The hotel room was very nice and clean. My only problem is parking. Parking is $25 in a lot next to the hotel with signs all over stating PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Seems sketchy. Valet parking was $30

Overall, this was a decent hotel albeit a bit pricey for what it offers. I was under the impression the shuttle ran more often hence it was a convenience I was looking forward to using. Unfortunately, The hours were limited (5-10pm) and not convenient for the concert we saw at Camping World Stadium so we had to Uber back and forth. Also, wish the restaurant offered food all day as there weren’t any other restaurants close enough for us to walk to in the heat for lunch, and the neighborhoods around the hotel weren’t the greatest. Just had breakfast and dinner. Dinner was good. Breakfast had a good assortment for a hotel buffet. Restaurant staff were very nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Over all the staff was great. The hotel could have a little upgrade with the paint. I was extremely mad there was not hot water since the day we arrived. I don’t think o would stay again but it was ok

The staff was the best part of my experience. Check in was smooth, service with a smile. Even the valet was on point. Parking is expensive, but it's Orlando. The middle elevator was broken the two days I was there so waiting on the elevator was the only frustration.. not a big deal. Everything was clean and I want to stress how well the front desk staff handled the busy lobby. A fashion show, parents with little ones Disney bound, it was a lot going on and I just observed; no matter how difficult one particular female guest seemed to be the man and woman (front desk staff) made the situation better and this woman was rude.... The food was great at the restaurant, breakfast was nothing to recommend or brag about because like most it was basic and bland. The bed was COMFORTABLE!!! Housekeeping did walk in on us without knocking, luckily we were fully dressed. Not sure why she came in (especially without knocking) as we weren't scheduled to check out that day.

Wonderful greetings by valet parking and front desk personnel. Checkin was easy. Room was very nice and beds comfortable. Free shuttle to concert and back was amazing! Shuttle driver was great. Would stay again.

Very nice rooms and polite staff. Valet was a bit confused when pulling in. Apparently I didn’t need valet if I was going to use the electric charger so what should have taken 5 mins took 30 mins and at the end of it all their EV charging station wasn’t live. The restaurant bar was understaffed for one of their busiest nights so room service wasn’t available nor were you able to get any service while sitting at the bar. Enjoyed my room and exploring the area but late at night can have some sketchy areas so walking isn’t suggested.

The room was very nice. Only issue I had were tiny black bugs in the kitchen area. Staff was nice & Lee who assisted me during valet sign up was extremely helpful. Will stay again even though I didn’t like the bugs…

Room spotless, bed so comfortable. The Bistro dinner was very good, good seasoning,although the salmon and the sirloin (requested medium rare) were both overcooked. The breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of food but…although we noticed the warming trays were at temps of 130 and 160, the eggs and sausage were not very warm at all. We were down to breakfast at 8:00 if that makes any difference to how long foods had been prepared. Feel the price of buffet at 22.00 was excessive. Nevertheless, it was a very nice stay. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, with large pieces of dates or don’t know what it was and popcorn left behind from previous guests. The windows were sealed shut, making it impossible to get fresh air. The air conditioning was overly strong, making it difficult to sleep with it on, but without it, the room became unbearably stuffy due to the sealed windows. Additionally, our room was located in a very noisy area, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The iron provided was rusty, releasing brown water that stained my jumpsuit. While I received a 50% discount for one night, it didn’t seem like adequate compensation, as I’m unsure if my jumpsuit can even be salvaged since it requires dry cleaning. This was our fourth hotel during our stay in Florida, and it was the only one that truly disappointed us. I regret choosing this hotel and would not recommend it.

The room is dated. Could use some refurbishing. The bathtub holds water while showering ( drains slowly). The air conditioner cools properly but is very noisy. The balcony cannot be used for sitting or standing and is just for appearance. The doors to the balcony is locked from inside the room and could not be accessed without a key to open the door. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

One of the things that attracted me to the hotel was the fact it had balconies. To drive 6 hours only to find out the location of the hotel does not allow access to the balconies was disheartening. I feel thats something you should share with customers. Everything else was good.

Clean and comfortable hotel stay. It’s not quite as modern as other ones I’ve stayed at but that’s not a big issue. It was quiet and nice nonetheless. Would stay here again. Only thing is that parking was not free and is not included in price.

I was very disappointed over all with my stay. Upon arrival, it was 80° in the room, and it took hours to cool down to a reasonable temperature. There is no mini-fridge, a small microwave, an ice bucket, and a small 1 cup coffee maker. The only ice machines are on the 2nd floor, it's a 14-floor hotel.... The bed and couch were hard as a rock, not to mention the pillows, you either get completely flat pillows or over stuffed hard pillows to choose from. The TV was not a smart TV, just basic cable. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room. It was what i expected from a Crown Plaza. The room itself definitely wasn't. There are French doors in the room with a small railing on the other side that are locked with a sign that says these doors are locked for your safety. If you are going to keep them locked, why not just put in windows? I was excited about the doors, and it was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. I will never choose Crown Plaza again.

if you are a light sleeper, it is right beside the highway, and while they have noise canceling windows, the noise from the highway still travels through the vents of the ac units

We made a reservation using the Expedia app. We went to the hotel and they told us that our reservation was not in the system and that they did not have rooms available for that night. Still they charge me for the room in Expedia and claimed that they would not reimburse us because we were a "no shop" to cover their mistake... Total lie and lack of professionalism.

We stayed for one night for an event at the Kia Center. The room was nice, we enjoyed the pool, the restaurant had good food and service. There is a shuttle available for the Kia Center and I highly recommend using it because the hotel is not in a very good area. We were double charged for parking and when we told the front desk person at checkout she said she would remove the extra charge but didn't. I called the hotel later and was placed on hold and the person never came back. I called back again and was told to send an email to the manager to ask for a refund on the extra parking charge. I'm very disappointed in the bad customer service and for that reason I can't give a better review.

Did not honor Expedia $20 off breakfast voucher. After an hour on the phone the next day Expedia representative called and got the voucher approved. Only was able to use it 2 out of 4 days. Staff was uninformed and not helpful.

I often stay at this hotel for business, and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special mention to Oscar (waiter), Shamara (front desk) , and the courteous Asian gentleman whose name escapes me (front desk) — their attention to detail and hospitality truly stand out. The staff was so nice and helpful. Room was clean. Very nice hotel inside. 4.5 star hotel in my opinion. However, I had to give a low rating for around the property because there is a large homeless population living on the back side of one fence of the hotel and the property isn’t that large so I felt a little anxious with daughter. I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t have to go around the block after missing the entrance.

The hotel is beautiful. Large room with king bed, bathroom with tub and shower and all amenities including iron, hairdryer, makeup mirror, full length mirror. Large comfy bed with 4 great king pillows! Dinner in the restaurant/ bar was delicious and breakfast amazing choices. I would definitely stay again. Very courteous and friendly atmosphere.
