I'm from Hawaii - so I called to see if there was an early check-in available. After being on a long plane ride, we wanted to get into our condo. However, I was told by person who answered that he doesn't know & we just have to check when we get to the property. Not helpful at all. We are placed in building #4. There was no wifi connection, so request to be in another building for wifi. Also, we were placed on the 1st floor - could hear everything above us. If that's the kind of thing which gets on your nerves, request the 3rd fl. The laundry facilities are up there which we used a couple times. It would've been helpful to have a change machine or a vending machine which sold laundry detergent in the laundry room. For these, we had to go to the front desk. Also, parking outside of the gate is limited. There is a restaurant on property which I thought was the reason many of the stalls were occupied, however, the stalls in front of the workout room (which is a separate building near the front desk) seemed to alway be taken. We noticed that property employees were parked there as we saw an employee go to his car parked there to retrieve something during his shift. One black car was always parked there. Workout room often had no towels - and very small. Condo was spacious, but there was no oven; only stove top, microwave, and full fridge. Also, nothing in walking distance. You will need a car to get places. Close to Orange Conv. Center - since we were there for vball.

Stayed in a two bedroom two bath condo with a full living room, dining area and kitchen. Surprised to find such an affordable and well kept property. All of the employees we encountered during our 3 day/2 night stay were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, check-in/ check out was a breeze, pool area was nice although the chairs could use a little updating. But for the price point I don’t mind it at all. We have a new place to stay when we drive up from South Florida. It’s also a convenient distance from all the parks and stores.

Bed was good, had 3 bathrooms furniture outdated and uncomfortable sliding door took muscle to open view was construction site of other townhomes Pool was ok but tiki bar was not open and looked like it was closed for a while. The food at restaurant was awful and thats being nice

I were in Orlando for my daughters volleyball tournament. We travel several times a year for her to play which adds up. I am always looking to find a nice and affordable place to stay. I use Hotels.com almost 100% of the time looking at price, comments in reviews, amenities, and location. Parc Corniche was shown to me by another parent. I looked at it and rebooked from another hotel around the corner to this condo. We had a one bedroom unit with full kitchen, dining and living area. It was newly remodeled with a lot of space. It was clean and nice. The property is an older property and it appears they are renovating rooms. if you book, I would get a renovated room. It may cost a little more, but it has Vinyl flooring compared to carpet. the kitchen had the basics and full refrigerator. We were able to eat all breakfast and lunches at the condo. We elected to eat dinner in a restaurant with other families, but you could easily cook dinner in the condo. The pool is smaller than some of the other nicer resort complexes for the number of units. But, it is about the same size as any regular hotel like the one I originally booked. For the price, I would definetely stay at this condo again!

Our Stay was ok. They came in and changed our towels and emptied the trash but the sheets or pillow cases wasn't and we were there for a week. Also note that the washer and dryer was not located in the room. It was on the 3rd floor and we were on the 1st floor and it was $3 per wash and $3 per dry.

Very dirty building. The clerk sold us on upgrading to a “newly” remodeled unit. Nothing was new about it!! All appliances are from the 90s. We basically paid for a first floor unit and right outside our door there was an old couch with mold on it, looks like it had been there a long time. Don’t pay for upgraded rooms! One of the bathrooms had mold on the tub and faucets.

I encountered roach after roach as well other bugs that were not roaches. I switched rooms and was upgraded to a “premium” room to be greeted by a roach on the wall. I started to cook and another roach came out for dinner. The overall experience was ok. The restaurant and bar were very nice. The staff were friendly. The yards were beautiful. If you don’t mind living with roaches, I highly recommend.

When I first went in the room there were a lot of cockroaches. My whole family and I immediately left the room with my belongings. I will never go back to that place. LA Quinta across the street from this place was 10/10 and was less expensive and super clean and very nice staff.

The place was clean except for some dirty sheets on one of the beds. There was an odor in the room probably due to old carpet The grounds were well kept. It felt safe The Wi-Fi was very unstable unless you pay extra. Bad cell phone signal while inside the rooms.

Check in was an ease. Apartment was remodeld to a more updated feel. Beds were comfy. Noise does carry from upstairs residents, hearing them walk around and such. Another downside to the room was that an apparent window leak was allowing rain inside leaving us a nice little pool on the floor. The resturant food was so so...service was horrible, only 2 employees attending tables when the place was getting filled with people. Waited over an hour for my second serving of unlimited taco night! Overpriced as well.

Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable stay. The A/C unit made a loud banging noise every time it shut off—almost every hour throughout the night. On top of that, staying in Building 9 meant dealing with extremely loud frog or wildlife sounds that went on all night. It was one of the worst nights I’ve had at a hotel in terms of sleep quality.

This was a great place to stay with my family for the price. We were able to take advantage of the stocked kitchen and save money by not eating all our meals out. We liked the split floor plan which seperated our room from the kids. The only thing we didn't like was the extremely firm bed mattress, but it was fine for just 2 nights.

Stayed here with my daughter for volleyball tournament. It was a great price for the space you get. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The room is a bit older, but well maintained. Kitchen area was newer. When we arrived the hot water was not working. They handled it well, offered us another room just to shower in for that night until they could fix it next day. They fixed it next day no trouble. Had to book totally last minute because we did not look carefully enough at the other hotel we booked which was terrible. So happy we found this place, it was so comfortable and a great price. Will for sure look here next year.

All of the people at the front desk were very nice. There was an issue with checking in but the problem appeared to be with hotels.com and not the hotel itself. However, at check in I was informed there was a resort fee. (Guess I missed that but based upon the pictures and description of the resort was not expecting such a fee.) As we arrived late at night I assumed the hotel was much nicer than expected. However, the next morning in the daylight I saw that the resort fee was only there to make the nightly charge appear lower. Nice pool area but nothing special plus a 24/7 fitness area in a separate building. (In the 5 days we were there i saw one person use it.) The suite was large but the one aspect that immediately stood out was that the only items in the unit less than 20 years old was the televisions. Nice LG tvs but very small in size. Everything else definitely needs to be updated. As I mentioned the front desk staff was nice but any other staff we encountered were very rude. Staff sped around on golf carts and had no respect for pedestrians or cars. The staffs goal was to get to where they were going first and they would not give the right of way to anyone else. Staff also parked their carts as close to the buildings as possible thus taking up the best parking spaces. They also would park so close to vehicles in handicapped spots that I have no idea how an able bodied person, let alone a handicapped person, would be able to get into their car. Cockroaches!

I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a newer improved room. The only issue is it wasn’t and the TV in the second room didn’t work. I asked on the morning of our last day for someone to fix it and to bring us towels and sheets at 8:30 in the morning it was never done so at 9:30 at night when I got back I had to ask again for those supplies

This was our second trip to Parc Cornich. The 2 bedroom 2 bath set is perfect for 2 friends. The staff was friendly and the the condo suite was very clean. My criticism would be that the front door to the unit needs a more secure lock or latch and that the condo furniture needs updating. I did find the restaurant menu to be limited. Overall though it’s a quiet and pleasant place. We hope to return.
