking socks off we noticed dirt on our feet. Not sure if it hadn’t been really cleaned well or if stuff was blowing under the door. You could actually see more than just light coming from under the door. And we are glad our son didn’t come, because if he had we would have brought our dog, because the Expedia site said pets were accepted with a $25 nightly charge. So instead of paying anywhere from $86-$101, we prepaid for $130 expecting a suite. WiFi signal was pretty weak too. And signal kept dropping from my phone. Our room and several others had shredded curtains. BS in not being able to provide a receipt at checkout. They said I had to get it online ????

The room was in rough shape. Floors were filthy and no weather stripping around the door. Wide open for bugs to come in. Cracks and holes in the bathroom floor. After 30 mins there my daughter’s feet were pitch black. Room smelled of urine. The hotel pool was dirty and very cold. One of the ice machines were broken and we couldn’t even get water out of the vending machine. This place was very run down. We couldn’t wait to leave. Also the breakfast staff was not nice. Someone spilled waffle batter and I was trying to clean it up. A woman who worked there came out and basically blamed me for doing it. Can’t believe this is a Wyndham property.

There is no elevator to the second story units. For younger guests this may not present a problem, but for older guests with luggage it is a definite problem. When I complained, I was not offered a 1st floor unit or any help in getting my luggage up. Also, my reservation was for two days (confirmed), but they only had me for one. This was resolved after some time waiting.

Tried to charge me again . Neither of two ice machines working. Keys stopped working on night 3 both keys . We were told rudely not to put next to our phones. Yep, both keys weren't working so chances of them both being by our phones not good,Service every other day to clean rooms, but that wasn't communicated. It was a little rundown as well.

Very disappointint stay. The room was full of dust and dirt. A poorly done paint job, a hole in the tub, huge dent in the shower, super uncomfortable couch and not much better of a bed. The desk chair practically fell apart when we sat on it and the TV was probably the smallest in existence. Workers hanging around outside the rooms smoking. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. Their bagels were extremely dry, fruit was old, and the rest was mediocre. We were staying since it was so close to UCF for a family graduation. We took every chance possible to get out of the room since it was so poor. We definitely would not stay again and it was no where near worth almost $200 for one night. Since we were committed and there were no other hotels available nearby, we toughened it oit. It strictly became a place to sleep. Would not recommend. If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel, I promise it's worth a further drive. Appreciated them "trying" to make it look more modern, however, they did a very poor job.

toilet room fan doesn't work. Bed left my back sore in the morning. Breakfast was WEAK / not very good. Lights outside all the rooms was very bright and the black out curtains were not long enough to keep the light out----seemed like it was morning all night. I will NEVER go back.

This was the only good option for an overnight trip to this side of town. I was able to check in early, was given the accessible room I requested and the room was clean. Good mini fridge! Room smelled a little moldy and there was quite a bit of noise ( kids, workers, a really annoying bird) but nothing out of the ordinary for this type of property. Glad to have it as an option when I need to visit East Orlando.

They charged me another $100 when I walked in the door. The room smelled really bad. The shower wouldn't work. The room was not cleaned either day. Front desk staff was rude when I checked in. The girl when I left was very nice though

Call front desk about toilet overflowing. They told me to come up front to get the plunger and mop. Then sunk became backed up. So they put us in and room. Got to that room asked for towels. They never brought them. Had to get them from housekeeping as they were passing by. I guve this hotel a -10

Our room was not cleaned during our stay. We didn’t receive clean towels every day. We would have to go to the front desk to get clean towels and they only wanted to give us two towel when there is four people in our room. Trash was taken out and we ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get a roll of toilet paper. The internet service was poor. It worked better in the morning.

The staff needs to do a better job with those staying here. Not once was anything cleaned or replaced. Even when I put out dirty linens, nothing was replaced, I had to go to the office. Now, let’s talk about the double charges. I paid for everything through Expedia, but this place charged me a second time. That money has been refunded, but it’s the point.

The property is convenient to everything. It is right off the freeway so if you have a room facing that area it is very noisy especially at night. We had visible mold in our AC unit, and the bathroom door screws came out of the bracket upon opening the door. Housekeeping pretended to not understand you when you ask for another towel. Hard to believe since it is most likely one of the items most people ask for. Lobby needs a remodel. Some shady characters hanging around and the guests next to us hung around outside smoking weed. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere safer, otherwise it’s ok in a pinch.

The check in and check out process were smooth. The breakfast was okay, not much option but it can help you start your day. It’s about 40 mins aways from Magic Kingdom and about 50 from Kennedy Space Center. It’s 10 mins away from Walmart.

It is the old best western, still under construction, no lighted signage to find it at night. Heater didnt hold temp, we were freezing or sweating. Large gap under door allows in lots of light, sound and air. Very noisy due to non stop traffic nearby 24/7. room not cleaned well, dirt on toilet tank and in tub. huge rip in cloth chair. Breakfast 630-930 waffles, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, danimals yogurt saran wrapped muffins, oatmeal packets, juice, coffee, hot chocolate.

it was so dirty. they didnt clean the floor and We had to spread out a sheet to put our suitcases on and unpack them. There were 4 of us and we needed more towels and a service to take out the trash. Even though we reminded them, they only came to clean the day before our check-out. I emptied the toilet and trash can about 4 times. and about breakfast of that. it was not highlight that in hotels.com website mentioned about that. one day there were not any bread and cheese. and all days just a few apple there as fruits. we had to stay in line for waffle.

Stayed for one night while in Orlando for a couple days. Staff at check-in was friendly & explained where the room was, parking and breakfast hours. The room was overall clean and somewhat updated except for the floor, was in need of a good mopping. Keeping shoes/socks on avoided dirty feet. Water pressure in the bathroom was fine. Bed was comfortable but a little too soft (that’s just personal preference though). Cable box for the tv was super slow, but once we found a channel to watch we just left it there. Hotel is next to a toll road, but it was quiet since toll roads aren’t nearly as busy as a major highway like I-4. Breakfast was good. Waffles were delicious. Checkout was east & we let the front desk know about the dirty floor in the room so they could address it.
